Don't let the location fool you. As a Korean, I walked in a little skeptical... but this spot actually delivered. Solid 4-star Korean BBQ. Banchan (side dishes) game was strong. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, and they kept it coming. Good variety of meats too, so you're not stuck ordering the same thing over and over. Only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because some of the meats came out a bit chewy and not as tender as I'd like. Not a dealbreaker, just something they could tighten up. One thing I didn't really like was the slippery floor, probably from oil spills while changing the grill. Just something to be careful about. Shoutout to our server, "Asian Juan" (or Hu-an? Lol ). Dude was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience better. Would definitely come back.

We did a thang... we cheated on our favorite U-Grill and honestly, we'd do it again. Red Castle had so many options, good prices, and great service....Even the ambiance is great. The biggest difference was the variety of meats. There were way more choices than we're used to -- the curry pork belly alone was a standout. They also had a ton of sauces and some really good ones. There was a green jalapeño sauce that went so well with the steak, and even a chipotle sauce that was surprisingly good and definitely noteworthy. The banchan selection was great too. They even had tteokbokki as a banchan, which was a fun surprise. Even my boyfriend loved the banchan and he's a total banchan brat. The only thing I could even think to nitpick was that they had Pepsi Zero instead of Diet Coke... but that's honestly a stretch and definitely not a deal breaker. We live by U-Grill, but we'll most likely be frequenting Red Castle from now on

I'm really disappointed in this place. First of all, we got here on a Tuesday and it was already an hour wait. On top of that, the service was pretty bad. It took forever just to get a refill. I also tried to order a side of fries for my three-year-old son and was willing to pay for it separately, but they told me I couldn't unless I upgraded the entire table to the next pricing level. I asked if I could just pay for the fries on their own and the guy simply said no. To make matters worse, they automatically add a $15 service charge to your bill without really explaining what it's for. Seeing that on the bill was frustrating, so I just counted that as the tip. Overall, not a great experience and I most likely won't be coming back.

Amazing Korean BBQ with excellent service! Our server this time was very attentive and was happy to get larger portions of banchan for us. I ate so much kimchi and radish. This was our second time here last night. We got the C tier. I wish the steamed egg was included in the highest tier, but for all steamed egg fans, it's a separate 3.99 charge. Our favorite meat is pork belly and beef belly. I highly recommend mixing the these with the corn cheese and making little nachos or tacos using the rice paper and tortilla chips they give you. We can't wait to find another reason to celebrate and come back. The overall vibe inside is very chill and is great for a date night or birthday. Although the Soju is pretty pricey, it goes so well with all the meat and is worth!

This place is huge. Renovated I think. Ken was super friendly and helpful. This time was a positive experience. One of the cheapest kbbq still! When you come here and you see Ken. Please say "Hi Ken!" Food was good. No complaints this time around! They've improved!

This place is okay. Great price but some things were not so great like the spicy tofu soup, tempura and sides. One side that was really good is the chicken wings. It was evenly fried and well marinated. Their brisket was lean and red.

Very cool ambiance and helpful staff , this is my second visit and the first time was a Monday so the wait was minimal for dinner time . This time we came on a Sunday and it was pretty busy as I expected, we waited about an hour maybe less but we didn't mind as the whole experience is worth it . Their top package is 36.99 (4/19/26) and for the choices on food you get I feel is definitely an awesome deal , their marinades are delicious and their apps (included in the ayce) hit the spot , I tried their veg tempura and it was one of the best I had so far , light and crispy, bugogi ribeye is a must , short ribs , garlic pork belly and even their fries are great . Even though this is the type of place where the staff pulls tips and everyone helps everyone, i didn't feel abandoned and it was quite the opposite, all very friendly and quick to help or answer any questions newbie's like us may have . You order thru a screen and it's a bit daunting at first but you get the hang of bit quite quickly , you pick your package you want and the you're able to order 3 items at the time for a 2 hr period I believe. Definitely recommend you the their top deal and start with some meat on the grill and them get yourself some apps for the second round to get things going. Come try them out !

Servers are fast & efficient and will come by often to change the grill and check if you need anything. Meat is ordered via a tablet at your table, and is delivered fairly quickly. Pricing is $19.99 for menu A (which includes beef belly, pork belly, beef bulgogi, and a few chicken options) and is a deal, especially for AYCE kbbq!

