    Beef chow fun
    Ying X.

I unexpectedly found incredibly delicious stir-fried beef noodles at the Venetian Hotel! Beef Chow Fun 乾炒牛河: Judging by its appearance, it looked amazing. Made to order, it was fresh, hot, and incredibly flavorful with a wonderful wok hei (wok aroma). The noodles were slightly charred at the edges, the beef was tender, and the bean sprouts were perfectly cooked--crispy yet dry. Overall, it was fragrant but not greasy, and everything was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was also authentic, not too salty or too sweet. However, be careful not to add too much chili sauce! Xiao Long Bao Pork鮮肉小籠湯包: The dumplings themselves were just okay, but I loved the dipping sauce! It's rare to see julienne ginger alongside with xiao long bao in America.

We came here after the BSB concert. Got seated fast. The time it took to order and get our food wasn't bad either. My cousin ordered the garlic broccoli and that was tasty. I got the beef chow fun. You get a lot so you can share with another person. Prices aren't bad for the portions and flavor you get. All in all a good place to eat if you're looking for good Asian food at the Venetian.

Noodles Asia located in the Venetian is DELICIOUS! We stopped in for dinner before seeing No Doubt, and everything we ordered was so good! We had pot stickers, bao, spicy cucumber, orange chicken, and veggie lo mein. If I'm bragging about the food, why 4 stars you ask? The service SUCKS! The host was not friendly. Our server Judy, forget it. We saw her at once, and then had to track her down to get the check. And she wasn't even nice. Maybe she was stressed out cuz the restaurant was busy, but still. With that being said, I would eat here again...

I'm recommending the location in the Venetian. It's a quick and easy option to get some good Asian food at any hour of the day. Delicious and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Arrived around 2 for a late lunch and Was greeted and seated immediately. Server was very polite and helpful in making my choices. Drink and appetizers were delivered in a timely manner. Egg rolls were hot and well seasoned. My drink glass was kept full, serving sizes were perfect for lunch and taste was spot on. If you enjoy Asian food, give this restaurant a visit. They have a good variety of dishes and service is great.

Needed to get my asian food fix while attending a conference. Food was good. Vegetarian options of course like most asian restaurants. And not the same quality you'd find in Rowland Heights, CA as well. Granted, there's no competition here. If you are craving Asian on the strip, not a bad choice though.

Paid $9 for a tiny cup/bowl of wonton soup with 3 wontons in it :'( I really wanted pho, but wasn't willing to pay $24 for that...

Becoming one of my "go-to" spots when staying on this property. It is conveniently open till 03:00 (Fri night) inside the Venetian casino. I enjoyed the fish filet congee twice in two days. A comforting dish. We tried the chive and shrimp dumplings and won ton noodle soup. Can't wait to try other dishes in the future. Service is great. Friendly.

Really not good - we weren't able to eat two of the three entrees that we ordered for the table. Pepper steak was decent. Orange Chicken was not good and neither was the Mala Crispy Beef. Really upsetting because each dish was $30. When walking out of the restaurant I saw an empty table, with the same entree that we ordered and didn't eat, untouched.. so other people felt similar about the dish.

Second time here. Great service, the food didn't disappoint. I tried the Shanghai Mei Fun it was delicious! Also the Crab Rangoon which was just okay. Open late and worth it

    Lunch with a expressive martini

The food was delicious and our waiter Ken Foo was top notch. We stumbled into the Venetian after watching an early showing of the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere

I am happy to see this Asian spot stays open late! They close at 3am! When you've been walking and doing a little drinking- you just need something that feeds your soul. It may be 100 + degrees outside but when you're inside the casino in the cool AC- this is the spot to go! They had yummy Duck & BBQ pork over rice, the sichuan spicy cabbage, crab Rangoon & spicy cucumber salad. Everything was so good. Next time I'll try their noodles!!! April our server was really nice and sweet! I like the simple decor as well!

    Black Peppered Beef Udon

We stopped in for lunch. I was the only one that was hungry out of 5 people and they were so accommodating to allow us a table. I had the Black Pepper Beef Udon and enjoyed every bite. The flavors perfectly complement themselves. The vegetables were fresh and the beef melts in your mouth. I also ordered the pineapple breeze cocktail and found that to be delicious. Service was 5 star as well. So friendly. Highly recommend.

Even at 5:15PM on a Sunday it was packed. We made the effort to adhere to the dress code but candidly a significant portion of the guests didn't. It was split about 40/60 between attractive, well-dressed people and cutoff jorts and themed t-shirt wearing stereotypical Vegas in August tourists. The food and service was good but there are plenty of good dumpling/noodle houses in Las Vegas that don't require the extra effort to get into and park at Aria. There are many restaurants on Spring Mtn road that I believe are just as good (or better) and 25-40% less expensive. My kids love xiao long bao and it was a special ocassion so it was fine for that but didn't knock my socks off. Typical noodle house... you write the order yourself on the paper provided, server confirms it, comes back with a printed ticket, disinterested servers cross the item off the ticket as it comes in no particular order. This is fine if everyone shares (as is intended) but our one vegan participant had to wait as we all ate as we got the vegan dumplings and cold cucumber salad last of all the dishes. Not sure what the hype is for, the original may have a Michelin star, this one while very tasty is (imo) not worthy of one. Dinner for 5 was $250 with tip, not bad but probably would have been $150 or less at Xiao Long Dumplings or Shanghai Taste. We elected to go to Chinatown for Ah Boong for dessert rather than each have one little chocolate filled bao (and to fill us the rest of the way up).

Finding the Real Deal: Dim Sumlicious is the Authentic Yum Cha Las Vegas Has Been Missing…read moreLas Vegas has no shortage of Chinese restaurants, but anyone who's grown up going to yum cha knows the difference between dim sum done right and dim sum done for tourists. I've been on a quiet, slightly obsessive hunt across this city for the genuine article -- the kind of Sunday morning experience that transports you straight to a bustling Hong Kong tea house. And friends, I found it. It's called Dim Sumlicious, and the name does not lie. The moment the first bamboo basket hit our table, I knew this was different. Dim Sumlicious has a chef with over 30 years of experience honing his craft in Hong Kong, and it shows in every single bite. This isn't the frozen-and-steamed shortcut situation you'll find at so many spots around town. These are handmade, skillfully executed classics that carry the weight of real tradition behind them. The har gow wrappers had that perfect translucent delicacy -- thin enough to see through, sturdy enough to hold. The siu mai were plump and properly seasoned. The char siu bao, both baked and steamed, hit every note I was hoping for. Cart after cart brought something worth ordering, and nothing disappointed. But beyond the food, what struck me about Dim Sumlicious was the atmosphere of care. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable -- a rarity in a city where restaurants can feel like they're processing customers on a conveyor belt. If you're a dim sum devotee who's been settling for "pretty good," your search is over. Dim Sumlicious is the real deal -- no asterisks, no caveats. Make a reservation, bring the whole family, and go hungry. Las Vegas finally has its yum cha moment. Don't sleep on it.
