The restaurant is simply charming. When yo walk in go straight to the cozy bar. I think it has 12 comfortable chairs and a couple of bar top tables. Bar tenders are attentive, friendly and good at their craft. As you move on to the seating it is open air and very roomy. The floor and walls are Old Chicago Brick and reminiscent of an Italian or French restaurant with American touch. The menu is a very nice blend of different cuisines .The food is very well prepared and served hot or cold in a very palatable presentation. The second coming of overpriced mediocracy. The old ravish which lasted all of 15 minutes was renowned for its overpriced food that's reminiscent of the hot food station at Whole Foods. The "New" Ravish is all the same. And it STILL smells like MOLD! Why anyone would eat seafood here with the Key Lime house next door is beyond me. Since little has changed in the physical decor of the place, which is spectacular, it's nice to see that the owners landed on a food concept, and chef, worthy of the space. The menu is eclectic, and excellent! Big and airy, it's indoors, but with two big sides open, it is very outdoors, perfect in these pandemic times. We got seated right away and the service was very fast. The laid back vibe mixed right in with the live music they had going on. The empanada app delivered great taste and started to fill our stomachs. The shepherds pie was ordered as the main course which felt like an endless bowl, which was a good thing. We went out on a limb and tried an interesting drink with whiskey and cab sauv mixed together, not the best however, not the worst either. The ambiance and service are great here. The food is disgusting. And I don't use that word lightly. It's disgusting. Whatever grill they are using to cook in tastes of a chemical or kerosene or whatever fuel they are using to heat it. This in turn transfers to your food. My friend ordered the chicken Milanese and it had the taste. I ordered the house salad with chicken and it also had it. We both sent our food back. I didn't want to order anything else from the grill in case it came with that taste. So I ordered the sourdough bread as a safe choice. It came also grilled with the same awful taste. It's really too bad that such a nice restaurant has such a terrible thing occurring with their grill and being transferred to the food. As I write this, I am so nauseous with the taste of the grill fuel still in my stomach from the few bites of food I did eat. I'll never go back here. I want to note I went Summer of 2022 and the food was great. I think it has new owners and a new menu. But how we they are cooking their food isn't working. They need to clean their grill and make sure it's not leaking fuel. read more

I recognized her from previous run ins- so I told her the current situation and mentioned how beautiful the place/night was. I throughly enjoy this open, outdoor, new but old restaurant. Owners owned The Loving Room in Boynton. New location, new menu with some old classics. The duck drumsticks and the desserts are the same as well as a few others. But I enjoy it! A little bit "bug-y" with all the trees and plants around and the parking was tricky (had to park really far and walk down a very dark street). Great atmosphere and love music, too. Great cocktails! Surprise! Open on Christmas day, serving some of the best old-school comfort food in town. Do I sense a common theme: fish and chips, Shepard Pie, Beef Wellington..? Yes, the owners and operators come to us from the Northern Isles and have brought their hospitality, love of food and home-town inspiration with them in a beautiful open-space concept of good vibes and happy stomachs! We were fortunate enough to find our way up north and be drawn in by a live 3-piece local jazz group that was making their way through the holiday classics on piano, upright bass and ?spanish guitar? - oh my. These guys were good, well seasoned musicians and grooving out at an appropriate level. Staff was quick and very kind, as we had our 2 little furry kids with us, a bowl of water was first brought out before we began the nights performance. We started with the Short Rib Empenada... okay, let's be real... this was a beautiful light and crispy puff-pastry filled with the tenderest of meat and topped with a slightly spicy chutney and an aioli that was a perfect balance to the piece. What an opening act... i could eat another 3 of those now. And then the main act! My meatloaf was a tower of a meat-ball really, a mass of perfectly soft, and perfectly cooked ground beef that was seasoned like it should be... not heavy, not dense: can you say this was a meatball marshmallow? they must use some magic pot to cook this, as it was perfectly evenly cooked and at least 4 inches tall, and 3 inches wide! The mashed potatoes were the support for a medium thick gravy that tied everything together like the 3 Tenors! And for Dessert? The final act? Came in here for a small bite. It was super hot outside and the 4 if us managed to snag some inside seating. We were outside first and the service was super slow. The server was new and kind of clueless. But once inside the bartender took great care of us. She also made great drinks. I split the special pretzel which had cheese sauce, fruit, and a charcuterie presentation. It was good but the cheeses were kind of warm and not hard. The meats were all tasty. I really enjoyed the prosciutto. My friend got the fish and loved it. There is plenty of outside seating but it has been so hot I think it's unbearable. There is table seating and couches. Inside has limited seating which is a shame. There is live music which was great but if you want to enjoy someone's conversation this is not the place to go. I would love to try other menu items but I'll wait for the cooler weather if it ever gets here. read more

Held my son's rehearsal dinner there. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. Sarah and her team went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. This review cannot truly capture how well cared for we felt the entire time. The ambiance was beautiful, they allowed us to bring in special touches to make it personal to us - even helping us in the set up and then tearing down - delivering the items to our hotel room so we didn't have to worry. When the Living Room in Boynton closed I was sad but so very excited for Lisa to open Ravish Kitchen! It's located in the cute "downtown" Lantana area in a walkable spot to other shops, restaurants, and the intracoastal. If there's no parking in their lot (I didn't realize they had a lot) there's a pay lot at Lyman Park you could always use. The place is large when you walk in with covered indoor/outdoor area and then a small inside bar area. The menu has lots of great options. I love the portion sizes and the prices. Lisa also kept the fun living room style vibe so you have the option for a regular table or a "living room". The service was excellent. Her staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We were even given free tasters of a specialty cocktail - it has rose and vodka and it was a frozen style drink that was super tasty! We had the cheese board, Brussels sprouts, wings, spinach dip, chicken pastry, and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. The only downside was when we went in July it was a very hot and muggy day and we sat in the covered indoor/outdoor area. They had the covers down so it was more inside, but the AC was not on so it was a bit sticky warm while eating. But I can't wait to go back!! read more

When we asked why ,their comment was "all restaurants are doing that" ( false) Owner then said if you paid us cash it would of been cheaper . ( shady ) By the way no where in the restaurant does it say they charge you more to pay with a credit card. No sign, not on the menu and the waiter never said a word. They just add it to the bill. Our night ended out front of the restaurant arguing with the owner , not a way we wanted to end our Friday night.