Food is delicious. Wouldn't recommend it if you're a vegetarian like myself. This was a great place for my friend who really enjoyed the beef. We ordered Menu A. I got the tofu soup, but had to request it without meat. The service was kind even though they seemed very rushed. It started to get busy quick around 12:30pm on a weekend. The ambiance is very social w/ lots of sizzling as you cook your meet in front of you. Decent price for a buffet. You can only order 3 items at a time w/ a time limit until you can order again.

Came here on a Saturday night in November 2025. We waited 1 hour (in our car). For a table. Super cool that you can see the wait list and your progress. The veggies arrived quickly and meats super fast after we ordered. Had to ask for rice twice. We also asked for the heat to be turned up and the guy seemed annoyed that we asked. Meats were yummy and most portions were generous. It was worth the buck. Just mind the added service charge.

This was a decent Korean spot. They offered a little variety of fusion with Mexican food, but their meats were fine. Their sides were good. They do offer a variety of side items. I appreciate that the way you order is due an iPad. It just gives you more of time to look through the menu and see what you really wanna order and I'll have to wait to wave down a waitress. It's really difficult to go wrong with Korean barbecue. It's grilling meats one of my favorite things to do but like I say, give it a try and then you decide.

When I heard Red Castle had KBBQ for $19.99, I thought it was a typo, a prank, or a glitch in the matrix...so naturally, I called 3x just to be sure. Spoiler: it was real, and my stomach and I were ready!!! Pulled up w my daughter, and BAM.... line was longer than the DMV on a Monday. Checked in via Yelp like the modern foodies we are, and we were 11th in line. Waited 30 minutes, which in KBBQ time is basically express lane status. Went w Menu A (aka the budget-friendly dream): brisket, beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi..... all marinated like someone's Korean grandma whispered secrets into them. Banchan was solid, and YES, they had japchae, the noodle MVP!!! Ssamjang tasted like it was blended w love and magical ingredients. Now here's the plot twist: while waiting, they served us CHIPS & SALSA. At a KBBQ!!!!! And it was fire!! Spicy, legit, and made me question everything I knew about culinary boundaries!!! Fusion, people!! Big thanks to Isayana & Tony for top-tier service. And seriously.... where else can you get quality KBBQ for under $20? Not even my favorite spot in San Diego can touch that on happy hour prices!! Overall, amazing spot!!! Super affordable, its a steal!!! Go hungry, go w friends, bring your entire family, in-laws, and your neighbors too and prepare for your wallet and your taste buds to be happy!!!!!

I'm visiting my family, flew from Massachusetts, we had a party of 12 adults. Our waiter, Angel, was unprofessional, rude and snappy to us the moment we walked through the door. We eventually got new waiters, the food was delicious. Kinda upsetting how one employee can ruin a lot of people first time having Korean BBQ. read more

Honestly. Ive been to kbbq from Beverly Hills to Palm Springs over the last 7 years. It all taste the same to me. Great. Ive never left a place thinking brisket or rice doesnt taste good haha. BUT. In all these places, service is different. okook is always good because you have a buzzer. Newer places like Gen or Wang Cho no buzzer. Service is no good. However, at Red Castle, service is great! I will never go to Wang Cho Riverside or Gen Corona/Rancho/west covina ever again. The service at Red Castle is the best!! They are quick to refill your drink and change the grill!! They are very nice. The price is great. The food is great. Again, the service sets it apart. This will be our spot for Kbbq going forward. Thanks read more

If I could give no stars I would lmao I walked in and this place had a disgusting smell. Then was told I couldn't eat here lmao cause I was by myself. The place looks very unclean and nasty. I've never seen a Korean place look this gross. The place was empty as heck. No one but a skinny Korean girl and a heavy weight Mexican who told me I have to leave I went there cause it looked good mind you I drove 40 minutes just to be turned away read more

A cheap stop that you can go to whenever you just want to hang out and grab a bite with friends. Since Riverside is like a college town, Red Castle is a good place to go if you are on a budget. You end up paying around 15 bucks per person which is cheaper than GEN by a lot. Always check in as there is a free drink upgrade if you do. You would think the meat quality would be a big difference but it's not. I'd be happy paying $20 dollars for the quality of food they're serving. A big perk about this place before was that they'd give guests their choice in Korean ice creams after the check. They said they no longer do this now. You can upgrade for more food but not a lot of people do it since the brisket is more than enough food read more

They clean very well between guests, I watched a waiter scrub the tables down and he spent a good 10 minutes making sure it was clean! Food was fantastic as always! If your being adventurous they even let you try a small portion of something. read more

