The food definitely stands out in terms of quality. It is most comparable to places like Canes , with the chicken/fries/toast combo. However they excel in comparison with their dirty sodas and other food offerings. The fries, cheese curds and Texas toast are all delicious snack options. Everything comes out hot and cooked to order. The portions are a good size and it all tastes fresh. The dirty sodas were a fun thing to try out. During my visits, I tried the "Toasty Marshmallow" (Mr Pibb) and the "Float On" (Barqs) . Both are sweet combinations and are fun treats. There's a lot here that makes them stand out from most fast-casual places and overall provide a quality dining experience.

And who wouldn't love a free ice cream cone while you wait, or after your meal? I thought it was unique that in addition to vanilla there was a banana cream flavor. The gals at the counter shared they try to switch it up. I loved the size of the tender meals offered and generous portion that stretched to two meals for me. Interesting, the cole slaw was the highlight of my meal, with the fresh flavor and complimented the tenders and crinkle fries well. My lime, coconut dirty soda tasted like vacation in a diet coke and I wanted to add a shot of rum to it! Friendly service and a short wait time were much appreciated, as I ordered my food to go. My husband's hot Nashville chicken sandwich was tasty and just the right amount of heat for him (but too hot for me)!

The first is the chicken sandwiches were both inedible because the chicken breast pieces were hard and undercooked. We ended up replacing the the tenders in the sandwiches and throwing out the chicken. Second the Mac and cheese tasted great a few weeks ago but today the sauce / flavor to macaroni ratio was way too high making the Mac and cheese also inedible. They really need quality control to prevent jn the future. I would have rated 1 star but I know they can do better so hoping they use this review to improve their chicken sandwiches and Mac and cheese. Will be getting only the tenders in the future.

We ordered mild because my husband doesn't like things too spicy (I love spicy foods) it came with a sauce we picked the buffalo sauce. When we got our order the tenders were definitely not mild.... Probably medium. They also gave us the 24k sauce so we had to exchange it for the buffalo sauce. Everything was great but the app automatically adds a tip... I only caught it because the total went from $14.99 to $19.99 and when I checked there was a $2 tip. So I removed it. They don't even bring your food to the table. So be aware if you're ordering on the app.

First time coming here. I've passed by for over 2.5 years and finally decided to grab dinner…read more I actually like this place - the menu is simple. The space and seating is large enough. I have no complaints. I ordered the beef tallow 10 piece wing which is automatically dry rub as seasoning - my fave! I upgraded to add in a fry and beverage. The wings and mild seasoning were great. The fries were hearty and not greasy at all. I would've asked for a more crisp fry but that's it. My only "complaint" would be to give two sauces for a 10 piece wing.

You can order different levels of spiciness. If you don't like spicy chicken, order the 1st level. It's not spicy at all. I order level 2. I've tried level 3 and it was too spicy for me. I find level 2 to be perfect, has the kick I enjoy, but not overly so and blow out my taste buds. We went when they had their $5 hot chicken sandwiches in honor of National Hot Chicken day. Not surprisingly, it was very busy. They still put out good food and EXCELLENT service. Everyone was so nice and they all handled the flow of people very well. I was so impressed. One of the managers, came around to the tables to tidy up and check in on all the guests. I have to remember to come more often!

One thing is for sure: a return visit is in the cards within a couple weeks. As soon as the soda…read moremachine (for the water cups!) is installed, and the Hot Chicken Shawarma Wrap makes a comeback. In the meantime, I ordered a Hot Chick (medium heat), with a side of fries, some extra pickles, and the garlic sauce to make my Slavic heart happy. The food came out fresh from the bubbling oil, it could be handled without burns, but clearly spent no time under a lamp. Both the chicken and the fries were fried to a delectable crunch. No twice-fried-as-an-excuse here, genuinely well done. My only note is that it feels as though the fries and chicken *may* have spent an extra 15 seconds in the fryer. While the innards were tender, it felt as though a tinge of moisture was sacrificed without need. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and other than the usual delight of dipping them into everything on the plate, they were perfect as they were. Fantastic amount too, not the starch overload of Five Guys, but not a skimpy serving either. The chicken sandwich was the real star. The medium contained some proper spice without having smoke come out the ears. It was well sauced, and had a great hit of acid from the pickles. Out of left field came the slaw: I was not expecting to like this to the point of almost leaving it out. However, it was fresh, felt homemade, and wasn't a mayonnaise bomb. Would order the again without complaints or reservations. I also had a chance to try their house-made lemonade. I appreciate that they use zero-calorie sweetener to cut down on sugars. However, it came out too sweet for my liking. It would be helpful to have options of level and type of sweet. Final notes: The server behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly, and the food came out in a reasonable time frame considering how fresh everything was. Final verdict: A case where I say it's a good thing Nash Bros is a little bit of a hike, otherwise I might visit too much for my health. Barring some minor notes, everything was scrumptious, and I'd happily order it all again (and likely will!)

