Comfy booths and huge dining rooms makes for fast seating and tasty dinner. Excellent service and beautiful outdoor front patio that for some reason people rarely use. I am disgusted by the Red Lobster management. Last week an employee, I believe his name was Connor, was constantly pulling his mask down and was CLEARLY ill but was still serving food to guests. I -personally- witnessed him talking and breathing (with his mask down) over his customers food. We are in a pandemic, ffs. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Red Lobster has already had Covid cases and was hiding that fact from the public. And, the employees can't even be bothered to keep their masks pulled up? Are you kidding me? Red Lobster management needs to be trained on how to effectively manage virus' and guest perception. I was hoping it was a one time mistake but TONIGHT I saw the MANAGER pulling her mask down. Clearly they don't care about their guests. Furthermore, the manager on duty was extremely rude to me and my husband when we only had a simple question for her (relating to our order). I will NEVER go back to this location again. Got fish n chips thru Uber Eats and I expected cold fries pretty much but the fish was so salty it wasn't edible. Called the restaurant and they were really nice but told me to get a refund from Uber. That didn't go well so I'm gonna dispute the bill with my credit card. I will never order from there unless it's In person, and I doubt that will even happen again. read more

It's hit or miss. We came a few months ago and I had dry broccoli and the waitress forgot to bring out some of our drinks. Very disappointing dinner. However I went back with some family last night and it was very good. We had an awesome waitress! I got the steak and wood grilled shrimp with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Great experience.... We decided at the last minute to go out for dinner. We wanted to go somewhere we've not been to in awhile. Long horns had been very disappointing lately. I must admit it's been years since I've been to a Red Lobster. The waitress was great. Our meal was delicious. My other got the endless shrimp and loved it. I got the garlic shrimp and liked it. Went there for dinner last nite, 8/12/2023, Canton, GA. Have been a regular customer at this restaurant. We had put our reservation in on their APP. They were quite busy when we got there. The hostess asked us if a table would be okay, VDS a booth. I did point to an open booth and she said that due to the 2 large parties in that area, she did not have adequate servers to cover that booth, so we took the table. We sat there for over 25 minutes without even an acknowledgement from a server. In the mean time a couple who were behind us when we came in was seated in a booth, had already got their refreshments and biscuits. Finally a nice young server, named Cam asked us if we had been helped yet. We said no and he said he would try and get someone to assist us. In the meantime, the floor manager walked by numerous times, looking over at us and never came over to assist us. Cam came back and said he found no one and took our order for food and drinks. Finally the floor manager came over to us to apologize to us for what had happened. She said she would look into our order and that Red Lobster would take care of us and pay for our dinner due to the inconvenience. She did finally bring out our food order. She never came back to us to make sure all was okay. Cam did bring us more biscuits and my wife's additional order of shrimp fettucine and filled her water glass. When we finished eating, Cam brought us take home containers and a bag. He presented my wife with the bill and she took out our credit card and paid for the meal. I saw the floor manager walk by twice while Cam was handling the payment. I said that Red Lobster was taking care of us. She was so frustrated over the whole ordeal she said just let it go and we left. All this on our 51st wedding anniversary. Decent food but kind of a bizarre experience with the service. We had 6 of us for my daughter's birthday, arriving at 6pm without reservation and were seated within 10 minutes. We ordered, and then the problems began. A fan of the buscuits, we had to ask three times for them. They finally arrived, 5 buiscits for 6 people. We wnded up having to ask for them again, and again received 5 for 6 people. After having to ask again, we were told that they were now "out of biscuits". The food came, not especially hot but okay. We finished, the waiter cleared our plates, my daughter ate her dessert, and we sat and talked for a few. All of a sudden, a middle aged lady, not dressed in waiters clothes, came up and started bussing the table, including the drinks. At that point we got the message and left. It was 7:20. My husband and I dined here with my in-laws and we had a great time. Our waiter was Brian and he went above and beyond to serve us well and to assure me that my noisey toddler wasn't a nuisance. Luckily, we were the only ones in that particular dining room at the time. I ordered the garlic chicken with asparagus and the chicken was very good, but I was really impressed with how fresh the asparagus was. This red lobster used to be good. Now it's awful. The seafood tastes frozen and to top it off they over cook it. Our waiter forgot our drinks, our bread and our salads. Absolutely horrible! Our server was great but when the food came my husband found a hair in his food and had it sent back and proceeded to not get another and just not eat. Not 1 single manager or anyone came to make it right. A different server even asked if we wanted him to take it off our bill? If we aren't eating an item and didn't even touch it why would we pay for it? Eventually, I finished eating my food and went to pay on the tablet and nothing was taken off. And 17-20 minutes go by of no one coming to check on us etc. Finally our server came and we told him it wasn't taken off and he mentioned that he tried to get management but they ignored him EVERY time. So WE asked for a manager to come. Took 10 minutes and the manager smelt like ALCOHOL! She reeked!!! Had no remorse and said that she'll take the meal we didn't eat off and to pay the rest. No big deal. She eventually told the server she was going to comp the whole thing. But it took that long to check and make things right..... we won't be back. It's been years since I've eaten at Red Lobster and really was thinking of it as a cookie cutter restaurant that really didn't try to impress people with their food since they were such an established chain, but I must say that I was wrong. Went to Red Lobster on Sunday, Nov 13th. Upon entering a child had just thrown up all over the floor. Should have left at that point. They seated us immediately. We ordered, got our food and the same young boy entered with his family and they seated them to the left of us. That child should have been home not in a restaurant. He coughed and coughed and obviously was sick. His father was coughing too. The food was not good at all. The fried shrimp we both had tasted like frozen shrimp that had been heated in the oven. I also had coconut shrimp which was even worse and it too was a frozen shrimp. We ordered asparagus and I've never seen it so minute. The spears were the thickness of thin spaghetti. We had moved as far over in our booth as we could but thought leaving was our best bet which we did. The waitress was good and kept checking on us but she can't make up for awful food and sick patrons coughing all over the place. Last time we will go to Red Lobster. read more

