My wife and I were in there on Sunday and we had not been inside in awhile because every time we go in there the floor is disgusting and the tables are never clean, well not much has changed. We had to wipe the table off ourselves and throw napkins away that were left behind and there were only four tables being used! So it's not like they were to busy. I have three teen sons and we frequent canes. This was my first visit at this location. The cashier and staff were the rudest I've encountered at a Cane's. Especially the only cashier working. He never asked to take my order as I waited so after a little while I asked him if he was ready and he widened his eyes and pointed at the register. After I placed an order to sub the bread for another sauce he replies wow that's a lot of sauce. Although there was just one women waiting for her order, the waited 10 minutes and our order had extra Cole slaws instead of sauce and no bread. read more

It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get 25 piece tailgater order. Tenders is ALL THEY DO!!! I watch 8 cars leave after my order while I waited. They could have given my order when I ordered it. Ah, my new ultimate chicken destination! They have a very simple menu. They serve chicken strips, fries, bread, and coleslaw if you get the box with it as a side. The chicken is so tender and juicy you wouldn't believe it. Then they have "Cane Sauce" that goes good on...well everything. The service is quick and easy to deal with. I have only had one time where I waited a little bit long for my food but it was just because they were cooking it fresh. They also have awesome lemonade; my choice beverage at Cane's/ I highly recomend this to people who like juicy white meat chicken tenders MMMMM :) and the bread is equally delicious. great place! read more

Had the Box which come with 4 strips of chicken, fries, coleslaw and toasted bread. Plenty of food for one hungry person at a reasonable price. The Cashier was friendly and took my order quickly. I've eaten at this Canes a lot and while good it wasn't spectacular... until tonight. I don't know what happened but the chicken was more traditional fried... a very good taste and the usually meh fries were perfectly crispy not the usual soggy. Totally blows chic fil a away. My Phoenix sister was here on an AA overnight flight and LOVES Cane's in Phoenix. While she was getting ready to go I went to get us some lunch. She told me she always gets The Caniac so I headed out with her order. It was about 12:15 on a Thursday so I anticipated it being very busy, which was true when I pulled into their parking lot all spaces were full of cars, however there was only 2 in the drive-thru so I chose that route. I almost passed out when I saw the price of the Caniac was $11.55!! DAMN! Those better be so major sized strips!! I ordered her order and I ordered the Box for myself (4 piece) which I think was about $7.50. I did NOT want a drink with it so they deducted 80 cents per order. The chicken strips were delicious and so was the fries, bread, and coleslaw. I do have a problem with the ridiculous price for the 6 piece Caniac. It would have been cheaper for me (OR YOU) to order the 4 piece and then add 2 extra at $1.25 per strip. (I think that is what they were) The Caniac had the EXACT same amount of sides as The Box so they are charging $4 for 2 more strips. IF I am correct on the price of the extra strips then I feel this is price gouging. I most definitely will NOT be back because of that reason PLUS the face that all you can order are Combo's. If I order a drink at ANY other Fast Food restaurant, it will cost me about $1.50 yet this restaurant only gives you credit for 80 cents. And WHAT is the deal charging extra for the sauce?? ONE of those sauces is NOT enough for 4 chicken strips. Dang, the more I think about this place the madder I get!! Bottom line is great food if you don't mind spending a fortune on Fast Food. BTW, my 2 meal orders WITHOUT the drinks was $19.52!!!! I could go to a sit-down restaurant for that price!! read more

You pay for extra sauce and they are guaranteed to forget it 9/10 times because it's so hard to give the customer what they pay for. To top it off the sandwich barely had any sauce on it. I'm going to start with saying the food is delicious and I will forever be a Cane's customer because the food is just so darn good. I've never had a bad experience with the food, except for one time when the restaurant was near empty and it took thirty-two minutes to receive my food but the manager gave us a discount and felt really bad about it. No, my issue with this location is that it's always dirty. I'd come here about twice a month and every time except once I had to wipe my own table clean before sitting down. Not because I was being picky with what table I sat at (Frankly didn't give a dang where I sat) but because every other table that wasn't occupied was dirty. Floors were dirty. Seats were dirty. And it's not like there were piles of trash everywhere, it was just crumbs from the chicken breading and the toast. Just grab a rag and wipe it down, y'all. I don't live near this location any more, so I'm hoping there's another location near me so I can still get my Cane's fix without cleaning the table before dinner. I am a Cane's enthusiast. I went to this location shortly after its grand opening a couple year back. If this place existed while I was living in the area, I might've been 30 pounds heavier today. I got extra Cane's sauce and they didn't even charge me. It felt so wrong, but felt so right. Kinda like the first time you downloaded music illegally through Napster or Kazaa growing up in the early 2000's. You know you'd pay for good music, in this case sauce, but heck why would you if you got it free? 10/10. Would go back to this location. Also, if it was open past 12 AM, that would be gnarly. Cane's is the bomb. I've been eating them since I first discovered it while in Lubbock. I've probably been to a half dozen different locations. Some are better than others. This location is a good one. We've gone several times. The only reason why I can't give it 5 stars is because they forgot our order one time and we had to wait a bit which happens, but we were rushing to get somewhere that day. read more

This place is never a disappointment. The chicken is soooo good...their are so many delicious drink choices. The bread that they serve is salty and buttery, just the right combination, and the cane sauce is perfect for dipping your awesome fries in! Canes has defiantly became one of my favorites. The only thing I would change is when you order the sandwich combo you have to ask for extra cane sauce on the side, instead of them just giving it to you. read more

I absolutely do not really like this Cane's and I will not go there. Sometimes the line is long, but I still like the food, the problem is that the damn fries are always bad. Very disappointed in the size of the tenders. We are frequent customers and have always been very satisfied with the taste and size of the tenders. Last night the tenders were no bigger than my index finger , more batter than chicken. I called the manger who attributed the issue to their distributer. Offered no solution. If you have an inferior product, don't sell it. If the tenders were below your normal quality either say up front, sorry we don't want to sell you something we aren't proud of or provide additional tenders at the same price to make up for the skinny ones you were stuck with. read more

As others have said, there's only really one or two main entrees on the menu here and one is the other on a bun. It's chicken fingers, and they're good chicken fingers, but that's it. The sides are okay but think middle school cafeteria quality fries. We won't go here again likely because there's NO GRAVY. I get that you want a minimalist style and that your whole profit margin is built on keeping things simple and ordering in bulk but around here people want gravy with their chicken. The chicken fingers are good enough that if we are having a party or a good amount of people over, I'd consider stopping to pick up a bulk pack of just the fingers but I'd go home and mix up a few cheap packets of just add milk/water gravy to go with them. This is the slowest canes I have ever been to. Over 30 minutes to get a box combo and a 3 finger combo. I guess 7 tenders completed overloaded an all tender place.
