My first time trying Randy's on opening day August 16th. Got there in time early in the morning to try the delicious donuts. We got a dozen and got two free raised glazed because we arrived between the hours of opening to 12 noon. I'm from Southern California, but never had the opportunity to try the original location in Inglewood. My wife and I had to wait about 45 minutes, but once we were inside, we were met with friendly staff and were able to look at the delicious donuts on display. The donuts were very fresh and great. I'd like to go again. I hear they are opening several locations throughout the Las Vegas Metro area and look forward to the Summerlin shop opening up very soon. Check it out! read more

Went on a Monday around 11AM. there was no line and a good amount of specialty donuts left, except for red velvet which I was looking forward to trying. I was expecting it to be more dry after reading reviews but during that time all of them were really soft and fluffy. The cake donut wasn't dry either so pretty impressed with there quality. I am a simple man with a lot of free time*** Very disappointing initial impression and lack of manners Yesterday afternoon around 16:00 approx my family, and I arrived to partake in some late afternoon delight in this establishment. Upon entering the premises, I will admit the front lobby is clean. HOWEVER, while perusing the selectikn, there is this male employee that HAS PIERCINGS at the front that is: 1.Very Rude 2.No greetings whatsoever (good afternoon etc) 3.His tone denotes annoyance, and we feel we are disturbing him. 4.Upon picking the selection, he immediately asks hoe many are we ordering, WE SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM JUST ONE (four donuts in total) but that seems unaccaptable to him, abd just brushed it off, and kept asking the same question, as if he doesn't care what we just said. 5. His demeanor was disappointing to say the least, it's as if we caused a great disturbance in his day. There was not even line behind us, there was only 1 person in front of the cashier Note: Generally I don't mind facial piercings, nor any body modifications whatsoever, HOWEVER I have studued, abd worked in the culinary sector froms hotels, and restaurants alike. FACIAL PIERCINGS IS A BIG VECTOR FOR MICROORGANISMS TO PROPEGATE LEADING TO FOOD CONTAMINATION, AND HAZARDS TOWARDS PATRONS. Accumulations of sweat and dirt can have rammifications during food handling, and distrbution. Typical microoganism that thrives in a aaerobic state are staphylacoccus Aureus, which can cause vomitting, and loss of fluids upon ingestion. AGAIN, just to specify that I don't abhor facial piercings nor modifications whatsoever, however in a food setting that id a huge red flag due to the aforementioned details listed above. I am shocked that upper management hasn't advised this employee about the dangers of sweat, and dirt accumulating in that area leadings to formations of aerobic bacteria(s). Endings statement: I have partaken in various establishments like, and all of them always greet the patrons upon entering the premises, it was a delight to experience in those establishments. This place however have left a lasting negative impression for a first time patron, and will never recommend this location to my conworkers and friends. I'm sure that everyone has their bad day, but it is never wise to pet it take over, and let it manifest through bodily language, and verbal delivery. Wife and Me just wanted to try and see what the hype about Randy's Doughnuts here in Vegas. We ordered the Maple raised Doughnut and I rate it 4/10 it was chewy and ok, 2nd we ordered the plain round doughnut 1/10 tasted nasty and could not finish it, 3rd we got the Glazed Twist 3/10. Tasted like it was burnt and was chewy Picture a burnt pretzel with sugar last and final we ordered the Apple Fritter 3/10 just ok noting to write home about. The service was great was expecting more but just got regular doughnuts. We have great Doughnuts shops here and a lil cheaper and higher quality. read more

Hella awesome! The staff were super nice, the manager is super generous! I attempted to go after work a few times however it was all sold out but luckily today they were still open! The donut is nice and soft very good texture not stale at all not too sweet to my taste (I am not much of a sweet tooth) this place fulfilled my cravings! Next time I have to come back and get the apple fritters. They also have lots of parking when I went and its well lit. The shop inside is pretty awesome, nice aesthetics to go with the great vibe they bring (Absolutely cannot wait till the big donut is on the roof!) and the shop is clean which makes me happy! Amazing donuts! The line was not long at all when I went and they had plenty of staff. The donuts were a big hit at work. Way better than your average donut! The only negative feedback - the maple glaze was a little too thick, and I wish they had some sugar free syrups for their coffee. read more

Randy's is my new favorite donut shop. Their service is always fast, they have a very friendly staff and their donuts are always fresh. However, I am not a fan of the amount of frosting that they put on their maple or chocolate bars, it's quite thick so instead of ordering those, I order their raised glaze. Omg, it's so fluffy but not like Krispy Kreme fluffy. It's almost like if Dunkin' and Krispy Kreme had a baby, it would be Randy's raised glaze lol. I am not sure if this was a mistake or a messed up batch or something, but i came here for the first time yesterday. The staff was nice and all, but i ordered a raspberry jelly filled donut, and when I got home to try it, the jelly tasted like cleaning supplies. I really thought I was getting poisoned. It was the worst thing I've ever tried in my life and we were really worried that we had to goto the hospital because we got poisoned. With the reputation this place has, i cannot see how this was legitimately the taste of that jelly donut. I advise management to check the batch of raspberry belly from yesterday. read more

We were going to a party with friends who were originally from LA. We asked what we could bring and they said not any donuts, it had to be Randy's. So we went in two weeks ahead, and put in and paid for a few dozen to pick up that we selected. We set we would pick them up at 1pm. On the day we showed up a few minutes early. The clerk there not only had not prepared the order, they didn't know anything about it. Luckily we had our receipt, so they also luckily had the donuts we selected. We brought in the boxes to the party, a few people tried them, but consensus was they weren't very good. Some said they were old and wondered if they were day old. They may have been if we didn't see them load the boxes in front of us. Also it was not like the store was in a convenient part of town. This place is a GIANT rip off ... bought 6 donuts on 10/5/22 and was charged 15.10 which was fine that was the total cost and the donuts were good. Then the little short haired b*tch at the drive through charged my card an additional 8.54 for a TIP , a TIP for handing the donuts through a window... I don't think so !!!! The donuts have been fresh every time we have gone. I even tried an iced mocha latte the last time I went. My only complaint is any flavored donut- cinnamon roll, matcha donut, etc... doesn't taste like much. It just tastes like a glazed donut, which isn't a bad thing. I will stick with the classic donut flavors, I highly recommend the devils food cake. read more
