Just incredible service from Jack. Came into Redboy after a long day of golf and felt right at home. Jack recommended the lagunitas hazy ipa and it was fantastic. Got a medium pepperoni pizza as well that was cooked to perfection. Don't walk. Run to redboy pizza in larkspur California. I can't wait for my next visit and can't wait to have a belly full of beer and pizza from Jack once again. God bless redboy pizza in larkspur California

I ordered this, along with a pepperoni~ This place definitely hasn't a different taste than the one in San Rafael and a different atmosphere. Definitely a cool place to chlll with great service even though we took it to go but while we waited we enjoyed the place and the game they had playing on their nice sized T.V. Cool tunes too, if you enjoy music. Overall, pretty nice.

Let me set the stage. I am having a sad girl holiday. I'm missing my old self and my family in my old town. I want pizza and a giant beer without a bunch of fuss. I live down the street from Red Boy. I go in and order a large pepperoni and a large Modelo on tap. There's 4 patrons. The young cat working is cool and clearly minds his business when I order. The vibe is top tier. The pizza is perfect. Cheese is melted just right - filling in the gaps in my soul. The crust is crusting. I'm feeling like fresh laundry.

Pizza is delicious and location is even better. It is just two stores down from my esports club. (If you are interested in joining my clan, Young Money Fortnite Clan, reply to this review. For more information, talk to Tom Griffin, our other leader, who is usually working in Red boys on Fridays and Saturdays. Picture of him is below). I encourage anyone in the area to dine here as soon as possible as it one of the best pizza joints around. I hope everyone reading this has a blessed day. What is this we found in a slice of pizza??? Bandaid- looking Cardboard of some kind.
    T D.

Disappointed. Despite the reviews, we decided to try your food. While everything was fine, more or less, the fact that we found bits of cardboard in one of the slices of pizza is a huge concern. I'm curious to hear an explanation of how this can happen. Thank God these were not bandaids, as that is what they looked like at first glance. What is this and how would this happen in a kitchen when preparing food? Gross.

Note: 3 stars (instead of 2, because I'm aware I'm cranky during the pandemic, and everyone is going thru a lot of sht....and I still got 2 meals out of it.) I'm trying to support places through covid and I remembered this one from growing up - figured I should support an old haunt, but holy hell... "Underwhelming" is charitable, there's really no structure/crisp to support the slice period, for a pepperoni pizza, there was minimal pepperoni. Even after reheating in oven, the crust at its thickest parts seemed undercooked (which approached 1/3rd of pizza in a lot of slices). Really, I don't know what crust other people were raving about, maybe it was an off night, but it was a Tuesday and they sure didn't seem busy...at least it was ready on time. To the owner/manager: Buy your staff ACTUAL masks AND enforce their use. This is not the time to be sloppy, thanks. Parting note - granted, its literally been 20 years, but FYI they don't seem to use the same quality pepperoni, and abandoned using cornmeal for the bottom.

all uncooked thick bread! no extra large veggie! Extra Large bread, Extremely Rude front staff.

Good pizza but overpriced! No real complaints. Friendly staff. Still prefer Round Table and Extreme over Red Boy Pizza.

Under new ownership. Pizza and service has vastly improved. Way better than Stefanos and a 3rd the price of Peco. Great family place.

An employee tried to explain it when we arrived, but after we chose to sit inside, we were first seated in the wrong area and then moved to the back where the pizza is served. Not exactly the smoothest start. The food was good, but a bit pricey for what it was. We ordered the mushroom pierogies (which was misspelled on the menu) and a pizza. Both were tasty, but neither was memorable enough to make me feel the prices were justified. Service, on the other hand, was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. The strangest part was the seating. We were placed next to a service area hidden behind a curtain, except the curtain did nothing to block the noise. We could hear all the conversations going on behind it, and there seemed to be a lot of unnecessary drama happening back there. It gave the whole meal an oddly uncomfortable vibe. So yes, the restaurant is nice and the food is good, but the experience felt weird enough that I left unsure I would return.

The tomato and basil pizza was burnt so badly that it was inedible. It was beyond horrible. Yet, it was boxed and sealed and we were charged for it. The meat one was charred on one side and raw on the other. It wasn't edible. The wedge salad was whole and mostly iceberg lettuce with some tomato and one tub of ranch dressing. The house salad had onions, which we specifically asked be omitted when we ordered. The dressing was supposed to be on the side, but had spilled out. Things they couldn't control but didn't help: cars were parked in the loading area. There was no other parking and we had to park three blocks away and walk there and back. Since there's no way to check the order there, by the time I walked with the food knowing that house guests were waiting, and my husband was very ill, I just drove home. I could have walked back, waited another hour and hoped for less horrible food?

You can order ahead, but often the two people behind the counter are so overwhelmed with orders and long lines, that just getting their attention to grab your completed pizza is hard... they just don't look up while racing around the very small space. It's fun to watch them, like a well rehearsed choreographed dance. But the frenetic energy is not so fun. It would be helped if they just had one more person there during rush hours, to greet people, find out if your pizza is completed on the stack, rather than having to rudely jump the line and ask questions of these busy people.

On my first visit to this location I consumed my entire pizza in one sitting. On this visit, two of us each brought home half of our pizzas. The next morning I woke up to "these pizzas are great for breakfast too!". As I walked back out to the car following my visit to apizza I nodded at the salad place one door down saying "our meal would've cost twice as much there" and it would have. Is it "fast food"? It's inside a mall, and I did not see any directories to point the way. Once we found it and sat down, I noticed the sign telling us to scan the QR code on the table to order. Honestly, that almost sent me right back out the door. I wanted an actual menu, not a tiny phone screen with lots of scrolling and submenus, especially since I had questions about the food. The atmosphere felt a bit impersonal at first, mostly because of the mall setting and the QR-code ordering system, but the friendly staff helped make it feel much more comfortable once we got settled. The two people working the front were both very pleasant, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel much more welcoming. They had a decent IPA selection and a variety of bar foods (pizza, wings, appetizers). We ordered the arancini, fried cauliflower, and a pizza. The fried cauliflower was the surprise hit for me, especially with the garlic aioli. The arancini and pizza were also very good. The QR ordering setup still feels more frustrating than inviting, but the friendly service and surprisingly good food turned things around. In the end, I left glad that I stayed.
