As you guys can see the circled area theirs something missing and he left the hose tied with a zip tie

Here again leaving another review for Juan , I reported him to the BBB. He called me about 2 weeks after filing the complaint he offered to refund me some of my money back for the horrible service , he is just a guy that gives you the run around and lies so much he'll be running out of excuses some day , he told me he had my money but wasn't in the shop the the next day that he's not in the shop he'll be going to the bank and dropping it off to me and same excuses for the past 2 weeks and still no money refunded to me ... please please don't go to his shop you'll be regretting it !!! Let me just post a picture on what his mechanic did to my car , leaving a hose with a zip tie

BEWARE of the FRAUD and DECIET that pours out of the mouth of Juan Nava Morales and the shop owner(s)! There are multiple documented accounts of this type FRAUD, lies, unanswered requests, excuses, etc. *** DO NOT BRING your Vehicle here for ANY services!! ** You'll be sorry. !! This shop appears to serve as a front to bilking it's customers out of monies and being untruthful, and FRAUDULANT, with no intent to do the work/repairs, and throwing customers into a tizzy when attempts are made to get a refund! Here's my Horrible experience - Took my 1971 - Ford F100 Custom TRUCK to RCAR Redlands Complete Auto Repair shop located at 1647 W. Redlands Blvd, Ste. L, Redlands CA, phone 909-307-9599, ....handed the truck over to Juan Nava, Shop Manager, and discussed in detail the project work to be completed to fully restore my Ford F-100. Juan repeatedly reassured me that he had a lot of experience restoring classic cars and could handle this job "no-problem". An extensive INVOICE ARD #00289228 was created & monies exchanged for deposit. After many months/ years of attempting to communicate with Juan, I realized that NOTHING that Juan had been telling me was the TRUTH, and he has been feeding me lies & excuses about the state of the project, and at times, would not return my emails or phone calls. I spent $7012.00 as partial payment, and now have discovered that my truck sat, untouched for 2 years, while Juan continued to paint colorful stories of the state of the truck and status of the project. I repeatedly asked (via emails that remain unanswered) for updates and pictures that would show progress of the restoration...which Juan could never provide! I recently picked the truck up exactly x2 years later, and was very sad and shocked to see that the truck is in the SAME unrepaired state as it was when I dropped it off in 2021. To make maters worse: Juan tells me that "they (former owner) agrees to refund ALL monies paid, however the shop has changed ownership and I will have to reach out to the old owner: Jake Sultan to ask for a full refund!" Juan gave me the email address: Allautorepair909@gmail.com & CELLphone #:909-319-3369 of the previous owner, and says I need to correspond to Jake Sultan, & request a refund. Additionally, Juan showed me a storage garage with multiple vehicles & unfinished projects, that the shop has taken in, that are in the same sad situation: PROMISES WITH NO INTENTION TO DO THE WORK!. When requested to speak to the owner, Juan refused to give me the name / contact information of the current RCAR owner. I have filed BBB complaint #20813260 All I want is a FULL refund, and promised and to put the shop on public notice so others don't get scammed! If you look on the B.A.R. (CA BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR), for RCAR License reports/court documents, you'll find that the shops' license was REVOKED after a lawsuit was filed, and the shop was "subject to disciplinary action under Code section 9884.7, subdivision (a)(4), for engaging in conduct that constitutes fraud with regards to parts and/or labor supplied to customer" ..and "made untrue or misleading statements, ...", " ...engaging in a course of repeated and willful violations of the laws and regulations pertaining to automotive repair..." [except from the court documents] BBB Rating & Accreditation = C- BBB rating = THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED BTW - most of the 5 * reviews are FAKE

Leak that was supposed to be fixed.

Avoid this place at all cost. Shady owner. Will dodge your calls while checking on status of your vehicle. He will run and hide and make stuff up on why your vehicle isn't ready or why he is up charging. While waiting witnessed another customer getting the same runaround by Juan.

