    Poke bowl

Been wanting to check out this spot for a while. Very small shop, with minimal seating. Overall also a very quiet shop, very much like that of a sushi place. Staff was very minimal, so you would just order from a kiosk. Ordered a poke bowl and some hand rolls to share with a friend. Fish was very fresh and was tasty. Pokebowl was a good serving size with lots of veggies, well seasoned and good quality fish. Will come back again to try more items from their menu, specifically the nigiri.

This is a newly opened hand roll, sushi & poke shop. Place itself is tiny. Hubby gets deliveries from this place when he is in his Diamond bar office. He brought home some sashimi and hand rolls the other day. I have to say that the raw was fresh and the portion size was so good. Great place for delivery or takeout whenever we crave hand rolls!

Hidden gem in Diamond bar that serves quality sushi! Restaurant itself is very small and there's no bathroom. There's plenty of parking in the plaza. I got my friends addicted to this place so we'll be frequent visitors :)

Ordered the salmon ikura don. The sashimi was delicious, with the right temperature and texture. Service was quick, and overall the food came out promptly. The space has a cozy atmosphere, though it was very cold inside so we ended up eating at the outdoor tables. Limited indoor seating. Friends enjoyed their poke bowls. Located in a large plaza with H Mart and other restaurants, with plenty of free parking available.

I had seen this place and had been wanting to check them out. It was a pretty tiny restaurant closer to the northeast end of the Diamond Hills Plaza Shopping Center, located just to the left of 101 Cafe. I placed an order online before coming here to pick it up. They used the Meal Key Way ordering platform so it was really easy to use. Their entrees started with a base price. The final cost will depend on the items that you select. Our order was for an uni salmon ikura don, sushi set of 8 pc, and a sashimi set of 8 pc. Shortly after placing my order, I got a call to inform me that they were out of uni. She offered to replace it with scallops or refund me the cost for the uni. I opted for scallops since they're one of my favorites. There was a short wait as I had shown up a bit early. During my wait, I saw that there was the option to eat there as they had a large rectangular dining table and a few counter seats. The kitchen was hidden from view. They had an ordering kiosk off to the side. As for my order, everything was packaged very nicely and with care. It was on the pricier side, but you're definitely paying for quality over quantity.

A small but very clean place. There are a few seats. I feel it's more for take-out. There are plenty of parking since it's located in a big plaza. I got the box set of 4 handrolls. They were delicious and the fish were fresh and generous sized. My favorite were the salmon and hamachi. I love the protective film on the seaweed to keep the seaweed crisp. I also appreciate the little squeezable soy sauce. Attention to details is greatly appreciated. I would definitely come back to try their other items.

Super fresh and delicious sushi! Giving high quality fish for sushi take out place! Ice pack provided as requested for hot weather. Super nice worker and make sure the take out is packed nice and tight !

My first time here at Raw N Dash located in Diamond Bar. This small store is a place where you can pick up fresh Japanese sushi, sashimi, chirahashi or rolls. There is a set of tables inside that you can sit at or you can have it as take-away which I did. I got four hand rolls and a chirahashi bowl which is raw mixed sashimi on a bed of rice. The four hand rolls were super cute and enjoyable. My favorite was the blue crab with avocado that was delicious! But they have a few other varieties such as salmon, scallop, and tuna options. Overall the fish was fresh and enjoyable! Would think this is an awesome option for a cute picnic option.

Raw N Dash serves up high quality sushi options! They market themselves as Fine Japanese Take Out. The location is set up in that manner. It's a small location with one big table for community dining and some table top seating. There are also patios outside to dine as well. The location as grab and go drinks. I saw other pictures of onigiri to grab, but there was nice the day we came in. The menu has various options of cut rolls, sashimi, hand rolls, poke and maki. Not to mention they sell matcha powders and have matcha drinks to order as well. The location has one cashier taking orders and some sushi is displayed for sale in a display window. We ended up ordering: -Hand Roll Box of 3 - (Salmon/Bluefin Tuna/Hamachi) -Maki Roll Set of 3 - (Salmon/Bluefin Tuna/ Blue Crab + Cucumber for $2 extra) Our orders were ready in about 5-7 minutes. We ended up dining there to enjoy it all fresh. The Hand Rolls had big cuts of fish. The Maki came in a nice little box and looked fresh as can be. The sushi was excellent. You can tell by the vibrant colors how fresh it is. We enjoyed everything. Each bite of maki and hand rolls had us smiling. I'm happy we found a great spot to get a quick bite of premium sushi in Diamond Bar. We'd come by again. Add Raw N Dash to your list and definitely come visit them! Thanks Raw N Dash! ( ^_^)b

