THEN, AFTER I WAS CHARGED, they admitted they did not turn in my order at 7:00 when I first called them. I have evidence on my phone that I called. This is crazy. Then I was told to SIT IN MY VEHICLE while they cooked my pizza. I live in a nearby town. I was tired from a long day and hungry, so I waited. The pizza is half cooked and tastes terrible. No, I can't drive back to Pine Bush tonight. This is not good service at best, and dishonest at worst. I was told I could get $15. off on my next order. No coupon, nothing to prove that I can do that. They have my first name only, and my phone number. So no, this is clearly NOT a real offer. I will never, ever go back there again. And the pizza? We added balsamic vinagrette dressing but didn't check when we left and got a second French dressing instead. That's about the only flaw for Franco's, and that happens anywhere. Garlic bread came with some marinara. Drenched in sauce but still had a little crispness to it. If I wanted it extra crispy I could have pan-seared it, but at least it wasn't droopy. Calamari: Quite good. It had gotten a little cold by the time I was able to dive in, but if I ordered that fresh at the restaurant I bet it would be amazing hot out of the oven.
