I've been to this new location twice this month. Significant because I live over 30 miles away. Although I have a Raising Canes in my area, this one seems to top them. Whatever the reason I really do recommend this one. FOOD. The fries were hot and crispy. Also they are crinkly. My favorite type of fry. Chicken also hot, juicy and had crispy batter. Toast was very good too. I didn't have the slaw yet so I can't comment. PEOPLE: the crew was great both times. Very cheerful and polite. I like that they asked both times if I wanted condiments, etc... LOCATION: Plenty of parking outside. Kinda like that there's NO DRIVE THRU, but they do have a walk up window. Its two stories so eating cup stairs gives a cool view of the shopping area and street nearby. Decorations are cool Oversized food and the DJ booth. Hope you are healthy. Elevator was out of service. The whole time this location was being built, me and my fiancé were sooo excited, because we live about a mile away from it. Unfortunately, I am disabled so this is beyond walking distance for me, which sucks since this is such an inaccessible location. Here's the "know before you go" of it all: - no, there is no direct street access - no, there is no drive thru - there is 1 parking lot with access to the cane's, it shares spots with the casino and event parking for the nearby residential community (as well as the intuit dome if people are doing that). IF THE PARKING LOT IS FULL, THE GATE WILL NOT LET YOUR CAR IN. There's often a line of people waiting for a car to leave so another car can enter. - so nope, you can't even drop someone off and let them order while you do a lap. If you're already walking down Century and decide you want to walk up into Hollywood Park (which is a hilarious tourist trap name of a community as someone who actually moved down here from Hollywood) and then turn around into the Cane's lot, then it might be worth going. If you live nearby and you're craving Cane's and want to make a trip to get Cane's, just go to the one in El Segundo. I promise the drive is less time than the amount of time you'll waste trying to get into the limited parking lot. If you're driving down Century and you want fast food, man just go to Del Taco or something. I don't know whose idea it was to put the Cane's here, in the gated parking lot, without any direct street access, with no drive thru, but I am praying for their downfall. This location is dine in or walk-up for to go only. No drive thru. I think it was a good idea to not have a Drive Thru due to the location and the surrounding area not having enough space. I went to the grand opening and a few days later because why not. The 2nd time I went, I decided to order from the outside because I was expecting the inside to be more crowded and there was only two people at the walk up window. The first guy placed his order, and as the second guy walked up to the window the cashier closed the window in his face and started talking to someone behind her. I thought that was rude. She could've at least said "I'll be right with you" or "just one second", etc. Her conversation went a little too long for me as I was standing outside, so I decided to go inside and placed my order. There was actually no one in line so I was able to walk up and someone took my order to bb honest, it's very loud in there and you have to kind of yell over the music to the cashier to place your order. I feel sorry for their eardrums while I was inside my watch actually gave me a warning that the sound level was too high. While I waited, I went upstairs to check out the second level and they have chairs, their tables, the restroom and the soda fountain where you can refill soft drinks and tea. Located inside the parking lot of the casino, this location has the worst parking possible. The design is cup shaped and poorly made. Let's start with the strengths: The staff are friendly, the kitchen is fast, the drinks are available at the bottom and upper levels of the location. The weaknesses, the parking, the seating is akward, the music is inconsistent, going from SWV to 2pac. No offense but I don't want to listen to Hail Mary while I'm eating chicken, keep the TLC and SWV playing . Also, it is not handicap accessible, the elevator was broken . The convince of the location is great conceptually and it is open very late, which is great but you can tell it was not thought of . 3/10 it deserves its own spot that doesn't make you jump through hoops to get in. read more

WOW, what an experience - fyi it is LOUD inside! Music pumping, DJ going at it, super fun place! Aside from the long lines of people pouring in from nearby concerts and waiting 30min for food, this was definitely worth coming by! Food is good as always (got the Box Combo), the staff is busy busy. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the parking situation.. it's only validated for an hour, after it's $5 for half an hour? As a Canes fan, it should be noted that this location is the same great food with elevated ambience! This place was really fun and the staff was EXCELLENT! The walk-up window is great for quick takeout while there is also plenty of indoor seating. Parking was easy and free for the first hour! DJ was fun and I really loved the vibe! However it is a bit loud if you're not prepared for it. The chicken and bread was not quite how I'm used to it... lacking a little crispiness. Wishfully wish they had the game on with all those big monitors-- that would make this place a frequent visit for me for sure. read more

I saw this on tiktok and decided to give it a try! I'm a Canes fan so this was an awesome experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The food was fresh and the drinks crispy. There is also a second level and a full condiment bar upstairs. Kids really enjoyed it. Also, be aware that you get one free hour of parking only. So plan accordingly. read more

The food was amazingly delicious..i had the BOX Combo, the chicken was extra fresh and soft I ordered extra coleslaw but really didn't need to..their portions are just great and btw the food is slaminngg.!! I never been here but have heard about RCaines.. One finally opened here by my house on century Blvd and had to come in.. They don't hav a drive thru but their staff is supr friendly and they have a walk up order window outside like chic FIL a. The place is great! The food is ready quick and there's plenty of seating. BUT... the DJ is too loud! & on top of it, the speaker calling out names for patrons to pick-up their orders has to be even louder to be heard over the already ridiculously loud music. It's painful. Let me start by saying the staff was excellent. They were fast, very efficient, very friendly, and very helpful! 5 STARS! The food was excellent. 5 STARS! The atmosphere, the design, and the decor was breathtaking! Awesome! 5 STARS! The most amazing fast food place I have ever been to! NOW THE BAD: We had a bad experience with the parking, and we probably won't be coming back because of it. They only give you 45 minutes to park while you eat at this Raising Cane's and then they start charging you for the parking! Part of that 45 minutes was walking to and from our parking spot. My wife is handicapped so it takes her awhile to get out and back in the car. Then, we had to wait on line inside the store for our turn to order. Thankfully, the terrific staff was very fast with the order. But then we had to rush furiously through our lunch and we couldn't enjoy it because our 45 minutes was evaporating quickly! It is not healthy for two 63 year olds to eat our food too fast. And it's hard for us to rush back to our car. We didn't make it. Our 45 minutes expired by the time we got to the exit gate, and we had to pay for the parking I was expecting to be free. So if this is the system, we will not be coming back. We will eat somewhere else where we can at least park for free without shoving down our food fast which is very unhealthy and we had upset stomachs because we ate too fast! This was unacceptable. Why can't the staff instead VALIDATE OUR PARKING? That way, we can eat at a normal pace without having to worry about being charged for parking because we didn't eat fast enough, or we didn't walk fast enough between the car and the building. If they are unable to validate our parking, then please GIVE US MORE TIME! Give us an "hour and a half". That would be reasonable. Or maybe an hour with a 15 to 30 minute "grace period" to allow for longer lines or slower walkers like us. But no, they don't at least give a "grace period". We ate as fast as we could! TOO fast!