Hidden gem. Recommended by a coworker. Came on a whim. They have a very large selection divided into 3 menus. Menu C has the most options with meats and with the kid friendly sides (1st time I've seen French fries at a kbbq). Very attentive staff and friendly. They explained the difference in the menus and recommended which meat to look last., and walking by constantly to check and change grills. Steam egg and rice cakes are must try sides. Brisket , spicy pork bulgogi and beef belly were must try meats. read more

My friends and I love KBBQ and we came here a couple months ago, around January before Covid-19 hit and I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite spots to go to. I personally think that you get really exceptional quality and great service for the price that you pay. I have been to restaurants that charge $25+ for an individual and the service is lacking. This is a wonderful place to go to with your friends and family. I have had nothing but great experiences here and will continue to come. Be aware that if you come here you will be leaving with a full belly and food coma! Definitely recommend this restaurant. Cant wait to return with my friends. read more

I am a semi-regular. Since this restaurant does not accept party of one (single), I go there with my partner perhaps once or twice a month. Pros : -The side dishes are very good. -The meat is very fresh, very tasty and arrive at your table within a few minutes. Presentation looking great. Clean. -The service is very nice, accommodating. Although for one older Korean lady employee (she wears glasses) who ignores you and overall looks done with her job, everything else is good. Employees remember you as well. -The prices have gone up a bit but is still very affordable (17.99$ for the basic menu). They also very recently added a 15% service fees which makes me think they value their employees. It is up to you if you want to give additional tips. -The drinks are cheap and free for refills. -They added a new waiting system with an iPad where you can reserve your spot (basically the same when you would write your name down on paper) but it is more efficient and the flow of customers is faster. You get seated so much faster (5-15min) whereas before you'd need to wait an hour. Neutral : -Yes they only accept party of two minimum. I see a lot of reviews giving one star because if it. You guys have to remember it is a very very (very busy) restaurant where a party averages anywhere between 2-5 individual at once. And the settings of the place do not allow for single individual to eat without taking the spot for a party of 2-4. Stop being selfish and eat somewhere else. They need to make a profit. -The floor is very used and gives the restaurant a cheap kinda look. -Customers will bump into each other in the waiting lobby. Cons : -It is very loud, slightly because of the people but mainly because of the kpop on repeat on all the TVs. -The parking is very bad. Good luck. -The restrooms are disgusting. God I never felt so scared to touch a door handle. -They do not provide (not anymore) with hot sauce, rice paper and have reduced the number of items in menu A. -The way they clean the tables is bad. Had this place for the first time last night with my roomates and the meat was good. I didn't really like the beef brisket, but the steak and pork belly was delicious! The service was nice and quick, we were seated immediately as soon as we got there. It's pretty popular during dinner time, so if you do go try not to go so late as you'll probably have to wait then. Parking is also very limited, so another reason to go earlier if you're going for dinner. It's pretty loud inside as there's music playing and there's a ton of people inside sitting a couple of feet away from you each table. For sure will be coming back here again in the future! read more

Food: 2; customer service 4. Went there tonight around 930 and the restaurant was not busy. Able to sit immediately. Serves were always checking in on us and giving us advice about cooking. The meat was good but chewy and somewhat flavorless or too fatty ! The sides were ok. Kimchi tasted like soap! I was not a fan ! However overall it was good but def wouldn't mind paying for Gen! read more

So basically today I went to Red Castle to buy some Mongolian sheep fish, and I came back empty handed. I walked into the store and that's when I saw El Chapo who immediately told me "Yo Wowy, you still FROM THE HOOD", I later found out he mistakenly took me for a Vietnamese rapper named Wowy. I told him I didn't know who he was talking about, and then he gave a $2 7/11 gift card. But anyways about Red Castle, everything was great but there was no castle, and also I don't know Korean means so I give it 4 stars. read more

Currently sitting here as I write this because it's that good...I couldn't wait. I was browsing for a good kbbq place since i just moved around the area and this is officially my new go to! The service is amazing and super personable, we constantly have staff checking in on us to make sure we're okay and the owners seem to be very hands on. The food and meat quality is very good and I haven't found better prices anywhere. They give you plenty of tasty sides and have bottles of different sauces at hand. I'm excited to come back again in the near future! read more

