I've been going to this location for the convenience, and I try to be very understanding and don't let one offs change my mind, but this location's service has been consistently bad and comes off as low tier. The past three times servers are outside vaping as I walk in, I pray one of them aren't mine, and of course after waiting 5-10 minutes after being seated to get greeted, one of them is my server. This has happened literally each past three visits. Then they're MIA when you really need something and you look around wondering where they are and they were outside in their smoking area. LOL. Tacky. The food quality is not the same anymore. A lot of the banchan are bland, corn cheese is always overcooked or must be frozen, and soup has come out cold on multiple occasions.

Went here again to hang out with family and this is always a simple spot because it's not too crowded and it's affordable. We asked for a lot of things and the employee was super nice. The meat is always good and it satisfied my cravings.

It's ok, my biggest issue is the service, our waitress was nice, but she lagged big time. We were sitting there, waiting for longer than expected when you are at all you can eat Korean BBQ. Location was clean there wasn't a lot of people, but I'm used to service being on top of you in a good way. Always checking if you need anything or extra meat or just having your water filled up having to wait around kind of kills the experience. As for the food it was OK again nothing over the top or that would make me want to rush back.

Great Korean bbq. Not busy but perfect for late lunch and lunch special price. We ordered beef bulgogi, pork skin, beef brisket , calamari, shrimp and garlic pork belly. Lots of condiments and soups. The attendant was really nice. Loved the music selection and ambiance was very modern.

Always a family favorite, so we decided to come here for Easter lunch (04/04/26), which I'm surprised wasn't busy. Our server, Brooklyn (as well as the other servers) were super helpful with all our orders that we kept putting in. And they delivered. We received exceptional service. A+++ for service. The food is always good, no matter what you order. My favorite is the brisket. As well as thinly sliced beef belly and thinly sliced pork belly cos you rarely see these kinds of meat at other kbbq restaurants. And my dad likes the octopus. I don't like octopus, but he said the texture is good when cooked. It's not too chewy like normal octopus when cooked. It's easy to bite and easy to chew. My only negative is the corn cheese. It's either a hit or miss. This time around, it was not hot in the skillet and became watery and the cheese was not melty so you don't get that cheesy, cheese pull effect. I like how they have bean sprouts, cos a lot of kbbq places I've been to don't carry them anymore. This U Grill location is very open. Has lots of seating and a bar area.

We went here for the first time to celebrate my mom's birthday for dinner and this was the closest with great reviews. We went with the most expensive menu for All You Can Eat. Me and my husband love eating the bulgogi and brisket. We had tried other meats that my sister ordered, but wasn't to our liking. The steamed egg was bland to me. The corn was delicious so I thought my son would love this and he does love to eat corn. This was my son first outing and was so surprised he ate the corn with white rice (which never ate before), and small pieces of bulgogi (he hates meat) with it together. He is so picky and thought he wouldn't eat it, but he did!! They did have a high chair for my 10 month baby. We will definitely come here again during lunch hour since it'll be mostly me and hubby eating it though. Haha The staff were friendly and helpful. The inside looked nice. It is a bit louder in there so it maybe hard to hear when others talk. The parking is in a plaza so it could be a little harder to find parking if you come during busy hours.

Been here multiple times, and it's always busy but for good reason. It's always a great experience. The service is excellent as they check on you regularly and bring food out quickly so you never miss the time cutoff. The quality of the meat really stands out. There's a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options, including pork belly, bulgogi, and short ribs, plus solid sides. I highly recommend the steaks and short ribs as they're clearly premium, and you can taste the difference in both quality and flavor. Always hits the spot.

Jayden was great, as usual. He anticipates our needs and is quick bring out our food. I love that this place is not crazy on a Friday early evening.

Definitely satisfies the KBBQ cravings. They have rice paper, so if you're looking for that, come here! Fair pricing. Minus one star for the severe lack of ventilation. You will absolutely smell like meat leaving this place so beware of that. It is very smoky inside. Service is quick and reliable, which is appreciated because they are busy for sure!

Great first visit here. I've seen a few of these locations and decided to try this one. Inside was sleek and modern with tables or booths great for groups or date night. Tables are spaced out with enough room to get around. You're not locked into a space for the rest of the evening. Service was splendid! Lunch or dinner menus with decent pricing. Our cups were always full, grill filled with our selections never empty and swapped out midway. Parking right in front in shared lot. The celebration continues. Thank you friends!

3/17/26 U-Grill Korean BBQ Rancho Cucamonga, CA... Came here with 3 friends to have the All You Can Eat Lunch for $24.99 each. So many great items! My favorites were the Spicey Bulgogi and the Beef Brisket. We had a great time, great service, and great foods. Love that we can cook the foods ourselves! Very clean place and I love the decor. Will definitely be back again!!!

Today was our first time at this U-Grill location and we were super impressed! To start, the service was awesome. Our server did a fantastic job and was very accommodating. Great service can really make or break an experience, and this definitely made it! The atmosphere was also really nice. The tables are spread out nicely and the restaurant just feels open. It's very welcoming and clean! Most importantly, the food was great. You really can't go wrong with brisket and glass noodles. We also loved the serving sizes, they were perfect for our small group. I would definitely recommend giving this location a try, you won't be disappointed!

Busy day for the amount of staff that was there, starting off with the service, Jaylen was a great server and definitely took good care of us tonight. Hospitality and energy was very positive and felt natural. Even seeing and listening to his conversations with other parties, sounds like others enjoyed having him too. Jaylen constantly checked up on us, refilled our water while attending his entire section. As for the food, the beef belly is really good, prefer it over the beef brisket. The pork belly is good as always and it's very thick and big slices. The corn cheese could be more creamy from the cheese but it's still really good seeing that we ordered 4 of them. Definitely would come back again.

A broken grill with scissors holding the plate so the flame don't go out.

We started with edamame, the tiger roll, and the tempura soft shell crab...YUMMY! We then each had a kitchen classic that came with miso soup, rice, salad, 1 side, and your protein. I had salmon and shumai. My husband had kalbi and gyoza. WOW...just WOW! The service is great as well. Everyone is super nice. The restaurant is super clean too! We will definitely be back!

We were loyal for 2 years, but it's gone downhill and we're done with Ozen…read more We always get take out and call it in directly, and the last 3 times the wait been longer than we were quoted to the point where today we were told 25-30 mins and it was an hour to get our food. The half the time I was there an employee was sitting in the booth next to where they stage the pick up orders on her phone. I get she was probably on break, but that's poor form. Take your break in the back, or outside the restaurant. Not in the dining room right next to customers. The food portions have gotten smaller while the price goes up; I get it that the economy sucks, but I don't think you have to do both. The last 2 times we have eaten there, once to go and once to dine in, the rolls are so poorly constructed they fall apart as soon as you touch them and the rice sticks to the plate. When I'm spending more than $100 to feed my family and then the care isn't even taken to adhere to a high standard, why am I not just buying my sushi from the grocery store?
