Damn, it's been a couple of months now and I've been able to control the climate of my entire house from my phone, optimizing the temperature and sometimes making it as low as 66F to just enjoy the air being crisp. The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all. It was an expensive upgrade but was the need of the time considering even a top notch system would only work at 40% efficiency. Engineer was thorough in examination. She took lot of photos. Explained the process. Air sharks didn't push for purchasing any particular equipment. We chose Daikin. Service: the work crew is very disciplined. Arrive on time. No loud noises. Informed us daily at the end of the day. Kept our house and side yard clean and tidy. Follow up: the inspection went well. We received the permit as per schedule. First year warranty is included. Whenever, we have called they promptly respond and understand our issue at hand. Over all we are beyond satisfied with contracting with them.

I've also had them replace the air ducts under the house which were old and not efficiently moving the air into the vents. With each visit, the techs were very professional and informative while performing the services. Before the air duct replacement, one of the project managers visited and was very thorough in explaining other services such as water heater vs. heat pump replacement and insulation. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR HOME…read more In the past, I've had good experiences with Fuse, but recently, they've gone downhill. I made an appointment for them to fix a dripping faucet, and the technician said I needed a new cartridge, and would order one. Two weeks later, they come back, and they ordered the wrong part. At this point, I told the technician where they could get the part (a local bathroom showroom), but they said it was not available there. The technician removed the cold water handle from my faucet during this visit, and told me it was okay to use the hot water, but when I did, water sprayed out of the faucet handle all over my bathroom. It continued to leak under my sink until I closed the main valve. I'm lucky I noticed this, or my home could have been damaged. I was told they could get the part in a few days, but they later contacted me (with no explanation or apology) saying it would be another two weeks. I explained I never would have started this repair if I had known it would span the thanksgiving holidays. They responded by offering to do a more expensive repair, replacing both faucets in my bathroom. I declined. After two weeks (four weeks total without a sink now) , the technician returned with the wrong cartridge. He said he could not fix my faucet and apologized very briefly. I asked the technician to just restore the sink to the way it had been before (dripping slightly from the faucet into the sink), and he said he had, but faucet handle actually dripped water beneath the sink. I called a different plumber, and they declined to do any work until I obtained the correct cartridge, which I did (from the store the Fuse plumber claimed would not have it), and they fixed my sink. This is what I expected Fuse to do, if they were not confident they could find the part.