We got here about 30 minutes before closing time. The restaurant was somewhat busy w/ dine-in and carry-out orders. I ordered their original Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich made Xtra Hot based on their heat level offerings (which was the highest heat level) and my wife ordered their Honey Butter fried chicken sandwich with mild heat level. I also got their House Fries that were seasoned crinkle cut fries. We asked for cups of water but were told that they were out of cups, so either buy water or can of pop. They did not have fountain drinks. The food came out shortly. My etra hot sandwich tray was tagged as 'Hot' w/ three symbols. I asked them if that meant the sandwich was just 'Hot' and not 'Xtra Hot' and I was told that if I ordered extra hot then it meant it was extra hot. My sandwich was really delicious. The flavor was good and the texture was nice. The Xtra Hot flavor was not overwhelming but also it did not seem like the extra hot they said I should be mindful of because it was going to be very spicy. My sandwich was decently crunchy and the pickles and coleslaw had a tad bit of sweetness that went well with the heat of the fried chicken. The Brioche bun was well toasted. The fried chicken patty was decent in size. The Honey Butter fried chicken was a major letdown. It's a sandwich in Brioche bun w/ fried chicken and only spicy honey butter (no pickles or slaw). The bun and the fried chicken were drenched in melted butter but there was no taste of sweet heat or just sweet honey. The fried chicken patty didn't have any flavor either. We mentioned it to the staff members and they apologized for the way it turned out for us. The crinkle cut fries were okay. They were soft and unevenly seasoned. The seasoning was decent in taste. Overall, we had a decent experience. The service was okay. My original Nashville hot chicken was delicious but the Honey Butter chicken sandwich was anything but delicious. The restaurant aesthetics were decent. They have a live band performance area. It's a nice, friendly restaurant with a decent menu variety. We weren't wowed by the food but I would say that the original Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich was worth trying.

The individual at the counter was very friendly and gave me recommendations after telling him it was my first time. I love buffalo wings, and he recommended the smash burger. Food wise, it's not bad, but it's not great. I personally prefer my wings to have the crispy skin exterior where theirs is made with what seems to just be the chicken+sauce. Reviewing a spot like this is interesting since for me personally I take into account how much I paid for the meal compared to how good it is. For this burger and 6 wings, the total came out to be $24.68. If this meal somehow could be closer to something like $15-$20, I'd probably give it four stars and return some day. I get it's a difficult in this economy, but I've had better for cheaper.

It's clean, spacious, decorated cutely, has music playing, has fun decor, etc. I came on a Sunday around 5pm and there was a few people inside but nothing crazy. There's kiosks where you order at and then pick up your order right from the counter when they call your number. All their Korean style corn dogs and drinks are made to order. The staff was friendly here, too, and they were constantly cleaning. I got the hot cheeto Korean corn dog (half cheese half beef) with spicy mayo on the side. It was 10/10 finger licking delicious. You definitely have to be in the mood for this because a cheesy Korean style corn dog is pretty heavy. I had like 1 bite left but I couldn't finish it. The cheese pull was crazyyyyy and the hot cheeto dust was so good I scraped it with a fork after to finish it all. I'd totally get it again. I think it was around $8 including tax and side of sauce. I'd 100% come here again and try their drinks in addition to their corn dogs!

Now I can't speak to ambiance- all I've got to go on is the service when ordering and getting the food- now that that's clear let's start! We ordered the Caniac Combo and asked if they had lemonade as we didn't see it on the menu board- why,yes indeed, they did! They repeated the order and asked if that was all- a quick moment later I said - let's add a side of Texas Toast, fries, and a coleslaw. For some reason when we got to the window they thought we'd canceled the Caniac Combo and wanted the sides! No No no. Why go to a chicken place if we didn't want the chicken? So add back the Caniac Combo please! Then they asked if we still wanted the three sides still? Ummmm ....yes? We ordered the sides so we could split the tenders in the Caniac and both of us would get sides. Seemed kinda clear to me? Needless to say they almost forgot to give us the lemonade at the window- and had to be reminded. I think they weren't paying much attention. Sad. We got home, split up the food, and began eating. The chicken was just ok and needed to be reheated - the fries were cold (!) and had to be popped into the microwave too - really! Taters usually stay hot a long time. Not these. Hoo boy. Once reheated they were ok. The coleslaw doesn't hold a candle to KFCs but it was serviceable. So that explains why it had been years since our last visit. Hmm. Another five years from now we'll try again. But hopefully they focus on the food being hot and fresh and improve the customer experience- else they'll deserve to decline and die off.
