We've been having ongoing issues with our main drain clogging ever since we bought our house. It became such a frequent problem that we had to call another plumbing company a while back just to get it temporarily unclogged. Unfortunately, the issue kept coming back. This time, we decided to call Rinaldi Plumbing, and we couldn't be happier with that decision. From the moment we called, the experience was completely different. They arrived the same day, in less than an hour, which was already a huge improvement. What really stood out is that for the same price we paid other companies just to snake the drain, Rinaldi also offered a camera inspection so we could actually see what was going on. They first sent Branton and Hunter, who were both professional and friendly. Hunter handled the camera inspection and quickly found the real issue--something no one else had done before. They didn't waste time either; the same day, they contacted all the utility companies for clearance, and by the next day, they were back to do the work. That's when Steve (the manager), Ben, and Robert came out. These guys were amazing. Their attitude and work ethic were top-notch, especially considering how hot and humid Florida can be this time of year. They tackled everything with a great attitude and clear communication. The issue turned out to be tree roots from nearby pine trees growing into the drain line. Instead of pushing us to remove the tree--a much more expensive and complicated option--they gave us the smart and cost-effective solution to reroute the pipes around the roots. We really appreciated having options and being involved in the decision-making process. Rinaldi Plumbing not only solved our long-standing problem but also did it in a way that was transparent, thoughtful, and efficient. I wanted to give accolades to two AC technicians (Jason and Robert), that came out to find the problem with my recently installed 5-ton split system AC/Heat Pump. I bought the unit and installation services in July of 2020 from Rainaldi. Jason diagnosed the issue within my air-handler (the condenser coils were covered with ice). It was determined that I had a fault in the bank of coils, a leak. Jason arranged to have the large assembly expedited in the next day as there were none in the service area. He stayed in touch with me, answered my questions and I can't say enough good things about him. Next The assembly arrived and so did John, another master tech with 26 years of experience under his belt. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and customer centric. He got right to work, and within 3 hours he completed a complete replacement of the condenser bank...no small task! I have had some issues with my new system (all manufacturer related). Everyone has always been kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I also want to say that I selected the brand I wanted them to put in, not the brand they sell the most of...and that was not an issue for them. From Dale, the manager through all the pleasant staff I interacted with on more than one occasion...they are well trained and sincere. I know how important it is to have a strong company standing behind a major product after the sale. As Orlando plunged into a record setting heat wave, what should befall our happy little home on th hottest of days but the worst thing imaginable... our AC goes out. I tried several other companies who said it would be several days before they could help us. But Rainaldi came to our rescue. Not only were they there less than an hour after I called, but the service and treatment we received should be a model for all other companies to follow. Roy and his partner didn't just fix our problem. They took the time to find out exactly what we needed and educated us on what the best solution was. They discussed options rather than trying for a hard sell. When they left we were well on our way to cooling down. But the commitment to quality service didn't end there. About and hour later Chris called to make sure everything was okay and working correctly and then discussed some options for the future in case we experienced trouble again. And yet they still weren't done taking care of us. Later that evening Craig called to follow up with us and make sure we were doing okay. My wife and I and our 2 year old could have been baking, but instead, thanks to Craig and his wonderful team at Rainaldi we were just chilling out enjoying a family Friday night. I have a 1 year partner plan with them on my business A/C unit ,so i called them for just maintain nothing wrong at all with my unit. They send a guy name Rafeal to do maintain but i guess my 1 year is expired which if fine.. they quoted me for $2026 and told me i have shut it off or my compressor will break..i said no just leave it on because my business are running and cuold not get my client uncomfortable. Then i trusted them and agree for the repair but i only paid $1926 cuz i stupit enough to add another year with them again. So i got it repaired next day is not even working and i called them they sent the same guy Rafeal to take a look and quoted me for another $1653 and cuold not get parts for 30 days and told me that i have to replace the whole unit. Lol oh my god.. so i go and called another company and they came out checked all i need for my unit is just 3 lbs of freon and is cost me only $250.. so called main office and try to look for their owner or manager to figure out what is going on.. unfortunately non of them in the office so i left a message for their secretary.. 2 weeks now i don't get respond.. wow.. this is a THIEF organization.. by the way i'll report to business bureau and florida license if they cuold do anything. I am beyond thrilled with not only the level of service and knowledge by Chris, Danny, and Matthew, but also the ease of making an appointment for repair, quick response to an emergency as well as the quality of work that was completed. My A/C was 14+ years old and a builders grade quality unit that was rotting and rusting. Having had tried to "band aid" the equipment to get by so that I could save up to be able to afford replacing everything, I was at the point where the equipment was only a short time away from failure. I was presented with a few options and Shari worked with me to obtain a comfortable financing plan that works within my budget. Knowing that replacing my equipment was going to take a few hours, I appreciated that Danny and Matthew arrived early, assessed the work area and completed everything sooner than I had expected. Their work was impeccable and the care and time they took to make the space they were working in, cleaner after they left than what it was when they arrived. 5 stars just doesn't seem to be enough! This company is truly amazing and shows incredible teamwork. Everyone knows that "teamwork makes the dream work" and from watching them work together, you can definitely tell they know what they are doing. Highly experienced workers. THEY DO NOT CHARGE TO COME OUT AND INSPECT. They really live up to their 24-hour emergency work order guarantee. They are the most respectful team I have yet to meet and they do the job right and on time. They clean up their mess and let you know ahead of time how to prepare for what they are about to do. They leave no room for error and do not cheat you out of your money. For what they do, the price is right. Also, they are bilingual so se hablamos espanol. I was very impressed with how quickly they finished repiping the entire house. It took less than an average workday to complete everything. And with only three men, that is pretty impressive. 