This is probably the cheapest all you eat KBBQ in the area and the nice part is they open late. Honestly, most of us will only eat a few favorite meats from the vast menu which for me is the brisket. Why paid almost $40 at other places when you can just eat here. When I'm in the area, I always try to stop and eat here. read more

This is my absolute new favorite KBBQ spot! Smaller than most KBBQ spots I've been too, but they make up for it with its excellent service and quality meats. Cheaper than all other AYCE KBBQ spots I've been too as well. Owner is very friendly and not afraid of "getting her hands dirty". One minute you'd see her walking around conversing with tables making sure everything is perfect, next minute she's in the back cutting/ prepping the meats. Much respect in being a great leader. My order consisted of a Golden Tiger and Baked Salmon Roll. Both were tasty. I was pleased (and surprised) that neither of the rolls were super packed with rice. The ratio of fillings to rice was perfect. Rolls tasted fresh and still held up well with the short drive to their final destination. The Golden Tiger was perfectly tempura-ed on the outside. Also, not a heavy fry which didn't make the roll hard to eat or full of rice and tempura on the outside. A very satisfying meal. Rolls N More was a pleasant surprise and definitely going to be a part of my rotation for fresh, affordable sushi in the area. I had my eye on a few other items from their menu and I'm looking forward to giving them a try in the near future.

Hidden gem my rear end. This pace was absolutely filthy! From the tongs on our table to the table tops themselves to the dirty bathrooms like damn... this place is really ghetto.... the walls look like to dale Mc Donald himself popped by for the interior design. The plates are plastic and old and dirty. The scissors were a jagged old piece of junk. The service was OK... the meat was the best thing here if you can eat it before the flies do... can I have a minute to put a bite in my mouth before shooting away another fly???? I guess not because what was a big issue during our dinner... also if youre a fan of good ol Korean bbq sauces like the. Ridley sauces or some Kalbi sauce you can forget it here. They only have a miso ginger wasabi soy based sauce that tastes way off for the meat and wasn't enjoyable just bitter. Also you get to share the same bottle as the table next to you with no regard for cleaning anything just a nice old sticky bottle of dish water sauce. Thanks... the price is okay but I mean cmon this place is a disgrace to Korean bbq... clean you act up red castle!!! Why are people so nuts about this place!? Does no one have any sanitary expectations? Not to mention this place isn't not observing social distancing and the restaurant will be filled to the max no problem. I recently visited Red Castle BBQ in Rialto, and unfortunately, this experience was far from great. At first, things seemed promising--the staff greeted us well and seated us surprisingly fast. Normally, we expect a bit of a wait, but they got us in quickly, which we appreciated. However, once we were seated, things started going downhill. I understand that this restaurant has a different service system with multiple servers handling different aspects, but the execution was terrible. A server came by to greet us and took our drink orders... but the drinks never arrived. We ordered meat, and it never showed up. Even when we asked for soups and rice, the soup arrived cold, not just once, but every single time we ordered it. The rice was also cold, and overall, the food took way too long to arrive. It was incredibly frustrating to wait for food that either never came or showed up in unacceptable condition. We're not used to this kind of service, and honestly, this visit was very disappointing. We'll give it another chance in the future, but this experience left a really bad impression read more

We had a large group we needed to seat for a friend's birthday dinner so we called in advance to ensure we will be able to get a table. An we called several time before arriving and an hour before someone on the phone confirmed they put our name down and will have a table at a specific time. When we arrived to get seated the host refused to believe us when we stated our situation. He then proceeded to cuss at us and calling us dumb. When we were leaving the host continued his barrage of comments following us out the front of the restaurant. When we finally got to our car the same host came out the back of the restaurant continuing his brigade of insults and threats of violence. Once some stranger diffused him we finally were able to leave. The cherry on top was half way back home the original person we spoke to on the phone called asking for our eta as our table was prepared and ready for us to be seated. Be careful how you speak to staff here as you never know the extremes the staff might go to harass you. read more

Despite the delicious food, the service was disappointing during my visit on a seemingly less busy Sunday. Despite an ample number of staff, our assigned server, Toan, faced several issues. Upon being seated, Toan initiated the grill, but unfortunately, the fire never started. Despite waiting for him to return, there was no sign of him. After about five minutes, we had to actively seek someone's attention. Additionally, our grill needed changing due to rapid burning, but no one came to address it, even though our predicament was evident to the staff. Toan, our server, failed to check in on us, leaving us unnoticed for an extended period. Consequently, we had to actively flag him down and request various items that should have been offered during regular check-ins. Overall, the lack of attentive customer service marred an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. There is a clear need for improvement in this aspect to enhance the overall customer satisfaction at the establishment. read more

