It's clear that a lot of care goes into the ingredients, and the flavors come across as balanced instead of trying to be overly bold for the sake of being different. Service was very amiable! The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.

Definitely a bit pricey for a single strawberry but it was delicious and a decent size. Strawberry was juicy, sweet but not overly so, and the chocolate was layered decently. Being one of the few spots with chocolate covered strawberries adds some bonus points.
