    We popped in for a last-minute birthday celebration. This location was able to accommodate our large group quickly. We received the best Customer Service from Karl. He was so attentive to the table and did not have to be reminded about refills. This made for a great start to our experience. We then started into our dinner order, and as our entrées arrived, everything was great and quality, presentation and it was piping hot. No complaints here. Actually better than our Mesa visit. I would commute out of the way just for this experience alone. Great job Red Lobster Chandler Karl is a great assets to your team. It's hard to find customer service like this nowadays.

    I had a lunch on the boss & he said don't go cheap or fast food. So I ordered my Friday lunch for pick up. No one was upfront to greet me, so I just waited. It was ready about 5 minutes late, but not too bad. I ordered the popcorn shrimp with a baked potato. I also ordered a side of hush puppies with tarter sauce. It came with 2 biscuits. Everything was good, but the only thing that was hot was the potato. That was a little disappointing. There's way too much food for me to eat, so I took it home. My son ate the 1 1/2 biscuits left, as well as the hush puppies that were left, & he tried the shrimp.My daughter finished the rest of the shrimp & potato. I really like the food so I am sure I will order again.

    Thank you for bringing back endless shrimp! We just wanted to give a huge shout out to our server, Ashley, at the Chandler location on Ray. She was absolutely fantastic! Incredibly attentive, warm, and knowledgeable throughout our entire visit. She truly made our experience exceptional. Please pass along our sincere appreciation and kudos to her!

    Had dinner with family here last night and we had a good time. The hostess saw us walking up to the door and she quickly ran over to open it. She greeted us right away and was very friendly. We were quickly seated and menus were dropped off. We had plenty of time to look them over and our waitress then came over to greet us. We ordered: One bowl of clam chowder One 7oz steak with loaded baked potato and asparagus One New Orleans Cajun salmon with a Caesar salad and mashed potatoes One Surf & Turf Maine Lobster Tail & 7 oz. Sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli The soup came out right away and then came the salad. The soup was really good. It was hot and flavorful. The salad was the bombbbb as it was cold and crisp. The food arrived right after and everything looked delicious. Our steaks were cooked well and they were thick and juicy. All the sides were also cooked well and flavorful. Portions were good as I could've shared my entrée. The Cajun salmon was also tasty and a good size. Service was great. Our waitress seemed to be the only one manning our area so she was busy but she kept our drinks refilled and checked up on us a few times. The complimentary Cheddar biscuits were yummy of course!

    The craving for cheddar biscuits strikes, and glad to see this location on Uber Eats! I ordered to the office and loved how everything was packaged. Very speedy service to be delivered through a third party, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm sure the location would be great for ambiance if I stopped in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Most locations are themed great and a nice date spot if you want a night out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    My son's latest obsession are crab legs, so we hit up Red Lobster often. At least once every month as a reward for doing well at school. The service was good. I had the sangria flight. I am not a seafood person, so I usually get the dishes that don't have seafood. It's a Red Lobster. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is the consistent at each location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I didn't care for the appetizer.

    Red Lobster is Back! I haven't set foot in a Red Lobster in almost 10 years -- mostly because the quality had taken a serious dip. But wow... whatever they're doing at corporate now, it's working! The new seafood boils are incredible -- packed with bold flavors and just the right amount of spice. The Steak Oscar? Cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Service was top notch -- huge shoutout to our server, Cajly, who was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It truly feels like Red Lobster has made a serious comeback. If you've been hesitant like I was, it's definitely worth giving them another shot. I'll be back soon!

    The food was seasoned with hopes and dreams. Just glad they gave salt and pepper at the table to save it so it could be consumed. The shrimp in the Alfredo I had was very definitely frozen and just reheated shrimp from a bag (others at the table got cooked shrimp with their dishes). With Arizona having so many shrimp farms it's actually kind of shocking. For $25+ for the plate, I expected cooked seafood, not pre-cooked, rubbery and reheated shrimp from a bag. It was still edible, but I've made better at home. On a good note, the staff was so amazingly nice and above par with hospitality, attentiveness and making sure our experience was the best it could be. If I was just rating them, it would be 5 stars.

    [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dirty spoons, dirty floor, door table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was a disaster to be here tonight. I usually have a much better experience. Clam chowder came out luke warm. I sent it back. For me I just can't eat near cold chowder. Red Lobster please please do better. I know most of your spots closed due to the bankruptcy but the ones you have open, please improve the service and give us the Red Lobster we know and love

From the appetizers, my delicious mocktail, to the entrées, my taste buds were literally rejoicing. This place hit so many marks, really this is a must when you come to this area. My senses were in shambles all night long and I was in heaven! We got the Rockefeller oysters appetizer (so good), as well as the crabcakes and greens (also delicious). Unfortunately, the service fell well below those expectations. From the moment we were seated, we felt overlooked. We waited approximately 25 minutes before anyone approached our table. One staff member came by to take our drink order, left, and then another server came over and asked for our drink order again. While I understand that servers sometimes switch sections, it gave the impression that our table had been forgotten. Unfortunately, the service never improved. Throughout the evening, we repeatedly had to flag down our server just to place our food order, request water and drink refills, have our finished plates cleared, and ask about birthday dessert options. We were celebrating a birthday, and although the hostess knew this when we checked in for our reservation, our server never acknowledged the occasion or asked if we were celebrating anything special. When our steaks arrived, we also realized we hadn't been given steak knives. We had to flag down a different server to ask for them because we couldn't get our own server's attention. Our mac and cheese was also forgotten. After reminding our server, it took another 10 minutes to arrive. Mistakes happen, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, nor was there any effort to make up for the inconvenience. What was most disappointing was that our server appeared attentive to the surrounding tables while we consistently struggled to get assistance. On several occasions, we tried to get someone's attention as staff walked by, only to be told, "Hold on," before they continued past our table. I completely understand that restaurants can be short-staffed or exceptionally busy. My husband use to be a server, so I genuinely appreciate how demanding the job can be and try to be very understanding. If we had simply been told that they were running behind or short-staffed, we would have been much more patient. Instead, it felt like we were responsible for initiating every interaction throughout the meal rather than receiving the level of service expected at a fine dining establishment. The food itself deserves a great deal of praise. Everything we ordered was flavorful, well-prepared, and thoroughly enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every bite, and that's the only reason this review isn't one star. Spending over $700 for our table, combined with an automatic gratuity that we couldn't adjust, made the experience even more disappointing. At this price point, we expected attentive, proactive service to match the outstanding food. We left wishing the service had reflected the same level of quality as the kitchen because this restaurant has the potential to provide an exceptional dining experience.
