Just went here last night. It wasn't bustling, but then again, it was a Sunday. I had a better-than-usual experience here. Friendly waitress who was willing to work with us on menu items. Frozen blended drinks that actually tasted like they had alcohol in them. A fresh blend of veggies in my tilapia tacos made them taste like I was eating a spring roll, too! The kids' menu with crayons actually had lots of fun things to look at and talk about. My wife's popcorn shrimp had this unusual (but pleasant) texture of tasting lightly fried without having breading so crunchy it would puncture one's upper palate. We showed up about 7 p.m. on a fairly busy Friday night. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait. Other customers got seated fairly quickly. We had a table for two and so did one other couple. Lobster bisque-tasted like Velvetta, cheese paste fondue. Horrible stuff! Adding a few shreds of lobster to a bowl of cheese paste is not Bisque. Brownie for desert; Only get a half piece or "wedge" for $3.99. I8" X 26" baking sheet of brownies would cost well over $384.00 at that rate. How much profit do you need on a brownie? Daniel, our server, was attentive and helpful. At least he did not charge us for the bisque/cheese paste. Ordered a baked potato, got mashed potatoes. Daniel corrected this with a microwaved, under cooked, wrinkly skinned potato. Mashed potatoes were easy to scrape off our plate. They slid right off in one sticky, cold glop of goop. Suggested tip amount added to bill for Millennials who cannot do basic math is figured including the sales tax. Tip should be based on actual amount of meal, not including the tax. I'm from out of town so I don't come here a lot. My family and I love red lobster, but today disappointed us. There was maybe 6 tables when we came in and we still had to wait 20 minutes. Then the Host tells us they did not expect it to be "this busy". 6 tables is NOT busy. The crab was full of water and the food was just not great. Mashed potatoes were dry and the Alfredo had no Alfredo sauce on it. They could be seating more people if they would clean tables also. Just very disappointed in today's visit. Every time I visit Flagstaff, I will always visit Red Lobster for some of their lunch specials. Always received what I ordered from the waiter, always polite. The food always came out hot. Can't stay away from their family bread. Will definitely come back to this place again next time I'm in town. read more

Steak ordered medium rare. Was more rare than any steak that I have ever had in my entire life. Asked for extra sauce and each time I come there is a different price for the sauce. In the Resturaunt it was 1.50. Then they wanted 5.00 for it for take out? Let at least be slightly consistent. It to mention it was my birthday and not a single person did shit for that!!! The meal was going well until the server started serving. He knocked over my full glass of ice water with the first plate spilling it all over me. The water ran onto my pants, down my right leg and into my shoe. Did he stop to help me? No, he put down a napkin to stem the flow and served the remainder of the plates. Only then did he disappear to get me some napkins so I could dry myself off. Did a manager come over to apologize or see how I was doing? No. Was the meal comped? Hell no. We got the full bill. Only when I complained did we get a 20% discount. Friends I talked to afterwards said that in their opinion the meal should have been fully comped and a few talked about similar fates (at other service oriented restaurants) where they were fully comped. Great location for lobster and shrimps. Whenever i`m on holiday in US i visit Red Lobster and always i was satyfied. Wooden grilled lobster tail is great anywhere as here, spycy shrimps heavenly. We went to Red Lobster may 16, 2017. It was very close to closing but I had just got off of work and wanted to sit down to eat. Not 5 minutes into the meal our waitress began chatting with some off the clock employees that were sitting in a booth behind ours. They began making comments about what should happen to people that come in near closing time. One of the men sitting at the tables started making very negative and obnoxious comments pertaining to how he feels about people that come in late and how he thinks they should be dealt with. At this point the meal was so uncomfortable we ate as quickly as possible so we could leave. When we got the bill we left a small tip and wrote an explanation for the small tip on the bill ("because you guys were being rude").The waitress showed her friends the bill when we left (which had credit card information on it). One of the men at the table followed us outside and began to verbally assault us- yelling and cursing. The front door was locked so we went around back to speak with a manager but nothing was resolved. We're contacting a lawyer. We are African American and I think that may have been part of the reason why they thought it was okay to harass us. read more

Plating was Not appealing at all. my fish was fried whole and curling like it was going to swim off my plate. Breading on the fish was thin and not crisp. No lemon wedges on my plate for the fish, had to ask for some. Fries tasted like they had been cooked and re cooked and on the counter cooling for awhile. No slaw on the side and it cost 12.99. A bit excessive for not having a side but it did come with a "garden" salad aka a iceberg lettuce salad. And a 14 oz beer was 5.75?? That's a bit much. We were staying just down the street so this was easy to get to. We arrived about 4 or so and it was really quiet. Our waitress was Edith and she was exceptional! Very pleasant had time to converse with us and find out where we were from and so forth. Our meal was great as was the service. Food was average, atmosphere was eh, but the bartender behind the counter has some magic fingers and knows how to make an apple martini. Not only is he a good bartender, but wow is he good looking. I would like to take a sip out of his Budweiser. He gave off a homosexual vibe, which is totally fine, (I think it's why his apple tini's are so good ). If you go to this red lobster, skip the food, go straight to the bar, and get ready to be blown away by the Brad Pitt look alike at the bar. Average by the chain's standards. I HATE the consistantly awful quality of their dinner salads they serve (abundantly filled with improperly prepared, old, wilted & completely white flavorless iceberg lettuce stems). Even the cucumber slices have brown edges indicating the complete lack of quality control. I wish they could take a lesson from Outback Steak House which serves a truly great FRESH dinner salad! The seafood offering here can at times be hit & miss too. Scallops that have a 'fishy' taste & smell mean they were improperly stored/refrigerated prior to cooking. Unfortunately this is as good as it gets for seafood in Flagstaff. I sure wish Pappadeaux or Landry's would open a restaurant HERE! The inexperienced college aged staff at times awkwardly interacts with customers asking ridiculous questions on the way to being seated like "so what brings you to Red Lobster tonight?"
