This is a typical Red Lobster restaurant. The only thing that sets them apart is the level of service. Here, there are no problems. We were seated quickly and our server was attentive and friendly. The new Lobsterita is so good! Not to mention the fact that it's huge!! There was no way that I could finish it on my own. If you're looking for something sweet and refreshing, the Lobsterita is the way to go. It was only $14 and per our Server, they have it on special for $5 on a certain day of the week. Gabe was our server tonight. Absolutely disappointed in his service. Walked up didn't even say his name took him over 10 minutes to greet us. Sense attitude when asking questions about the menu. Got a craving for some clam strips after receiving an email from them. I got the 9.99 clam strip lunch and my husband got the Walt's shrimp lunch. Our server was V. Yep that's his name just V. Loved it and he was a great server, very attentive, drinks never went empty. I had a side salad and mashed potatoes as my sides. I really wish they'd bring back the raspberry vinaigrette dressing but the blue cheese tastes good also with their salad. So it's been a few weeks now and someone claiming to be something important for Red Lobster did reach out to me. After a pretty good conversation I thought was happening this person asked for another opportunity to make things right at this location. Turned out apparently the store manager was on vacation that week. I grew up in Chandler right down the street from this location and since I've eaten her since I was a kid why not? This upper management person offered to send vouchers for my next visit but they never arrived. Okay, well maybe I'll try them out again anyway. Nothing changed and experience was just a terrible. Apparently both store managers and people claiming to be higher ups for this company have gone completely down hill. Never again. Sucks too because I've been coming here since I was a kid and even when I had my own family used to have a positive experience here. To my surprise what happened to the portions? I only got 4 coconut shrimp and 6 garlic shrimps! Portions use to be more than a total of 10 shrimps! Only 1 side, have to pay extra for side salad. Prices range from 18-30 for a dinner that includes a few sides, cheddar biscuits, and a salad. I guess it's a fair price for seafood these days. Again, it's pretty expensive and it's all frozen, so again, totally fine for a large group or family celebration. I wouldn't go here with the family just for a weekend dinner. It's just too expensive for that. It's been a while since I had been to a Red Lobster. How I missed those cheddar biscuits! My sisters were craving shrimp, so they were delighted to have options. It's always risky for me to go to a seafood restaurant - I'm deathly allergic to shellfish. But I love how their staff will take care of me once I let them know of my allergy, so I feel very safe here. I had planned on getting my usual fish and chips, but my eye was drawn to their Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Was I glad I did. Super yummy and super big. Half went home for tomorrow's lunch! It's a total joke every time we go here nobody's working they want you to wait 40 minutes for a table when nobody's there because they only have one server. This didn't just happen one time it happens again, and again and again. We go back to this one because it's the closest location within miles. Management hides, and they do not care! But, we received a gift card and this location is in the very near vicinity of where our son practices and plays baseball for what seems like everyday for five months. This RL (in no scope of Ralph Lauren) was newly remodeled, it's nice enough. They are in the same line of Olive Garden so think FROZEN everything! Don't let those crustaceans in the tank fool you, just smell the air quality. We sat at the bar, really great bartender who has been there for approximately fourteen years. Dined on 2/14/2020 tried to call ahead to be added to the waitlist and they weren't accepting call aheads. So I went on the app and joined with no issue. The service was good even though it was busy. However we took leftovers home and I found a whole rubber band in my mashed potatoes. I called the manager and he seemed indifferent. This location was spot on! We decided to take a trip on a Friday night for Lobsterfest. When we arrived we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. The wait only ended up being just about 5 minutes After being seated the waiter quickly came to take drink orders and food orders if we were ready. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. The food order came with salads as starters. The waiter came back with biscuits and salads in a matter of minutes. We ate our starters and just after finishing salads the waiter came with more biscuits that had just got out of the oven. Fast forward two additional minutes and our food was ready and on the table. We were amazed because the initial 30 minute wait time would still have us waiting for food if that was the case. Everything was fast and seamless!
