Dropped my car off 2 days before I left the country. Told him to call or text anytime. He called me 3 days into my trip to let me know they're waiting for the warranty company to approve my claim. This went on for days of him saying they were waiting for the claim to be approved. Back and forth nearly everyday in my trip, it was never done. I got back to town and it was never done, my car was never worked on. I gave him a deadline of when I needed my car, I had something very important 2 days after getting back. My car was never worked on until the day before. They worked on it until the day I needed my car back and took forever to get my uber sent to me to go pick it up. I was late to where I needed to be that was extremely important. They're so incompetent. This whole time I never complained, never got upset, told them they needed to get it done.
