I ordered a small split with pistachio and kookie caramel and both flavors were delicious! I especially loved the pistachio and went back the next day for more. The small is packed with gelato and can easily be split between two people. Service is VERY friendly and elevated the whole experience!

About a minute after getting my drink, I took a sip and was surprised that it was cold--not even lukewarm, but actually cold. I didn't go back to ask for a remake because there were several people in line behind me and I didn't want to wait. Instead, I ended up microwaving it when I got back to my Airbnb. The latte itself was decent and had a strong espresso flavor, but the mocha syrup was way too sweet for my taste. I think it would have been much better if it had been about half as sweet. The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.

The staff is kind and is more than happy to let you sample to your heart's desire. There is seating both inside and out. I am sure on summer evenings this place is insanely busy, but on a Monday at approximately 2PM, I didn't wait in a line at all. They had fun summer flavors such as apricot crisp, blueberry cheesecake, cherry chunk, and strawberry sorbet. I tried two different flavors, and both were delicious. Both flavors were extremely creamy, even the fruity flavored ones. I started with the strawberry sorbet. It was refreshing. The strawberry really shined through and was extremely fresh tasting. I feel like strawberry flavoring can sometimes come off as artificial, but I did not have that experience with this ice cream. The second flavor I sample, and my favorite one of the day was the honey lavender. It felt like you were walking through an organic lavender field. As always, cities have expensive ice cream, but I am just a girl, so I will get a sweet treat.

The sweet cream went really well with the brownie. My taste buds were pretty happy having this sundae. It was pricey though, as it costed $12. The service was good! The server was nice and helpful and answered any questions we had. They were patient and allowed us to try any flavors we were curious about. The ambiance was good. The place was nice and organized. There's a decent amount of seating.

They had 3 different cup sizes, cones, waffles and a bunch of different toppings. We ordered a small cup of the cookies and cream. The friendly barista served us the cup right away. What a nice spot for a sweet treat in Post Alley. Being in Post Alley, it's a food stall. You can see all the flavors on display. Plus a menu is up top with sizes, toppings, and so forth. Ordering is simple and easy! Service was quick. My Pop got me a Double Scoop of Ube along with ice cream for him and my mom. The Ube was fantastic and a sweet treat after lunch! Tasted like Ube, creamy, and rich. I ate about a third and gave the rest to my family. The double scoops are no joke in size! They're very generous. There are plenty of ice cream shops throughout Pike's Place. The Shy Giant Frozen Yogurt is a good option with no wait and affordable prices!
