Rebol seems like a healthier option to the many fast food and diner style places in Sawmill so I decided to stop by for their Acai bowl. Ordering was quick, I used a quick kiosk as the cashiers were busy explaining and answering questions up front - No problem! The grain-free berry acai bowl is the only option, which is nice but coming from Los Angeles, I think this place could create a few more standard base options (maybe a high protein version, green smoothie version, ect) and toppings (golden berries and pineapple are my go-to) and be on-par with a Juice Crafters. Just a thought.... I added a few extras; almond butter and extra berries and with tip walked out with a satisfying bowl under 13$. I always feel so good after eating here! It's delicious and so healthy. This is my go- to lunch spot and one week, I actually ate lunch here everyday. The restaurant itself has great ambiance- modern, spacious feeling decor and large doors that open to the patio. I would like one of these to open up in my town ASAP! The is an amazing restaurant that needs to have way more than 2 locations. If you are conscience about what goes into your body and have a specific lifestyle such as vegan, paleo, keto this is the place for you. I just took a picture of my receipt because I couldn't remember everything that I put in my bowl but it was absolutely phenomenal. When I took the lid off it was absolutely gorgeous and I was so excited today dig in that I forgot to take a picture of how lovely the herbed goat cheese looked against all the colors. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. This is the kind of place that I could see myself ordering from 2 to 3 times a week if I had one close by. Fast casual meaning you can go through the line and pick your base, protein, toppings and so on. I have tried everything here and literally nothing disappoints. They have bases such as cauliflower rice, sweet potatoes, cucumber noodles, and kale salad. Proteins are steak, chicken, falafel, and shrimp. Toppings, blueberry guac (THE BEST), strawberry pico de gallo, and street corn just to name a few. Everything is made in house from scratch every day so it is VERY fresh. Along with their "Bol's" as they call them, they have amazing smoothies, coffees, bone broths, and desserts. One thing I was told to try was the bone broth with miracle noodles, grilled veggies and chicken. Aka the best ramen noodles or soup you can ever get. I came in Friday night and this place amazed me!! The food and service was amazing. I walked in and immediately got welcomed in and and was greeted me with an amazing attitude and smile. This beautiful young lady asked me how my day was and was just so sweet. It was very busy and I could tell these ladies were a bit overwhelmed but still handled it wonderfully and continued the amazing and sweet attitude. Took about 5-10 minutes to get my food which was pretty quick under the circumstances. The young lady who gave me my food apologized for the wait, which was not long but I appreciated the apology. She had a huge smile on her face, handed me my food, and told me to have a wonderful day. I will definitely be coming back here!!! Even better the food was very tasty and I loved it! Truly enjoyed my food but have a few reservations. All four of us enjoyed our bowls. They are tasty and full of delicious flavors. However none of us felt full. I enjoyed the kimchi cauliflower rice and sweet potato hash as my base. The side of black bean, hummus and pickled vegetables were very flavorful. The falafel was crispy but may try some other protein next time. There's some spice in it I did not care for. Husband ordered the brisket bowl and liked that premade combination. I like all the healthy options and healthy drinks. My son is a vegetarian and he easily found choices here. Girlfriend loved the herb goat cheese. Here's two older adult remarks. I had to ask what were my non caffeinated beverage choices as most of the menu listed caffeine and more caffeine. Also turn down the music. Five star reviews are pretty tough to come by these days and I like to use them as a; I'm definitely coming back here soon type of rating. This was our first time here at Rebol and I was super impressed. I came in since I had heard that their bone broth is some of the best around and I was definitely impressed. I got two of them to test them out: 1 - chicken bone broth with turmeric. 2 - beef bone broth with garlic, lemon, and ginger. These were each of their recommended setups and they were both equally amazing. They came out piping hot and in to-go cups. Adrienne ended up getting the chicken bowl and we figured it would be just like chipotle. Boy were we wrong, everything was super fresh and the veggies and the blueberry guacamole was super unique. She ended up getting pesto on top of her chicken and it brought everything together. We will definitely be back soon as this is a super modern comfort food spot! read more

