He was happy to answer all my questions and it really put me and my family at ease. His assessment report was so detailed and we were quoted such a great price compared to other companies. Their process is straight forward, they are transparent with their costs and don't try to push additional services that you don't need. We finished our repairs a couple of weeks ago and we went from hearing movement in the attic every single day to pure silence. Unlike other outfits, he didn't charge extra for extra traps and his squirrel traps allow for multiple squirrels to be caught at once. The ground squirrel infestation improved quickly. We call Creature Catchers (CC) as we'd used them in the past to catch a 35pound raccoon in our backyard! CC is a family owned business- husband-wife team, Andy and Sandra. Andy came out and did a complete attic check. He found a raccoon mother & baby(s) had made their home in our attic. Instead of setting up traps, he chose to do an "eviction," which means he banged around with a stick to disrupt/scare the mother (he couldnt actually reach them due to home insulation etc.). That night the mom and babies left!! I HEARD them go:))) No Harm- all good:))! Andy later re-did our vent screens to make sure no more entry points were available. CC KNOWS what they are doing. Over a two month period, she kept setting new traps, but the gopher was clever and just dug new tunnel around the traps. Finally yesterday the gopher was caught. It turned out to be a small pocket gopher who was half the size of a normal gopher. Her price for all the time she spent trying to capture my elusive gopher was more than reasonable. Had a very bad experience with this company. Last December asked Cesar to help a problem with rats…read more He sent a young man Jose to fix a problem. Jose set the traps and left. Next another young man came in and he did not know what Jose did, he did not know where the traps are. Finally I called to asked Jose to come and check the traps. It is not surprised, a dead mice was caught and it must happen long time ago , so the whole room was full of flies,mosquitoes. Even Jose was very very uncomfortable. This is a terrible experience !
