Food was good. We had 6 in our party and had to wait about 15 min to be seated. Our server was friendly as well. We placed our orders and had fried catfish, spinach dip, poboys, burger, cajun combo, and Gator. Everyone enjoyed their food. There was a mix up with my order but all worked out. read more

First time here. Wasn't busy yet for dinner. Very clean and wait staff was very friendly. Our order took nearly 30 minutes to come out. Portions were adequate however everything was a tad salty. Wasn't bad it just seemed to miss the mark. I didn't realize it was a franchise. I may try again but will dine around to get a comparison. All in all it's worth a try. read more

We got there a little after 11:00, and people where already coming in. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. I asked our cool server Coyote if we could get the tv nearest to us changed to the Olympics and they kindly changed the channel. Coyote was doing double duty as the bartender and server to the surrounding booths. Our appetizers came out quickly. The mains came out shortly thereafter. In here, its always Mardi Gras!!!!! I was excited to see that OKC had a Razoo's. I always enjoy Razoo's. It was a treat, as usual. It was a bit of a drive, away from bricktown and all the happenings. It had a bit of scenery and and some connecting restaurants. There was plenty of free parking and the staff was nice and welcoming. This review is only based on tonight's experience only. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating. Well we came in to try one of your specials The Ribeye steak, To my surprise the steak was grisly & fat and a little undercooked to my liking. The mashed potatoes were creamy and perfectly cooked and the green beans were fantastic. The garlic bread was lite and fluffy, perfect. My husband ordered the Fried Oysters Platter with fries and extra fries. Looked like a single order of fries. It also came with two hush puppies. He got aa total of 8 oysters on this platter which were over breaded and not much oyster at all. We were disappointed in tonight's meals. I've visited this location a few times in person, so I'm surprised at my call-in, pick-up order that wasn't as I ordered. I ordered the Fish Ah Yee, extra crispy and extra sauce (which costs extra) and I received neither. I go to this restaurant a lot. It has always been a great place to get good food and excellent service. However, we went to dinner with friends last night at Razzoo's and this being their first time dining here, experienced extremely slow service, disorganized delivery of the food to our table and overall slow unconcerned attention to our needs. The food was even subpar, not meeting the previously high standard set by the chefs. After our experience last night, I'm not sure we will ever go back. And that makes me sad. read more

Great food and large portions. The service is good and the portions are worth the price in my opinion. Unique Cajun with a fun atmosphere. Keep in mind the food is made to order so it is not a 'order and eat in ten' situation. Great place for kids also! Wifey tip: rat toes (jalapeños stuffed with seafood) are so good BUT SPICY AS HELL! Today I have ordered the shrimp étouffée and my hubby the popcorn shrimp lunch special. The shrimp étouffée very tasty shrimp in a rich brown spicy roux. I was happy with everything I ordered. The Rat Toes were my favorite thing I ate here because it was something new, however this dish deserves a better name. I don't know how everyone throughout the corporate ladder in this company thought that was a good name for something they expect people to eat. Some people are hesitant to order certain types of seafood since we are far from natural water sources that produce it, but the alligator was fresh and very enjoyable. TIP: DON'T COME HUNGRY. The portions are humorously small. We got the chicken tender "basket" and the andouille sausage with red beans and rice. The 4 tiny chicken tenders were half the size of a normal tender. And I could count the number of beans they gave in this order. This restaurant must be managed by thugs because they also require you to pay for your to-go food upfront and you have to know to go to a remote part of the restaurant and pick up your to-go bag yourself. I learned this the hard way because when I arrived at the restaurant, no one was standing at the hostess stand so I walked to the huge bar. I waited and waited for someone (like the bartender) to assist me. No one did. So finally I flagged down someone walking by and they told me I was supposed to know that a bag on a counter completely opposite the front door was my bag of food. And I was supposed to go and help myself. This place is not well managed. read more

Had dinner and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and our server (Brooke) was fantastic!!! Gino was the AGM and looked in on us timely (not intrusive or when our mouths were full). Wife had the etouffe and I had the chicken fried steak. Both of us had leftovers after the Canal Street Combo as an app. Come give them a chance to impress you! read more

My service was great. Unfortunately my food was not. I had crab legs that felt like they just came out of the ice. My appetizer was the shrimp fondue that was slightly warm. I had a catfish basket unfortunately my catfish had some bone in it. I will say I the only thing I enjoyed was my fries. The price for 2 people was very pricey for the quality. read more

Why in the hell do servers think it's ok to keep your loose change when you pay your bill? Server was good but kept my change. Not the biggest deal in the world, but it does piss me off. It happens everywhere nowadays. And our server Taylor's felt entitled to do it. First and last time I will ever go to Razoos in Okc on Memorial Rd. Disgusting practice. Had a enjoyable family dinner at Razzoo's. With family local to New Orleans, I jump on any opportunity to try some Cajun food. My first time here and I throughly enjoyed it. Ordered red beans and rice, my family member had gumbo for an appetizer and for my main course I had the seafood platter. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection and I would 100% order it again. Josh, The manager came to check on us a few times and he was a delight! Chloe was a great waitress, she answered all of our questions about the menu and gave us good reccomendations on the food. She was very fast with refilling our drinks and always came frequently to check up on us. The firemouth wings are one of my favorite wings, seasoned well and for sure very spicy! Turns out my server had rung in a cocktail instead of my salad. Fine -- mistakes happen. What's not fine is that the manager's solution was to ask me to pay the difference because the salad cost more. I'd been sitting there for an hour. I said no thanks, cancel the order. On my way out I overheard the manager tell the bartender "don't worry about it" -- apparently already moving on while I was still standing there with no food and no apology. I turned around and confirmed my card wasn't charged. Left after an hour. Hungry. And no putting Eddies on the Do Not Go Back list. Went to RR and had a RR salad. Belly happy!!!

When they did, the meat was so rare, (and I like med rare) it looked like it had been seared on the outside. Finally our waiter had the manager come by and the very young guy was expressionless. He did adjust our bill. We have eaten at Fogo de Chao on several occasions in Dallas, but this OKC location is sub par. The decor is beautiful but there are too many tables and the servers can't get around to take care of their customers. Staff is way too young and inexperienced to handle a large restaurant full of upscale diners. From the hostesses to the gauchos, they were barely 20 and the manager wasn't much older. If there is no overhaul, I predict this place will not be open in OKC next year!

There's even a roaster on the side where you can watch the chickens turning on the rotisserie, which adds a nice, authentic touch. Now. Honeyyyyy. The food? Just... not it. I wanted to love it. I really did. But the flavors never showed up to work. The green beans -- OH BROTHER. I have never encountered a bean so committed to neutrality. No salt, no seasoning, no personality. Just vibes. And not flavorful ones. The overall meal felt like it was afraid of seasoning. It wasn't bad in an offensive way -- it was just... absent. Like the idea of food rather than food itself. It's disappointing because everything else about the place sets you up for something amazing. The ambiance says, "Down-home comfort." The staff says, "You're about to eat good."