Ok, I can admit when I'm wrong. I previously didn't get Rebel and thought it was "meh". The extremely lovely folks at Rebel reached out and with minimal convincing, I decided to give it another shot. I opted for something different than my initial bowl and was extremely impressed. The miso charred cabbage is now something I regularly crave and the goat cheese has grown on me. I'm also more of a kale fan vs the rice base. I also opted for the hot sauce instead of the yum yum. My advice is to not give up if you're still not sold after one visit. It takes a few tries to find out what tastes good together and works for your palate. The first time I had no idea what I wanted or what tasted good together and now I have a better handle on the menu. Go a couple times to find out what mix of options you like. I still haven't tried their breakfast or coffee options, but that's next on my list. Rebol definitely redeemed itself on my follow-up visits and I'm definitely a fan now. read more

Their restaurant is very trendy/clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and most importantly, their food is very nutritious, healthy, and flavorful! So glad I could introduce my parents to Rebol because they are both on the Keto diet, and Rebol is Keto friendly! On fourth ear examination, they had clearly just tried to pick out the bacon and replace with tempeh. The whole thing still tasted like bacon and there were still come stray pieces of it in there. What I ordered: BYO bowl with rice, chicken, shrimp, veggies, and a side of hummus; paleo naan; turmeric lemonade; and banana bread. Everything was delicious and ridiculously fresh. I do wish my meal had been a little warmer. My only little gripe is the layout of the restaurant. There is so much alternative seating that I think is mostly unusable. There's a cushy area in the front of the restaurant that people are supposed to...? Then along the wall are these tiny little tables where people (I think) are supposed to sit on these cushions with their legs crossed? And outside are these beautiful patio tables, but they're ridiculously low that you can't actually eat on them. I could be totally wrong, but I think the Rebol folks have grossly overestimated how creative people are when they go out to eat. I think they'll find that most people just want to sit down at a regular table and chair. (Oh, and the regular tables inside are squished to tightly that it's practically impossible to maneuver through the dining room.) Such a great addition to Bridge Park! The long line on Saturday morning (which moved quickly) certainly shows that many people agree!! My mom was so happy the entire menu was gluten free and they also asked you as soon as it was your turn in line if you had any allergies. It's pretty similar to a chipotle line up but with grass-fed, antibiotic / hormone free meats. They also cater to vegan, paleo, keto, and gluten free diets! They have build your own 'bol's for $9. You start with a base followed by protein, two sides, a sauce, and a garnish. Finally got a chance to try this place when they were open! We went in and were greeted right away. There was six in our group and none of us have eaten there before. The two people at the counter were friendly and helpful. They gave good suggestions and were very patient with us. Some of the items you can put in your bowl have an up charge. There are little signs next to the items but if you're not really reading the signs then you might miss it. Since it was our first time, he was explaining and naming each item for us so I wasn't really paying attention to the signs. I wish they would have said there was an up charge while we were ordering, especially when the kids asked for an item that had an up charge. I didn't even know until I looked at my receipt and there was a $6 charge. Not a huge deal, but definitely worth mentioning. The food was good, not exceptional. I know one bowl can be completely different from the next but I mean the items individually were good but not exceptional. The rice was fluffy and had a mild flavor. The kale salad had decent flavor and texture. The cucumbers were just cucumbers. The other base I tried was pretty good and I forgot what it's called, sorry. If you're really unsure you might be better off getting one of the bowls they have listed on the menu. They have some specialty drinks that you might want to try! The inside space is open and bright but there isn't a ton of seating and it's kind of hard to get around when people are already seated. They have plenty of outdoor seating when the weather is nice which I love. This place is definitely worth checking out and you won't feel guilty about the food you're eating. read more

This place creates a unique space that doesn't exist anywhere else let alone Columbus. All of their food is organic, non-GMO, and has the ability to caters to vegan, vegetarian, keto and paleo diets. As a vegetarian who eats gluten-free 99% of the time, I found this place fast and delicious. I made my own bowl with some suggestion tips from their friendly and well-trained staff and went with the falafel. My favorite items that I ordered were the keto pita and the falafel! Something that I believe is equally important to the staff and the food is the space I'm eating in. This spot has outside and indoor seating for whatever you prefer. Very family-friendly and a great place to meet friends and catch up over a bomb meal! Another added thing that I loved about this place is that you can add CBD oil to any of their drink items.
