Then a guy came over (I didn't get his name) got our order but never came back! Idk if he left for the day or went on break we didn't see him the time we were there. So we got our food and as we started cooking our food another guy came and changed out our grill but didn't wait till we took our stuff off he just came up and pulled off the grill. So I didn't really like that. He could have said something before just coming up and pulling it off while we're trying to cook our food. So not a fan of that and we didn't the food was that great. Went a week ago today and it was packed. We patiently waited to be seated. Service was beyond slow. They sat our party at two different tables but we were side by side. Our waiter was so slow and wasn't bringing out any of our orders. The table where my other sister sat was getting her orders out really fast. She was already on her second round when we were still trying to get our first round. The waiter seemed bothered. The other waiters that came to help at the end showed up to late. If they would have been helping from the beginning service would have been better. Our grill was not working properly and my teeth were sharper then the scissors. The kimchi was bomb. The meats themselves were actually good quality and I enjoyed everything I had especially the kalbi and the bulgogi! The outside of it was a bit shady but once we entered the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised how many people were already eating at 5pm and how good it smelt We got sat immediately and we were confused how to order. This place is located in a sketchy area but trust me the food and the customer service is amazingly good. Regardless, I've been to a few Red Castles before and they were all decent all you can eat KBBQ spots. This one is no exception. It's a good low cost KBBQ place--even if you go for the deluxe menu option (and why wouldn't you?? It's the only one that has LA KALBI on it!) It's not going to come close to my KTown favorites, but it's the only KBBQ in the area as far as I can tell. This is a local gem! If you're looking for affordable and delicious AYCE KBBQ then this is the spot for you! Be mindful that it does get very busy and you'll often have to wait a while before you're seated. Especially during peak hours for lunch and dinner, but it's worth it! They have three different menus to choose from, each offering a little bit more than the other. I definitely suggest the most expensive menu because it has the largest variety of meats and sides. They have a good amount of seasoned meats, which I also highly suggest. Some of the meats do come in large chunks that need to be cut to cook faster, and the service is also pretty slow. This probably isn't the place for those who are impatient because since it is usually fair packed it might take waving down a server a few times before you get your next round. They are pretty good at switching out the grill when they get burnt so that your food cooks better, which is nice. The parking situation is not the best either. You'll most likely end up parking on the residential street next to the establishment because the parking lot if small.