12/30/2014 8:50 hrs. I telephoned Rainaldi Home Service and asked to have my garbage disposal replaced due to it's leaking. Was told a service man would call me to let me know what time he would be here. 1:00p Jose A. called and said he was on his way. 1:30p Jose. arrived. Gave me an estimate which I agreed with. Jose got his items needed for the job and started right away. Now this was a tough job as he didn't have much room to work in. He worked for over an hour removing and replacing the disposal. Had he had more room to work in it would have only been 15 to 20 minutes for removal and replacement. Jose was very pleasant all during the ordeal. No job was too big or tough for him. Not only was Jose pleasant, but he was clean in his appearance and he took pains not to damage anything in his work area. When he was finished with the job he cleaned up his area and removed all items to be disposed of. Be assured in the future I will ask for Jose A. to be my service technician. Paul D. My brother-in-law recommended this company to me for my plumbing problem. They were everything and more than what he had said about them. Nick S. the man who came to fix the bath-tub was so professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong. Then he explained in detail what was required to fix the problem. Then he fixed the bath- tub. It took him several hours of hard work. He did not take a break, he worked diligently all afternoon. He had to break into the tile then place a seal over it. He worked so hard to make sure it all looked well when he was finished. I was very impressed with Nick. I will be calling him again with any plumbing problem I have. Thank you Nick, hats off to you. John Cuffari was excellent in every way - prompt, courteous, helpful, efficient and professional to a fault. He explained the problem, retrieved the parts from his truck and completed the installation in record time. He further explained what to look for on other plumbing facilities and and recommended an annual service to cover all plumbing needs. While we could not be more pleased with the service, the price of the Emergency Shut Off Valve & Riser Tube ($329.91) was a shocker at first and a strong disappointment when we subsequently checked Lowes, Home Depot and and several other sources for the same part. We found similar valves for less than $10 to one that looked to be the same for $79.59 at Home Depot and a website (https://www.familyhandyman.com/plumbing/valves/how-to-replace-a-shutoff-valve/view-all) that said the entire job could be done for under $20! I had two issues at my home today that required a plumber. I called Rainaldi this morning and was put on the schedule for today. A few hours later Adam responded. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to complete the problem with the shower very quickly but the problem outside was quite a challenge. There was a leak emanating from deep underground between my property and the home next door. The source of the leak was not readily apparent nor was it apparent whether the leak was from my property, the house next door, or some other source. Adam searched through the shrubs for my water meter, shut off the water to my home and checked the response of the meter to determine that the leak was not in fact emanating from my property. Called on a Sunday at 4:30, Technician Jose Arroya Jr. showed up promptly within the 45 minute time window their dispatch person had estimated. He was quick to repair a 25 year old copper pipe that had started to leak in the wall behind the master bathroom toilet. He was friendly, clean, and really knew his stuff. He made a really bad situation seam almost enjoyable. Oh yea I forgot to mention that this was two days after Christmas and couldn't have come at a worse time. The price was fair and Rainaldi Home Services will be our go-to plumbers from know on. I had a slab leak in my garage after having another plumber patch it several months earlier. Rainaldi was able to come out the same day and gave me several options as to how to proceed. I wound up filing an insurance claim with Rainaldi's help, which covered the entire cost of re piping my entire house. The crew that came out was very friendly and professional, and what they estimated would be a day long job was done shortly after lunch time. Furthermore they cleaned up after themselves, and best of all they came out the day after Christmas while I'm sure everyone else was off of work. I'll be using Rainaldi for any future leaks in my home, though after the thorough job they did I doubt I'll have to. read more

We've used Rainaldi Home Services for years and enjoy the relationship we have with them. They did the replumbing of our house and installed our new hearing and air conditioner. I had a leak inside the wall between my bathroom & bedroom. I was pleased with how promptly a plumber was sent to address this issue. The plumber provided an accurate estimate and described what he would be doing in terms that I could easily understand (I'm an elderly woman with no knowledge of plumbing). He kept me informed at each step. He also went above & beyond by explaining what insurance usually covers,. He itemized the invoice and saved the replaced parts. He also put me in touch with a restoration company to mitigate further damage. We are previous customers of Rainaldi and have always received good service but none of our previous issues were as extensive as this one. read more

Elizabeth G came out to service our air conditioning unit. She is very knowledgable and she does a great job explaining what is going on. The employees at Rainaldi are very friendly and helpful. I would say, based on what you need to have done, it would be wise to shop around and get quotes before having someone come out. I was in shock to find out what it would cost to fix our unit and it turns out another competitor, who we've had several times, would have been 1/2 the price. We have used Rainaldi before for AC service and they have always been prompt and courteous, so when we had a plumbing problem they were the first company I called. I find their techs to be knowledgable and pleasant to work with. We ended up needing a new sewage pipe to the street. Steve B and the crew that did the work finished the job in 1 day, as promised, despite running across several obstacles, including an enormous tree stump buried in the yard. Professional, prompt, efficient - what more could I ask for? Guess I could always hope it was cheaper, but they charged a fair price. My service tech was Jose Arroyo - he arrived promptly at the start of the 1 hour range I was given for expected appointment time. Jose and ossasionally his assistant David responded to an emergency call for a water leak. Jose responded timely and made sure the leak was stopped prior to leaving. In addition Jose arranged for a contractor to dry my floors. Jose arranged for complete re plumbing at a good price. Jose with some hep from David, replumbed the house and replaced my shower pan. Jose repaired the walls and arranged for wall re finishers and a tile setter to finish the job.
