Wow not sure were to start! This place is a ma and pop place. I took my kids with me on this outing. #1 bathrooms were very clean !!! I really appreciated that. Over all store was very clean too. Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic cheese bread. After asking around. I was told they make everything fresh in house. From slicing veggies to grading cheese. The amount of topping on all of our order was amazing . Compared to other pizza places (Raimondo's) puts 2 times the toppings on their pizza and garlic cheese bread. Service! After getting kids seated and drinks in the cups the food started to come out! Means alot with 2 kids that were starved to death!!!! Over all I would of gave this place more stars if I could. Glory to heaven! Raimondo's - our paths do not cross enough - my cheesy robust topping friend! Raimondos is my absolute favorite - most diverse pizza option in FTW. Heaping helpings of toppings coupled with crippling amounts of cheese makes this pizza the best pizza for your money- not to mention top notch taste is slathered over every slice! Went to this place again tonight for dinner. The owner met us with a very friendly smile, got our order in to dine there, food was out in less than 20 minutes even on a Labor day weekend Sunday night. Pizza is always good. However; I ordered half a Cindy's salad and didn't think I needed to tell them to put the dressing on the side. After all it is a carry out salad. The salad was swimming in dressing and not salvageable. Please remember to put dressing on the side for every carry out salad! Other than that the pizza is always amazing. read more

I've been eating Raimondo's pizza for several years now & usually have a good experience, but the last few times have been really disappointing. My most recent order was a large pepperoni & onions. No joke, I could LITERALLY count the number of onions on the entire pizza on both hands. I had at least 3 slices that had NO onions on them at all! Essentially I had a pepperoni pizza that someone accidentally dropped a couple onion slivers on while building another pizza nearby. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I want what I ordered & paid for! The time before that I ordered a pepperoni, green peppers, onions & sausage & specified "EASY ON THE SAUSAGE". The pizza was delivered & I went to pull a slice from the box & all I could see was just a thick blanket of sausage covering the pizza. One would think I'd ordered a full on sausage pizza. No other toppings were even visible! That's how much sausage was on this thing!! So I called & spoke with the manager, explaining to her what I'd ordered & what I was looking at in the box. She actually says to me "Well we use a generous amount of sausage on our pizzas, so even if you order it easy on the sausage you're still going to get a lot of sausage on your pizza. That's just how we do it here." Uh, WHAT? So if I order easy on the sausage you're not going to give it to me because that's how you do things there? WTF? I asked them to remake the pizza because if I ate it as it was I'd have severe heartburn & reflux for a solid week! I ordered it that way so as not to inflame my G.E.R.D! The really irritating thing is, I've placed that EXACT same order at least 25 times over the last 3 years & have never had a problem, so why are they suddenly being so crazy with toppings? I probably had easily 2 cups of sausage, if not more, on that pizza when what I wanted, & usually get from them, is more like a half of a cup. But when I order onions I didn't even get enough to fill an eighth of a cup. There were seriously about 12 thin, long strings on the entire pizza. It wasn't just the toppings that bugged me either, it was the attitude the manager had. When I tried to convey to her the amount of sausage I was looking for (& typically get without having to specify, so I know her whole "we put a generous amount on even when you order easy on the sausage" line was a bunch of crap) she copped a major attitude & said "the guy who made the pizza already went easy on the sausage, I don't know what else he can do." Uh, really? You can tell him to use about a third of what he used the last time! Problem solved! I relayed that in a nice, non-sarcastic manor & she mumbles something about it taking another 20 minutes or so then basically hangs up on me!! So when the new pizza arrived I was lifting the cheese up on every slice as I ate it & no joke, there probably wasn't even a tablespoon of sausage on the whole pizza. Looks like someone was being sarcastic!! With customer service like that & inconsistent quality, I now feel like it's a gamble to order from Raimondo's & I've lowered my rating of them by 2 stars & no longer recommend them to anyone. If someone happens to ask I tell them not to bother because you just don't know if you're going to have the good staff working who cares about quality & knows customers satisfaction are their bread & butter, or, the psycho, apathetic staff with an attitude who do whatever THEY want, customer be damned! read more

My favorite place for pizza in the Fort. Raimondo's is consistently great. I've only ordered their pizza and salads, so I can't really speak to rolls or sandwiches, but if you're looking for freshness, this is your place. My recs? Try the Pick 5 or, if you're in the mood for a salad, order the Cindy's salad. And their toasted ravioli is delish! They accept all cards, and you can get delivery for $2.00. Do it. read more

Place a delivery order, after they charged my Card called back and said i am out side of there delivery window. Refunds take up to 3 days/ they offered a discount, but would have to charge my card again for the correct discounted amount. After an ordeal and I stated to refund my card, she hung up on me. I don't know what there delivery radius is but 4 miles seemed reasonable to eat the mistake to please a first time customer. After being hung up on, and not sure if I'll even see my refund, I doubt I will try or Suggest anyone to do a delivery order. read more

We eat here from time to time and have never been let down with the food. This is not a fancy place but it seems to be clean and well kept. We have dined in and we have ordered for pickup. This is one of our favorite places to order from! The 2 large 3 topping deal for like $16 is what we always do, usually get mushrooms, pepperoni, and sausage. We have never been disappointed. We spoke with the owner one day when picking up our pizza, he was super nice to us and definitely showed he cares about his customers. Over all, we are impressed with price, quality and customer service. Raimondos will continue to be our "random" pizza night choice. read more

I have always gotten their pizza to-go and they have never left me disappointed. CHEESY! They sure know how to add the cheese. At other large chains, like The Hut, my favorite is the meatlovers, but here I think it is the best with just pepperoni, they do an amazing pepperoni pizza. read more

This pizza was the best I've ever had. The hand tossed crust was the best crust I've ever had. I normally just scrape off the toppings on my pizza. This time I ate the whole slice crust and all. The only thing I can recommend is to heat the pizza back up in the over on a pizza tray when you get home. The crust was a little soggy and didn't have the crisp crust texture it did at the restaurant. But I live an hour and 15 minutes away. Still the tastiest pizza though. read more

Never complained before...but up until today, I liked Raimondo's. Unfortunately, I had such a terrible experience, I will not be ordering again. I had a mushroom roll delivered to my home. They had forgotten the pizza sauce-which I was willing to forgive. I ate almost half, when I tasted something fowl. I quickly spit it out & saw that the mushroom was completely covered with filth-i'm guessing it had not been washed. I called to let them know & the response was "all we can do is give you a $3.00 credit toward your next order. Really? My husband called back and requested a full refund. They begrudgingly agreed but made it clear that they did not care if they lost our business. NO PROBLEM! read more