Red castle Korean BBQ is now open in inland empire. I am impressed with the interior fix they have made. Its the old sanya kbbq space, but they fixed up alot. First thing I notice was they added more tvs playing kpop mv. And painting makes it feel warmer and more hungry. Now they have 3 menu A. $13 B. $16 C. $20 All day!! Like whatttttt $13 ayce kbbq all day is really a good price. They have also good quality of meats, and I wondered how they can serve for that price. And the employee told me that this is not the first store and they are able to purchase the meat for lower price. Customer service was very attentive. And I don't know about the review before me, but kimchi tasted really good. Anyways I hope they can keep the quality of meat and service the same, and I'll definitely be back for more!!! read more

I had a great experience thanks to the workers, Justin C and Ken. They are a great combination when it comes to working together back to back. Both of them provided excellent service from start to finish and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. My friends and I never had an empty cup during the two hours we were there because they were always there to refill it, as well as bring food to the table without any wait. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, which made a big difference. You can tell they really care about customer service and doing the job right. We go about once a week, usually during the week to take advantage of their happy hour, which is a huge help for us with four kids. The food quality is always top-notch--the portions are generous, and everything we've tried has been delicious. The staff is incredible, consistently friendly, and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. One thing to note: parking can be challenging, and on weekends it can get quite pricey. Now we have to flag down a server in order to get more sides or a refill on the drinks. I hate their new ordering system with that tablet. It gives you a 2 minute count down to reorder but does 2 minutes take for ever. Last time I went we we sat down around 3:30 and order when the timer was going off it was 4 o'clock when we wanted more meat and the timer still said 1:20 to be able to reorder. DO NOT COME HERE! I just had the worst experience ever! I show up here and there are many tables empty. The lady tells me that I cannot eat here because I am by myself. She tells me only 2 people can eat. I ask tell the lady that I come here all the time and there is no one here why can't I get served? She says 2 people minimum, which is ridiculous! Red castle is a great bang for your buck. In the competitive KBBQ game it's hard stand out but keeping the same price all day is a great way to do it. Same price for dinner as lunch and it's great a price. The meats are good quality and you get a free drink if you check in on yelp! The only downside is the grill top on the table slides when you adjust the meat you're cooking. Other than that. Can't complain. It gets busy on weekend nights so expect a wait however I can't ding a restaurant stars for a long wait. That means it's good and the customers are enjoying themselves. Always my favorite spot to hit when Im around the area, their Angus Brisket, Top Sirloin, Rib Eye Beef Bulgogi and LA Short Rib is the best meats that I've tried. Prices start at 13-22 and I was seated in less than 2 minutes. Their service is Amazing and the staff is very attentive. I don't like how I was treated here. Sorry. When I first arrived I was denied service because it's only one of me (out of all the Korean bbq places I've been too IVE NEVER HEARD THIS BUT OK) mind you I ubered here as soon as I got to town.The owner came out to tell me that I CAN eat here, with in 5 mins she reneged me being able to eat then goes to say they're closed for inspection, I'm currently still out side waiting for my Uber. I love going to Red Castle with my friends! The food is all delicious and the staff is attentive and punctual. They came to check on our group several times throughout our visit. Especially after we finished tests at school, we enjoyed having a meal together with drinks. I love how affordable this place is as well. Especially comparing the prices to some Los Angeles locations, and considering the limited availability of KBBQ places in the Loma Linda and San Bernardino area, I would recommend this place in the area looking for a fix. read more

This use to be my go to but they are just becoming more and more greedy ! I loved going with my kids but now they are charged full price as a adult! I find it ridiculous that my 4 year old has to pay like a adult when he only has a couple bites! It use to be half price for kids and kids 1-3 free but now they go by hight so if you have tall kids even if their less then 3 they will be charged as a ADULT! Service fee is now also included in your bill so they are not as attentive as they should be! read more

I've had issues here before and I always get my food or drinks late or not at all until I ask but today was not the same at all, I was helped by Samuel and it felt like all the food was quickly to my table, the other woman server Nani was so sweet and helped us as well. Before leaving I wanted two more drinks and a gentleman with long Hair and a black shirt made sure we had them before we left. I am impressed how different my experience was from the first time thank you it was great. read more
