Went to this restaurant Saturday night at 7:30 on 2/17/18, for a party of 5. Waited 90 minutes without being seated. Saw other seated for tables of 2, 3 and 4. Went to the restroom and counted 8 empty tables and large booths. When asked why we couldn't be seated the girl at the front just smiled and said nothing. We decided to leave 20 minutes later with out still be seated. Will never return to this Red Lobster. read more

We attempted to eat lunch here today, unfortunately, that didn't come to pass. After being seated for a half hour I was finally served a warm, sweaty glass of Chardonnay which had quite obviously been wasting away on the bar for some time. This only came because we asked another server to bring it. When we pointed this out to the server, he complained to the manager who said, "I'll take care of it." The manager promptly went into the kitchen at which point we heard a cheer of all the kitchen staff. We were afraid to eat anything after that display. I haven't been to a red lobster in years. A friend wanted to go after work so we went to the one on international drive. When I first walked in there was a smell No not a fishy smell either more like a musty smell. I shouldve turned around and walked out but I didnt,as I was being seated waiting for my friend the smell dissappeared. Our server was ok, the place wasn't that busy but there was some large groups that he had so we were forgotten about a bit. I ordered a burger I know you go to a seafood place and order a burger but I felt like a burger. The server didn't ask how I wanted it cooked but it came out at least not pink but was a little burnt around the edges. Our beverages did not get filled as often as I would have liked especially when my burger was a little burnt. We didn't get dessert as the service was already slow enough but we were stuffed anyways. I won't be back on my own but if someone else wanted to go and invited me I probably would. read more

Went with the family after visiting a local amusement park. Friday evening but not excessively busy with the exception of a college basketball team coming in just before us. Given an estimated 20 minute wait time but took about an hour for our 6 person party. Manager Cameron tried to assist the concern professionally and server Christi was helpful as well. Surprisingly, I had a pleasant dinner here! It was a full house but we got seated within 20 minutes. Service was way better than I expected. Apparently, they were well staffed to prepare for the weekend. Good for them. Our server was very polite and attentive. Our entrees arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the baked stuffed flounder while my gf had the shrimp linguine. The flounder could've used a little more seasoning but overall was good. The shrimp linguine was loaded with shrimp and my gf seemed to enjoyed. Three stars because it is red lobster food. There's nothing really special about red lobster food that makes you go out of your way to eat there again. I came to this Red Lobster after my sister's graduation. We had a party of eleven. We waited forty five minutes to sit. They would ask of we could sit separately. I absolutely said no, seriously we're here to celebrate my sister's graduation. So after a while the hottest said again we won't be able to sit you together. It'll have to be separate. Once again I said no. We decided to contact a different Red Lobster that said come over we'll have your table of our group went there. So I immediately told them, hey we're going somewhere else. Right there and then they said they could sit us. There had been a back room with seating for us, the whole time were there. That kind of made is a little annoyed but not enough to damper how happy we were for my sister's day. We sat down and our server Melissa was absolutely great. She was so attentive and just plain sweet the whole time. I don't stay long since I had to leave early to attend a concert. I had a coke and a lobster pizza for an appetizer. The lobster pizza is always great, I also had one of their delicious cheese biscuits. Overall, they made a slow beginning having us wait for no reason, since there were tables available for us to sit together into a great time with good laughs due to a great waitress and good food. read more

The service was ehhhhh sometimes they got the order wrong but the waiters and waitresses were very kind and owned their mistake so that's a plus. But the reason I am switching to 3 stars is the manager cut the meals of the bill that were messed up and he offered free dessert. And besides my waitress was in training and she didn't do to bad for her 1st week. read more

I want to preface my review by saying the service was 5-star. The 4-star review pertains to the food which was very good. I'm allergic to shellfish, so I've actually never been to a Red Lobster, but after three days of "conference food" at a nearby hotel, I had to eat something else. I couldn't take another day of bland food or $14 cocktails. I ate at the bar, and the gal working the bar was really great - attentive but never hovering. I wish I'd caught her name, because she's an asset to their business and deserves the recognition. I ordered one of their signature cocktails and received a surprisingly refreshing drink. I chose the catfish, because of the decreased likelihood of cross contamination, and she suggested getting it blackened as opposed to fried. She was spot on - the seasoning on the catfish was really good & it was perfectly deboned. It came with a choice of two sides plus their amazing cheddar biscuits - a lot of food at a good price. All in all, this lunch was a third of the price of any meal I'd eaten at the hotel & was the best food I've had all week. The only thing I'm feeling 'meh' on is that the garden salad is lettuce, tomatoes and croutons. I wish I'd gone Caesar instead. I might eat dinner here too... read more

Very bad practice, They toweled my car away when I finished my dinner. The plaze said they are allowed to towel the car after 12:00am, but when we finished the dinner at 9:35pm and we walked around this plaze, but when we come back about 10:20pm, our car was towled away, Red lobster closed at 10:00pm. we talked with the manager, he said we need to pay the money to get our car back and Red lobster can reimburse us, so we called a taxi to the toweling company to get our car back. We have called the manager again, he promised us that we will get reimbursement back next week by mail, but 3 month has passed, we did not receive anything, when we called them, the manager said we need to talk with other manager. My car has never been toweled away when I am eating in other restaurants. read more

We only came here because it is across from the convention center. Also, so that we could avoid another gross conference lunch. To get some pleasure out of a meal here, DO NOT try anything fancy. I started with the caesar salad - weird, gloppy dressing that tasted nothing like Caesar salad dressing. Took 2 bites and pushed plate to the side. For the entree, I had the grilled scallop (overcooked), shrimp (decent), and lobster (so salty it was inedible - leaving lobster on a plate makes me so sad.) The high point: the warm, crack-like cheddar biscuits. If it was socially acceptable, I'd go there just for that. read more

Went to dinner here after a long day at a local Megacon event. Typical chain style joint with the ever awesome cheddar bay biscuits. I ordered the Caesar salad and shrimp Alfredo. Alfredo sauce was a little too salty but overall enjoyable. Our server was WONDERFUL. He recommended a blue moon draft beer pairing with my meal which was an enjoyable suggestion. There were many empty seats but service was just so slow for a Wednesday evening in Orlando near Disney. We walked 5 minutes to the restaurant and I immediately asked for a glass of water and was told our waiter had other customers to serve before he could bring me a glass of water. It was 30 minutes later when he took our order. He then said he had orders to calculate for other customers so we needed to hurry up and order. Today we came in for lunch and ordered a rock lobster tail. It was very tough and appeared to have been reheated or cooked incorrectly. As we resolved to avoid this red lobster during lunch (we've been here for dinner in the past and it's usually just fine), the manager came over and insisted that he correct the problem. He replaced the rock lobster with a grilled main lobster tail and it was much, much better! Thoroughly impressed with how the manager handled the situation. Great attitude and customer service.
