First visit during a work week lunch. Pretty good. If you go for one of the lunch specials, be sure to look online in advance & hold your ground if the special is different than expected. I was told the special was only cheese slices & a salad when I'd thought it was slices & a drink. I got a single slice of the meat option & a drink instead, which frankly was fine & about the same price but later checked & confirmed the special was as I'd thought. Anyway, the pizza was good. Probably walked by this place 1 million times but I've decided to drop in to try their pizza and wings. I would say a very impressed with the wings being for buffalo. They are cooked hard and made with the right buffalo style sauce which you can get mild, medium or hot. They definitely get a solid 4 stars for wings. The pizza I mean, it's OK not great but not bad just kinda a standard American pizza pie rating about 3 stars. This will be a place I frequent. It's so good that there's a line outside waiting to get in. Went right after the football game and wasn't upset with the choice. Great food and great drinks. Decent pizza spot in midtown, walking distance from campus and right near the bookstore. The pizza was pretty good, but definitely thicker than traditional NY pizza. We also split some bbq wings and fries. The fries were honestly my favorite part (thin and perfectly crispy) but I'd probably skip the wings next time. This might be NY style pizza but not as good as NYC. I had a couple pieces of pepperoni pizza and it was average. It had a good amount of cheese but it seemed to be concentrated more toward the center and not so much at the crust. They are close to Georgia Tech so it's not bad if that's where you are. read more

Please, if you want pizza in the area walk one more block down to Atwood's where you'll be treated with respect. I ordered a couple slices 6:15. It's now 7:11 and they still haven't made my two slices. I don't mind waiting but I was hoping to at least stand inside in the AC as I am a PAYING CUSTOMER. Nope. I was told to wait outside. It's 82 degrees outside. Mind you, I have already paid and have no choice but to wait outside in 82 degrees. When even asked if I could stand near the bar area, they said nope. No sorry, no nothing, just go wait outside. I was sweating buckets outside and at 7:15 I gave up and went home, I called and asked if I could get a refund as they haven't even started making my pizza, I got a no and hang up. I have ordered here before and it was mediocre (cheese tastes like plastic, dough undercooked, etc), but I didn't want to walk to Atwood's in the heat so I settled for this. GO TO ATWOODS EVERYONE! I am currently telling everyone I know to avoid this place. Not to mention my organization frequently partners with them for fundraisers, we'll go to Tindrum next time. No interest working with them. The pizzas, burgers, and calzones here are usually good. Steak and cheese calzone can feed two people. I usually get a burger flores with steak fries with a slice of deluxe when I'm hungry. Today, walked in and got a corner table. All the tables looked clean. The servers were nice and friendly. Made my order - Coke Zero, deluxe slice, and steak and cheese calzone and it was extra cheesy. Got my order in about 10 minutes. The servers came by a few times. Everything was good. Eight TVs inside and maybe next time I will get a pitcher of their $10 high life. A big bottler of hand sanitizer at the counter. Most of the staff did not wear masks and gloves. read more

I came here with a couple of friends after walking around Tech Square. Conveniently located, though my experience was not the best. As someone who's dairy-free, I asked if I could get a pizza with no cheese and they said they actually have vegan cheese. Wonderful! My friends and I ordered, and ended up waiting 30 minutes for our pizzas. Once my pizza came however, it was the wrong pizza - a vegetarian pizza, even though I ordered the meat lovers and the waitress had confirmed that with me. They said they'd remake my pizza again quickly, however, 10 minutes in they asked me if I'd rather just cancel my order. I was a little astounded because I'd already waited this long, so I told them I would still want my pizza. It ended up taking 20 minutes to receive my pizza, and by the time I received my pizza, all of my friends had already finished eating. It was just inconvenient and they said nothing could be done in this situation- I was hoping for better customer service and was left very disappointed. We ordered a large mushroom pizza and chicken wings and some falafel. Definitely an interesting mix of foods and our pizza came out within minutes. The pizza looked and tasted great with just the right amount of sauce and a nice crisp to it. I do think they forgot about our appetizers since we had to ask about them. The wings were great but the falafel tasted a little overdone on the outside. Bottom line is we came here for the pizza and the drinks and it was well done. We ordered a 16in pizza. Dough is thicker than I'd prefer for NY style. Maybe the individual slices are made differently. Ingredients tasted fine but nothing notable.
