Steer totally clear of this business. They are a joke. My daughter's car was involved in an accident on a Wednesday morning. They towed the car to their lot from Elyria, Ohio and offered a measly $300 for it. We declined and said that we want the car towed to our house on Thursday. Because they didn't like that option.....they took their sweet old time to tow the car to us which landed on our property late on a Friday, with (2) days of $64.80 in storage fee's and 6 phone calls demanding our car. When I first called, their representative told me that she "didn't have time to transfer me to another department and that I would have to call back and press option 2 to speak to a manager". It would have taken her less time to just transfer me instead of explaining to me what she could NOT do. We were charged a $86.40 "Clean Up Fee" for oil & fluids left on the road. These idiots cleaned up all right. They dumped 150 pounds of kitty litter in the back seat and floor of our car along with a garbage bag 25% filled of miscellaneous parts. (The kitty litter would have fit in the bag.) and an "Administration Fee" of $27 $189.00 towing fee for a tow 4.4 miles away from their business to our home. The beginnning of March I was in need of a tow truck as my BMW engine Light was on and Coolant was leaking from my car as fast as I could fill it. I first called AAA whom I have had for years only to find they cancelled me even though my payments were deducted monthly from my checking account. I was in shock and they had previously handled a tow in the summer. They denied my coverage and left me feeling hopeless. My brother told me to call Red Carpet Towing and boy was I happy I did. They showed up quickly and immediately got to work giving me assurance and proper technique in loading my car on a flatbed. I am so happy with the professional experience of the driver and the people skills he exhibited. Horrible service and very rude and unprofessional service The man who runs the towing co. Dont care about customer service he is a a** talks to you like your a nobody for no reason at all. My car got towed so i had to go there to get my car out and man it was the Worst customer service i have ever in countered for a business rude short guy with a go t black hair was rude and nasty for no reason at all all i did was ask him why it was $206 to get my car out it wasn't even there a day so when i questioned him he got very offensive and started talking to me stupid and being very rude. They are prolly ripping off people thats why he got mad and talked to me that way. I'm not a customer, but would use them in the future if I had to. My tire blew out on the side of a busy highway, at night. Chris stopped and asked if there was anyway he could help. He also walked with me to my ride which was on the side of the ramp where vehicles merge to get onto the highway. He was truly an angel and helped me to safety. Can't say enough good things about Brandon and Jojo. Personable, professional, fast and knowledgeable. Our Tesla's parking brake malfunctioned before the holidays and we needed a tow to the dealership. The dispatcher had Brandon over in 15 minutes and provided updates along the way.