Maki Box of 3: Salmon, Blue Fin Tuna, Blue Crab

My husband and I came by to Raw N Dash on a random day after completing a grocery run. There's plenty of parking in the front and many more in the complex. First impression is it's a small and quiet spot. They have a long table for group dining and high top seats as well. We ordered the Maki Box of 3 and the Hand Roll Box of 3. For the hand rolls we ordered Salmon, Hamachi and Bluefin Tuna. For the Maki Box we ordered Salmon, Bluefin Tuna and Blue crab + cucumber. Once we received the boxes, my eyes lit up! The size of the fish on the hand rolls were larger than I expected. They tasted just as good as they looked. The fish were fresh and the rice was perfect. We shared each hand roll and were able to get two bites each. The Maki Box was presented elegantly. The sushi pieces were all symmetrical and delicious. My favorite one was the Blue Crab. I also liked their fresh wasabi and pipettes filled with soy sauce to drizzle on the sushi. I felt the pricing for everything was adequate. Staff were nice and the establishment is very clean. Overall, I recommend this business and I would come back again.

My brother and I were craving fish and ordered takeout from Raw N Dash on a Monday afternoon for lunch. I got the 3 handrolls set and my brother got the poke bowl. Though it's on the pricier side, the price is pretty justified by the sheer amount of high quality fish they give. The fish tastes very fresh and extremely tender. My brother also loved how big the poke bowl was; for how great the quality of the fish was, we were expecting smaller portions. The service is also great. The staff walked us through the menu, showed us pictures that were true to what we received, and made thoughtful recommendations based on our tastes. There isn't a lot of seating inside, but I noticed most people ordered takeout from here. Overall, I am looking forward to the next time I visit Raw N Dash to explore more of their menu!

New place in the Super Hmart plaza here in Diamond Bar. Came by on a weekday to pick up lunch (take out). Ordered the premium chirashi and the poke bowl. Both the premium chirashi and the poke bowl were freshly made on demand, and so the order took about 15-20mins. The fish provided were very fresh and delicious! The sashimi provided in the premium chirashi were decent size slices, and about two pieces for each different fish, and it also included scallops. Definitely recommend trying the chirashi/premium chirashi. Pricing wise, considering the quality/amount of the sashimi provided, it's not that bad while keeping in mind you are paying for sashimi. Since this place is advertised for premium Japanese takeout, there is not a lot of seating area inside. Plenty of parking outside of the shop. Worth checking it out when in the area!

Spicy but not overwhelming. The service setup is self-serve with a kiosk to order, and robots actually bring out your food, which was pretty fun and efficient. I'm actually not quite sure if there's Internet in here, but they must have a way. You order through one of the three kiosks there when you walk in. The interior is nice, clean, and big. There's a few long tables for big parties. The service is nice and friendly, and I'm always asked if I have any questions or need help. The prices are pretty average for a poke place at $13.99 for the small bowl (2 scoops of protein). There's a little robot that brings your food to your table, and I don't usually find myself to be waiting too long for the food. My only complaint is that when you order the half salad, half rice, I often find myself with a 3/4 salad, 1/4 rice ratio bowl in front of me. Although I do enjoy my veggies as well, I wish they were able to keep that ratio at closer to a half-half.

The bathrooms are pretty clean and most of the prices are pretty reasonable. I do feel like some of the daily made food is a bit overpriced, but after 7pm, they do offer discounts. I do feel that the ambiance offers something very different than other markets as the store is usually decorated and generally feels clean, although it used to feel cleaner in the past prior to 2020. Always love visiting here from time to time, especially to get some sake. The size of this Tokyo Central is also a bit bigger than most others, but I do feel like other TC's are more modern and cleaner than this one, but you still can't go wrong here. Edit: I went today because I was in the area and the store feels much cleaner and they added a brand new sushi bar with a chef where the old anime stuff used to be. It's pretty nice and the store feels slightly refreshed. 4.5/5.
