Wow, quiet Saturday morning, walked up to the window. Two people ahead of me. One had already ordered. Service was SOOOO slow that the other person in front of me finally gave up and drove off. Guy taking my order got it wrong multiple times despite me clearly stating the 3 item order. Drinks still came out incorrectly. Pretty sure the guy was high. Definitely the last time I would come to this location. Complete waste of time. 12 cars probably made it through the drive-thru before I got my order.... Unacceptable. read more

First time eating at Rally's and it wasn't bad. I was expecting a more "beefy" experience but it was good. The menu seems really big so at least it has that going for it. I had the buford and my husband had the bbq bacon buford. Both burgers were good and came with pickles (which I love!). Their fries are really good and they must fry it in the same oil as their mozzerella sticks because I could taste the essence of cheese on the fries. Would we come back here again? Maybe. My husband is nostalgic for it from where he grew up. Worth trying, at least! read more

I ordered from here tonight and thought I was getting a great deal for a burger and drink, side, and chicken pieces. What's crazy is I had to pay5$ extra for the 6-7 pieces of 'chicken'. And about 4$ total on side sauces because they are only available if you pay extra. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and did not receive my marinara.... I'm sorry but what it the point of a mozz stick if you don't have marinara. Now I get I eat a cold chunk of cheese with breading on it. So disappointing. When I lived in the east coast Checkers was my favorite place for their deals and quality of food and variety of items. What a joke of a restaurant and establishment, only two cars in the drive thru and yet they make me stand outside waiting for over TEN MINUTES, i left when it got close to 15, i HIGHLY recommend that you dont come here, because of the amount of unprofessionalism in the employees i am deciding to NEVER come back to another rallys for as long as i live. If you enjoy waiting over 10 minutes for a relatively costly, so-so, smallish double cheeseburger (Big Buford), look no further! Food was great, service was great, no complaints! A typical drive thru fast food joint. Fries have a little kick to them. The spicy chicken was comparable to a MickyD's hot n spicy but i think Ralleys is better IMO. Also had a chocolate shake which was tasty. So nice to have a local Rally's nearby! read more

The employee that we dealt with on a recent trip was horrible. We literally pulled up to order and "John" comes on the speaker and starts yelling at my son and I. I was polite at that time and waited for him to come back on and than asked him a simple question about a combo and once again starts yelling at us so at that point I tell him to stop and that he's been yelling at us since we arrived. I than turned to my son after he disappeared for the third time and said I don't know what the hell this guys problem is. He then comes back on and tells me I cussed at him and that he won't serve us. This guy should not be working in customer service and clearly has some sort of anger management issues. If you enjoy being given the wrong order 3 separate times in the same evening and then have the inept manager tell you he'll make the order correct, to just give you whatever he feels like, then this is the place to go. For a place that never has any vehicles outside of it, that should be the first warning. The second issue is, according to the manager, the owner wants the manager to go outside and spray chemicals on the insects and weeds. While I waited for my food the first time, I was entertained by the manager and some other disheveled employee, who looked to be under the influence, wandering around and talking and spraying bleach or some other foul smelling chemical. Night staff killing business' on multiple occasions I've heard they ignore you when you approach the window, like their scared or something they don't even look you're way or have the density to say the drive thru is open only they act like you're not there by it was crazy to watch as they ignore and continue to move around. that type of behavior will just lose ya money in the long run never going back. if you're afraid to serve people why work there?? Service was awful! Went through the drive through, the lady was unable to count money. Total was 24.62 and I gave the lady 30.62. She only handed me back coins and when I said something to her she said "I have a hard night can you just take this" and handed me my drinks, food and straws. I loved Rallys growing up, the are by far the best of the fast food burger joints. This one opened by my house recently and the lines are always terribly long. Long lines prove how many others love their food also. Those frys are in a world by themselves! We tried their wings also this time and true to form, their wings are awesome. I will say I was a bit disappointed when they shorted me a wing, I ordered a 20 piece but only got 19 wings. Even with that issue, it's still enough for a solid 5 stars. read more

When it comes to quality of food I was quite disappointed. I ordered two cheesecake sundaes and neither one of them tasted it all a cheesecake. It rather tasted like a vanilla sundae with strawberry topping. I also got chili cheese fries which seemed skimpy and just messy. So I go back to the store and ask for a replacement for at least one of the sundaes because I ate a whole one trying to find any bit of cheesecake flavor and Because I paid $3 a piece for them and same thing just a vanilla sundae with strawberry topping. I'll tell the speaker person and they say they will make it again then I get to the window man and he didn't seem too obliged to help but said he would make me one again and came back 10 seconds later with another lacking cheesecake flavor. I'm a huge cheesecake lover and this was just disappointing. Not like the other Rally's I've been to which is why I wanted to stop at another Rally's. In my first experience ever in trying out Rally's, the customer service was very, very good. It was a pretty late night, so I didn't want to eat a large combo, instead, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich itself. When I tried my food, the taste was very scrumptious. After taking the first bite, of course, the sandwich was hot, very crispy, and tender from the chicken. There was also a very good Texter of the sandwich along with the pickles on the bottom to give it a little kick to the taste. Overall, it was absolutely delectable! read more