(1 Star) I rarely…read moreleave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I brought my Mercedes-Benz to the Discount Tire location in Redlands because my rear tire was not holding air. Since I purchased all four tires and the warranty through Discount Tire, I expected the issue to be straightforward. My expectation was simple: inspect the tire, determine whether it qualified under the warranty, and explain the findings honestly. Instead, I received multiple, conflicting explanations over the course of two days. The first phone call informed me that all four of my tires were low on tread and needed to be replaced. I explained that all four tires had been purchased from Discount Tire and that I had also purchased the warranty. I reminded them that I came in because one rear tire was losing air, not because all four tires were worn out. I was then placed on hold. When the representative returned, the explanation completely changed. I was told they had accidentally inspected another Mercedes-Benz of the same color and that my vehicle was actually fine. The problem with that explanation is that I was sitting in the parking lot during that phone call. I could see the vehicles on the lot, and I did not observe another Mercedes-Benz matching mine. Whether there was an internal mix-up or something else, the explanation simply did not make sense based on what I personally observed. When I arrived before closing to pick up my vehicle, the explanation changed again. I was then told the replacement tire needed to be ordered. The following day, I received another phone call. This time I was told the tire would not be covered because I had not had an alignment performed after purchasing the tires. I was then asked if I wanted to purchase both a replacement tire and an alignment. By the end of the process, I had received four different explanations for the same warranty claim: All four tires needed replacement. My vehicle had been confused with another Mercedes-Benz. The replacement tire needed to be ordered. The warranty would not be honored because an alignment had not been performed. At that point, the issue was no longer about the tire it was about trust. I don't mind being told "no" if the decision is supported by the written warranty and explained honestly. What I do mind is receiving a different explanation every time I speak with someone. That makes it very difficult to have confidence in the recommendations being made or to believe that my warranty claim was handled consistently. I have submitted a formal complaint to Discount Tire Corporate requesting a review of this matter and an explanation of the written policy used to deny my claim. As of the date of this review, I have not received a response. I will update this review to reflect how Discount Tire responds and whether the company stands behind its warranty and customer service. I also intend to document and share my experience on social media so other consumers can make informed decisions based on the outcome. I genuinely hope I can update this review with a positive resolution. Right now, however, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

(They steal cars form people by charging more than owner can afford, they then sell those cars for profit) The name of this place should be called "Dewy , Cheatum, and How" I was blindsided how friendly and service oriented they seemed to be... However , my issue was not diagnosed correctly initially and once it was taken in for repairs the issue was never addressed correctly. 9 months from the initial time I left this Truck with Salerno's and I still have a misfire in Cylinder 6 The whole ordeal started 10/28/2024, when I decided to trust Salerno's with the head gasket repair... I know this a labor intensive job so I waited patiently, the head gasket job too two months to complete . Immediately after taking possession of my vehicle I got a check engine light ( I was not comfortable going back to Salerno's ) so I got a second opinion from the car Dr of Loma Linda . The car Drs told me that Salernos had installed the wrong coil packs and did not replace a broken coolant Temp sensor. I went back to Salerno's with the quote from the Car Dr. and dropped my vehicle off again to be repaired properly the next day 1/5/2025 I got my vehicle back again another two months later and was charged $819.24 for the mistakes they make . Fool me twice maybe but not a third time , at this point I refuse to ever trust Salerno's When I went to pick up my truck the second time it had multiple new scratches scrapes and dings all over the body and around the hood where tool were dropped in it (I pointed it out to the denial of owner Mark). He also assured me the second 1/2 of the coil pack was correct even though there is no firing order noted on it . This business changed me over $6,500 , and clearly they are not a quality shop. There lack of knowledge and ability should be a concern to everyone looking for anything more then an oil change. I know for a fact they regularly place "mechanic's lien" on many vehicles and sell them off for profit. (They steal cars form people by charging more than owner can afford, they then sell those cars for profit) If you have had similar experience with this or other mechanic please contact the California Bureau of Automotive Repair https://www.bar.ca.gov In the future I will be partnering with Legacy Automotive in Redlands. Legacy Automotive has earned my trust with quick, and quality service.
