Walt's Walt's Favorite Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, marry me shrimp, fries
    Tara E.

I went for endless shrimp! I think the endless shrimp is a great deal and I love the cheddar bay biscuits. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. She checked in on us a lot and even with the multiple orders of shrimp, she got things to us fast and was very nice to talk to. I tried the marry me shrimp, shrimp scampi, Walt's favorite shrimp, and the coconut shrimp and I think the shrimp scampi was my favorite. Overall, the shrimp is pretty good and you can't beat the price!

    Happy Hour

Nice location near Crossroads Mall with ample parking. We came for happy hour to have some bites and then shared a chicken tender dinner. I dined with my niece after a grueling shopping experience nearby. On this occasion, Myles (Rizzler) was our server. Myles did a good job of offering explanations of what he liked and also in recommending what appetizers were delicious. We enjoyed our biscuits, Mac and Cheese and chicken tenders. The mozzarella sticks were cheesy good, but wanted a better marinara sauce. Enjoyable dinner with my niece, we had some laughs. This Red Lobster was comfortable and clean. The White Wine was crisp and I would visit here again. My dad loved the cheddar bay biscuits.

We haven't visited Red Lobster in a LONG time, and I was craving the biscuits. The biscuits still do not disappoint. Our entrees were good, but nothing spectacular (that comes along with being a chain restaurant). Overall the staff was very friendly, with great service!

    Cajun Shrimp Trio

We went to Red Lobster at my brother's request for his birthday dinner. The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and we got our food in a timely manner. My husband and I really enjoyed the Cajun shrimp trio. It was flavorful and the shrimp was cooked well. The shrimp style in the middle was both of our favorites. It seemed like it was infused with flavor. Overall, it was a good experience and we would go back again!

First round of the ultimate shrimp deal

First, I want to give props to our server, Alex M - the real hero of the evening. Dealing with the chaos of five out of six of us going all-in on the ultimate shrimp deal. Now, about the nitty-gritty: the kitchen took its sweet time with the first round of food. I mean, it was a Monday, and the place wasn't exactly buzzing, so we rolled with it. But Alex, kept everything rolling. After the first round was out, he immediately put the next round's order in. The next rounds came out faster than the first. As for the food, the shrimp linguini was a bit saucier than I'd prefer, and the sauce wasn't really my jam. There was more sauce than noods. Oddly enough, it worked some magic the next day - tasted way better after I scraped off a bit of the excess before taking it to go. Pro tip for fellow shrimp enthusiasts: no doggy bag allowed for the ultimate shrimp dinner. But fear not, if you can't conquer the shrimp mountain in one sitting, they've got your back with a to-go container. So, while the Shrimp Linguini didn't quite hit the mark for me, the overall experience, thanks to Alex and the shrimp extravaganza, was a solid win. Another tip, the endless shrimp is now $25 per person. On the bright side, some people where complaining that the shrimp linguini was not longer on the menu, but as of yesterday, it was definitely there.

    dont know.

found this in my water. dont know what it is. its not anything from a lemon, and looks like a booger. anbiance is great, so is service, but better cleanliness could be better..

Bookguy was thinking about prime rib. Then, checking the prices, decided that Red Lobster would be a better choice. Red Lobster is definitely a seafood lover's place. If you're looking to eat more vegan, the only choices basically are sides. But that's OK because you know that's what it's gonna be like when you go there. Bookguy ordered shrimp linguine and seafood stuffed mushroom caps. And of course there were some of their famous biscuits. He enjoyed everything. I sampled part of a mushroom and it was just okay for me considering I am not a fan of mushrooms or seafood. I do love the biscuits, which are a highlight for me. I ordered sides: baked potato which was covered in salt that I had to rub off, a small serving each of coleslaw and broccoli. The best thing I had was lemon cake with raspberry drizzle. I also had a happy hour margarita that had an odd aftertaste. Maybe it was the brand of tequila used for the happy hour. I wouldn't get it again. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our waiter was attentive without being pushy. He helped us use the table side checkout device which was new to us. All in all, we had an enjoyable date night dinner there.

Oh Yeah - Side Salad. Check out that Bbbbbbaxon!

Thank you Ref Lobster and especially Omar for the best service we've had in a long time! Had a blast with our son celebrating his Birthday and the food was great.

Tonight was by far the worst dining experience, food and service I have ever had. The server Itzel was friendly and empathetic. As a server myself, as well as an ex red lobster employee I understand that mistakes happen. It was very clear that our order was forgotten about as it took 45 mins to get our food and we watched many tables come and go . That was frustrating but I was willing to look past it. It then took another 5 mins to get silverware and another 20 mins plus me flagging down another server and having a conversation with Lorenzo the manager before I ever got a refill on my water. I did not have anything to drink the entire time our food was on the table. the shrimp and scallops were way past rubber and more like plastic they were so over done. my daughter enjoyed the crab legs. The pasta would have been fine had I not had to let it sit there waiting for silverware and a water. What was ordered - 1 lb of crab with garlic butter potatoes and broccoli chicken Alfredo add scallops on a bed of rice and add grilled shrimp. - what was eaten 1lb of snow crab and 3 bites of pasta- no sides no add ons... what we paid $54.81 - We will not be back. Sad to see a restaurant that I once helped take to diamond club fall so far below the bar. As I stated previously, mistakes happen but when they are not rightfully corrected comprehended or compensated by management-you lose customers. Kristin

It was so busy , yet being sat, and served seemed fast ! Nothing fancy ! Comfortable, I liked sitting by the windows. Only one toilet in each bathroom. So you may have to wait awhile there. Just writing this makes me hungry for those wings again.

