Ordered a lime margarita, and when all the other drinks were delivered except that one, the waiter said it was because they were out of lemonade - when delivered, the "lime margarita" was lemonade and tequila. We ordered cheese nachos later to our room, along with their "bread service" and cheesecake. The nachos didn't have anything on them resembling cheese - it's supposed to have a black bean and corn salsa, but it seemed like a corn chowder with black beans added in; they were just gross. The bread is just a couple of hard rolls and cold butter packets. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious, but I'm so sad to have wasted the money and the delivery fee on the rest of it. If I hadn't seen it happen, I would have unknowingly consumed something I specifically asked to avoid. There were other issues during the visit, but this alone is enough to ensure I won't be returning. I'll focus on the most recent visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the actual anniversary day. Table was decorated and welcoming. Our server was training someone. We ordered drinks to have a toast, of course. The server trainee dropped off water and said he'd be right back with our drinks. Our drinks sat up in the bar for almost ten minutes getting warm. Our server and trainee were taking an order for a party of five at an adjacent table, and they appeared as though they could not be bothered. I finally got up and walked over to the bar. I explained to the bartender that my drinks were sitting there, and she enthusiastically grabbed a tray and brought them to our table. The drinks certainly weren't as cold as they should have been. A manager stopped by and acknowledged what had happened and apologized. He said that round of drinks would be on the house. The drinks were never removed from our check. Paying these prices and getting lied to just doesn't work for us. During their dessert course, two adults from the more important table that we were ignored for were sitting on the ground right outside the restaurant entrance on their cell phones when we left.
