After a week of over eating and bad eating during the holidays, it was a good idea to go to Subway. The multigrain bread and sandwich loaded with veggies tested good. I got the garlic roast beef, and my husband got the sweet onion teriyaki steak sandwich. The subs were loaded with meat and veggies. There was a buy one, get one free footlong sub promotion, so we got the premium subs. We ordered online, and our sandwiches were ready when we got there. I highly recommend Subway. read more

After arriving to pickup my online order, I asked for the free Tuesday cookie. The cashier indicated that I should have ordered one online. However, the online checkout process never asked me if I wanted a free cookie. Also, the free cookie promotion is likely not offered at all Subway locations either. To the store Manager: please educate your staff as to how the online process actually works. I do not need lectures from uninformed cashiers. read more

They refused to serve me because of my preferences! The customer is not always right here at this Subway. This makes me sad because I love Subway and have been a long time customer (other locations). I have been going to Subway for easily 25 years. I have never had a Subway deny me service because of the way that I like my sandwich. I always order a footlong flatbread with tuna and cheese. My order has not changed in easily 15 years. I do not like the bread or the tuna toasted and most subways put up a little bit of a fight since the bread *should* be toasted. I understand that the quality of the bread and the taste will be different if it is not toasted and I do not care. I prefer it this way. But I have never had anybody REFUSE to serve me because I didn't want the bread toasted. That happened today at this location! The first employee was hesitant but proceeded to start making my sandwich when I assume it's the manager (male looking) chimed in and said that they MUST toast it. When I explained that I don't want it toasted and that I always usually get it this way from every other subway. I have gone to many different Subway locations in and around this area as well as other states. He said "that's okay that they'll do it, but we won't." So I asked if he would serve me and he said no. Clearly it's not a health hazard or risk of death if I want my sandwich not toasted since I'm still alive. I would not recommend going to this subway as they clearly do not care what the customer wants and the customer is not always right not this location. read more

One word to describe my experience at the dumpster of a subway is wow just wow. I have been traveling the world for many years and trying all the subways that I have come across and I have never had such terrible service in all my life. The workers were hostile and yelled racist slurs at me yes Jenny I remember how you whispered to your friend not so quietly a very insulting remark that I will NOT BE REPEATING even through text! I asked for 8 slices of ham on my sandwich but you gave me 9 and when I politely requested to have the extra piece removed you said that you were helping another customer at the moment and you would be with me shortly. The mood of the place was completely and utterly disgusting the lights were way to bright and the place was filled other people! Do you think someone like me would want to be by a plebeian like you? I don't think so. Next time please hire someone other than a 5'3" female age 17 with Burnett hair and brown eyes, O blood type. This is a really nice subway looks fairly new. The parking lot is small but there is additional parking in the back. The inside is very big with lots of seating and it's very welcoming. The staff is super friendly and they made my sandwich perfect. The only down side to this spot is where it's located this is the first time I have been here because I forget it's there. A couple of days ago I stopped by to get some sandwiches for myself and I was recommended to try one with a meatball. I can't say I'm really into these fast food restaurants and prefer cooking by myself but if you're short on time and need something to grab a bite this is the best option. This spot was super clean and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and took order quickly and didn't mess up with it unlike it usually happened in other places. I was treated with all respect and it really matters for me. I was greeted with a smile and it's very kind of them. I mean customer service is top notch and it was nice to deal with them. And last but not least there were taken all measures for providing safety and preventing from wide spread of COVID-2019. All guidelines were strictly followed and that's pretty cool because we're all in this together. Nice experience and I'm pretty sure it's wasn't my last visit. read more

I live nearby so i always come here. i have made a positive review here also but today came close to one of the worst days ive ever had coming into a fast food restraunt. i walk in hoping to be greeted by one of the workers that ive kown there for a while now. instea dit was a new one and thats fine because they always have a happy attitude usually lol. but this girl named Alexa came this is probbly the 2nd time ive seen her and the 1st time shes made me a sandwich. i ask for my usual the BLT no cheese on flat bread with xtra pickles. she puts 2 pieces of bacon on there and asks if i want cheese i told her no cheese just 2 more pieces of bacon. she then told me if i want more its extra.. i told her everytime i come here i get 4 pieces anymore is extra.. she then has a huge attitude change and goes so this is a BLT? why didnt you say that then and she puts 2 more on there and asks if i want cheese.. no no cheese just toasted. she throws it in there and after she puts the lettuce tomato and mayo i ask her for extra pickles. so only guessing shes trying to be a smart ass she puts a HUGE handful of pickles on the sandwich and im just smiling because thats kinda how i like my sandwich! lol now this place is usually a good one to go to its clean peaceful doesnt get too crowded and they replaced most of the rude employees with nicer ones. im only guess they forgot about Alexa. and girl if youre reading this its only a job not a career unless you make it one. dont take it to the heart boo theres no need for an attitude when its only one person in line. dont snatch money out of peoples hands either thats not polite. speak up when talking to a customer and dont be petty because theres other people who arent like me who wouldve snatched your pretty face off. sincerely Nina read more