It is really hard to get someone to help you with a to go order. I had to track down a Red Lobster employee who promptly told me that the bartender takes care of the to go orders. What about helping me since the bartender was no where to be found? I ordered their new lobster and pasta dish. The lobster definitely had been frozen. UPDATE: Their service hasn't changed a bit. Last year I took my sister here for her birthday! The waiter was very rude, he actually slammed our silver ware down on the table. Charged me for a $8 drink I did not consume (not mention I was under age) we asked to speak to a manager twice before we finally found her she was very nice but the issue did not get solved. We were very disappointed especially after paying the amount of money I paid for our meals and an alcoholic beverage I never consumed. The food was good. The service was terrible. We arrived right before 6:00 on a Monday night. There was maybe 2 other tables occupied in the entire restaurant. A party of 6 adults and 5 kids come in and they are sat next to us. Our waitress as well as 2 other servers all clammer around that table and abondon us. I had ordered all you can eat shrimp. After being finished with my first order over 20 minutes and the first refill still not arrived, I flagged down soneone else and said I was no longer hungry for it. My husband asked for ketchup and he was done with his fries before it came. He drank all of his water and also our daughters and it was never refilled. Been a huge fan of darden restaurants forever. When I heard that Red Lobster was no longer apart of Darden I was worried. That worry was quickly laid to rest after my most recent visit to Redlobster in Canton, GA. By far my best experience in a sit down restaurant to date. On top of that, the food was devine. I enjoyed an Ultimate feast. A delicate combination of several of their Food choices. I've come to discover that this is also a year round dish that I would nost highly recommend. My servers name escapes me, but he was a middleaged red headed gentlemen who had several other tables yet still made the time to make me (and his other tables) more then accommodated for. Nice Seafood Restaurant, Great for families and or couples. Staff was warm and friendly. Salad was pre-chilled and tasty. Seafood came out hot and well prepared. We always enjoy the fried claim strips and fried shrimp. Staff was attentive and not over bearing. The bill was reasonable. Slight swap with another customers credit card which came back to haunt me later that same nite. Always check your CC to make sure it's your own. We were trapped in town for a snow storm and they were actually open when every one else was closed. The waitress was awesome as was the rest of the staff. Only problem was a side dish was cold but they took it off and was very apologetic. I recommend this place to any traveler. read more

Holy cow by far the worst experience ever. We arrived and we're seated instantly in the bar section to the left. The waiter finally made his way to us after we had been sitting there for about 20 minutes. We literally had time to look at the menu and pick out what we wanted for dinner. Anyways he comes takes our drink and dinner orders then leaves comes back about 15 minutes later with our salads, bread and sweet tea. We didn't even have time to put the dressing on our salads and another man brings out our main course. The waiter tells us "Don't worry the plates are super hot so your meals should still be hit when you get done with your salads." I was simply in shock that this was happening. So as we hurry up and eat our salad our tea glasses remained empty and we move along to our now warm dinner. We finish dinner and as we are waiting on the server to come back around with our check I notice the bartender making drinks. As I watch I realized that he walked over to the tables to the right of the bar and grabbed a clear cup with paper towels in the bottom of it with a dark brown liquid in it. Now since we are in the south and my husband had the nasty habit for over 20 years I recognize what it is. The bartender was spitting his tobacco in this cup. I could not believe my eyes. Here this guy is in a Red Lobster uniform making drinks for customers spitting his snuff in a plastic cup for all to see. As I continued to watch in horror he hooked his left index finger in his mouth and took the nice fat heap of Copenhagen out of his mouth and flung it in the trash and went back to mixing drinks. He never washed is his hands. He then pulls a frozen glass out of the cooler and continues making the drink he was working on. After a few shakes of the drinks he grabs another glass and pours himself a small glass of something clear to rinse his mouth out. After we pay our $55 tab we ask for a manager. We waited 10 minutes for her to finally make it over to us. We tell her what we just witnessed and she said " oh I can tell you right now Mike doesn't do that." I said ma'am I just watched him for 20 minutes yes he does. She still continued to defend her crappy bartender and never once said sorry or thank you for reporting this nothing. Needless to say we will never go to this location again and if you do please don't order from the bar. Truly disgusting. read more
