The building was for sure an old Pizza Hut, but they have done a great job putting their own spin on it. So RamenYa is usually good food with decent service; I'm leaving a 1 star review because my wife went to pick me up just some Miso broth as I'm having a procedure tomorrow and can only eat broth / Jello. They refused to sell just Miso broth, though they will sell "extra" broth if you buy Ramen. She offered to pay extra, but they said they couldn't just sell the broth. Ridiculous! I'd have to put this one squarely into the terrible customer service category. read more

So for one don't come on a Saturday! The dinning room for waiting is so disorganized. And then they like to take people who came after you and fit them in. If you complain enough you will get a seat. I came in to RamenYa at 1:35pm today (Saturday November 19, 2022) with three of my friends. We requested a table to sit and eat. The RamenYa employee informed us that at 2:30pm they close before they reopen later in the evening and we can only order take out. We place our orders and another woman came in requesting seating by herself. They informed her of the same thing and she places her order. All five of us are sitting and waiting for our food to be brought out when one white customer comes in from a car that just pulled in from the parking lot. The RamenYa employee politely seats them in the waiting area to be seated with NO pushback the five of us have just received. Two minutes later, the white customer's two white friends walk in and they are all seated with menus. It's now 2:00pm and the employee still has given them no push back about time or ordering take out. I have been to this establishment many times before and any time we've had to wait for a table, we have been given a pager. None of the three customers who just entered the restaurant had a pager in hand. When my friend and the other customer said something, the employee ignored our complaint and gave us our food. I was a frequent customer of this establishment but after the unsavory treatment of me and my party, I will no longer patronize this business. I encourage you to work with your employees on their customer service skills so you don't lose anymore customers. read more

I came here with my husband a few weeks ago and the ramen was delicious. So, I decided to come back by myself for dinner. I was confused as to what time they closed (Google said one thing and their website said another) so I called to ask. I was told o bbn er the phone that they closed at 9pm, so I made my way over there. When I arrived, I was told that the kitchen was closed and that google was wrong.
