In the past, whenever a spot could not be removed Daniel/the owner always told me about spots he couldn't get out. This time this younger guy, didn't tell my wife anything about spots, rips or damage.. lastly, the cleaner moved one of my landscape rocks to hold his house and on the way out my wife asked him to put it back. He said oh hasn't that been there all the time. It's not worth the money this time. I think I'm going to delete them from my contacts.