My wife and I both ordered the Everett's #2 with pulled chicken, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce. Everything just worked together perfectly. The chicken was tender, the slaw added the right crunch, and the bun tied it all together. It was one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you just look at each other and know you made the right choice. We also ordered the Saucy Rossy wings and they were the perfect heat level for both of us. Not so mild that they're boring and not so hot that you're suffering. Pro tip: get them fried and grilled. The extra texture and flavor are absolutely worth it. My wife is a total Brussels sprouts snob and she was absolutely in love with theirs. The funny part is that I'm usually not much of a Brussels sprouts person, but I kept asking for more off her plate. That alone should tell you how good they were. The fries were okay. Nothing that stole the show, but nothing to complain about either. The service wasn't the best during our visit, but they also had a 30-person table they were dealing with, so it was completely understandable. Even with that, the food was so good that it's already a top 3 meal for my wife. We'll definitely be thinking about those sandwiches, wings, and Brussels sprouts until we're back, and I don't think that'll take very long.

We didnt know what to expect as we have never been to a Charleston's. It was nice, clean, and fancier than I thought it would be. The bartender was friendly and attentive and we were served right away. They have really good happy hour drink deals. 8 diff cocktails all $8 each. I got the crisp martini and my husband got the old fashioned. Both were good but the old fashioned was a little too sweet. For our appetizer we got the shrimp carrot which was super buttery and cheesy. We also split the flat iron steak special. We ordered it medium rare and it was more of a medium well. It was on the salty side and the steak had the same texture as ham or like a school lunch meat....something about it reminded me of a jerky too. It was interesting and didnt taste bad but unlike any steak texture I've ever had. It cost $29 so wasn't expensive for a steak but I guess we should've gone next door to Mahogany Prime if we wanted good steak or even Texas Roadhouse up the way. Even though we were disappointed with the steak we still had a great time. Will def come back and try a salad or the chicken piccata. Based on the steak, I would give the review a 3 but bc everything else was great, leaving it at a 4 bc I think we just ordered the wrong thing.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this restaurant. I ordered a margarita with…read moreno salt, but it was brought out with a salted rim, and I can see that salt dripped into the drink. I asked for it to be remade. What happened next was unacceptable. I watched the waitress take the drink back to the bar, where the bartender (with his hair parted in the middle) poured the margarita out of and over the salted rim, into a different glass instead of making a new one. That same drink was then brought back to me. This isn't just poor service, it's a serious health and safety concern for me. There is a reason I asked for no salt. Rather than admitting a mistake and correcting it properly, they chose to cut corners and hope I wouldn't notice. If I hadn't seen it happen, I would have unknowingly consumed something I specifically asked to avoid. There were other issues during the visit, but this alone is enough to ensure I won't be returning. Trust is critical when dining out, and unfortunately, this experience showed that it's lacking here.

Truly a gem, which explains why it's so popular amongst the locals. It's located in downtown Omaha,…read moreand attracted lots of visitors on the weekend that my partner and I were in town. Most of the highlight was the various types of burgers and fries they had, so my partner and I got two kinds, and we both enjoyed our respective meals. I had the block burger, which was as good as I imagined it to be, with juicy patty cooked to medium and every ingredient needed to make a good burger. The poutine had a lot of beef gravy and cheese curds, which made the dish a comprehensive experience to consume, rather than just fries. The duck duck goose fries were amazing! The duck confit, cheese curds, mayo, gravy, and gooseberry gastrique combination worked super well on top of the fries, because they altogether basically made it a gourmet dish that I had to eat with a fork. Finally, the sloppy nick was seasoned very well, even if we got the vegan version, which used impossible meat instead of ground beef. It was still really great! Hope everyone who visits Omaha gets to try this spot! Their wall has quite a few articles that recognized them as a locally renowned burger joint, and I could see why. Since they can be busy, I would recommend people getting there earlier to secure a good table spot, if dining in.

Having just got to town and hungry for lunch I walked a few blocks to Block 16. I came because I…read moreread amazing reviews about them and saw they won numerous awards. I also checked out their menu and noticed it was definitely a unique, interesting menu. Upon walking in, there was a line backed up to the door and I waited in it about 15 mins and it didn't move one person, but I used this time to check out the menu and decide what I wanted. After noticing the line not moving and the cashier in heavy discussion with the family that was there placing their order, I felt it might be best to use their online ordering for carryout pickup instead. While doing this, the line moved up once and I suppose that next party had questions too and of course, plenty of time was spent answering those questions. This might seem like good service, but when the line is that long, either have more people there taking orders or use a kiosk for those of us who don't need to ask questions, or remind guests that there are many others in line (probably after the first 5 mins of discussing the menu) and the line needs to move up. After I placed my order, it told me it was accepted and gave me a time range of when to expect my order. I sat down and waited until the end of that range, which was only a few mins, and then went back up to the pick up area to ask about my order. The lady working was very friendly when I explained what I did. She gave me a number and told me she'd bring my order out, she also gave me the drink I pre-ordered. A few mins later, she brought my food out. I looked around to notice that people who were waiting for food prior to me still hadn't gotten their food. I'm not sure if it's always this slow in there or if it was busy because there's a conference in town. Opening the clamshell that my food was in - I noticed a beautiful sandwich and fries. The fries were piping hot and crispy and tasted great. The sandwich looked really nice, but when I went to pick it up, I noticed the entire bottom was soaked in grease and their hot sauce that was on the chicken. So, I fork & knifed this meal. The flavors of all the parts of the sandwich together were nice, just wish I could have picked it up without being a mess. If I ever returned, I'd get something different.
