We shared the seafood mushrooms appetizer it was a split one love them one thought ok. We shared the seafood platter combo and agreed it was really good and plenty for two. The lobster was perfectly cooked, the crab legs were steamed the fried shrimp were crispy and fresh, the shrimp scampi was perfect. The only criticism I would say the biscuits needed a few more minutes but that is my preference

Came for a late lunch on a Saturday. The cheddar bay biscuits are yummy and served hot out of the oven. The crab linguini Alfredo was good but the crab meat was shredded instead of big chunks. The restaurant could use a good cleaning. It's probably not as noticeable at night when it's dark outside but in the daylight you can see the dirt and dust covering the furniture. The service was pretty good.

Horrible pasta

Awful experience! The service was horrible: appetizers came after entrées, bread was brought with the check, and when we asked about proper crab tools, the server said the metal ones weren't available because "they don't have a dishwasher.". The food was just as bad: stale pasta with hard pieces, shrimp with a bad aftertaste, and everything tasted like it had been sitting too long. Left hungry and disappointed. Stay away

This experience was nothing but unacceptable. I did an online order this past Monday for Lobster and Shrimp special. This is one of the daily specials that is offered on Mondays for 20.00. This entree includes one side, shrimp scampi and 1 lobster tail. When I went to pick up my order there was a young lady who gave excellent customer service. When I reached home I was so excited to eat due to I was working both jobs all day and this was my first meal of the day. Well I was very disappointed in the quality of observation. I discovered the lobster to be pretty much appalling. I know the meal was only 20.00 but I would not give anyone a meal that had looked like this, it would have took every bit of 5 mins to replace I'm sure they're pre cooked and if not it's just providing quality customer service. Again I really dislike leaving these type of reviews, but Red lobster I really had faith that I was coming to get a tasty meal.

Food sub-parr. Filet mignon was tough. So was the lobster. Service was minimal. Not worth the $$.

It was pretty quiet and nothing objectionable was showing on the 3-4 tv's that were playing. The wait staff was kind and helpful - a little difficult to understand as the accent was somewhat heavy. There are lots of mirrors and someone was constantly cleaning them! A real plus! Husband ordered breakfast from the menu- bacon , eggs, grits - he said it was good but he had asked the bacon be cooked crispy- i don't believe it was. I had never had quesadilla and saw this as a good chance so i did- it was DELICIOUS! I did not know to order the sides that are normally served with it so the sweet waitress suggested them - salsa or sour cream- she promptly brought both. I also ordered a side salad that was , obviously, straight from a bag- Had a couple of small tomato slices and cucumber but no grated cheese was to be found. Rosa, our waitress, said they didn't have grated cheese but she could bring slices. I told her it was not necessary. The unsweetened tea was delicious after i added a few splendas accessible at the table! The salt and pepper shakers were very clean. So my first experience was very good at the Park 51 Cafe. Seating was adequate and we were quickly seated. The place closes at 3pm so it was beginning to fill up as we were leaving. Wonderful experience! Thank you, Rosa!

I highly recommend!…read more I had the pleasure of trying out Trio for a baby shower and it was a beautiful experience! The ambiance and service is superb, staff attentiveness and friendly! Food was served buffet style and it was delicious! From salad to chicken tenders to the fries, the veggie wrap was my favorite! I will return and be coming back soon! I hope you enjoy yourself as much I did!

A great place for a first date. Interior is warm and welcoming, a full bar with eating spaces, a really nice pizza oven, ample parking, and a great staff of wait people and in the kitchen. And prices are reasonable. There is a separate brunch menu for weekends. The regular menu will satisfy everyone. We started with two Bloody Mary's, which our slow waiter, Adam R. did not get to the table until our main courses were ready for pick-up. Best when ordering a drink &/or starter to state to your server that you will order our main course later. Their version of Shrimp N Grits ($19) was different, as each component was presented on the plate as separate items. You blend or consume it as you like. Shrimp were grilled nicely, and in its own pile, "grits is grits" were just that, without anything mixed into it, like cheese. Well, it was good, but not my style. I prefer everything cooked and mixed together in the grits. Wife had a nice Quiche ($12) and they offer different styles each day. Very nice. We have been here numerous times and I just have been negligent in writing up every meal we have had at Trio. A very good option for families, couples and singles that can eat at the bar.

We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening, about an hour and fifteen minutes before closing…read more The restaurant had several open tables, but right at the entrance it was clear something was off. A couple ahead of us was waiting, another had just added their name to the list, and when we reached the host stand, the host appeared completely overwhelmed. He told us there would be a 25+ minute wait, but didn't take our name--just gave us a look like he didn't want to seat anyone else for the night. To his credit, another employee--clearly juggling multiple roles between serving and bussing--stepped in and got things moving. He checked tables, managed the flow, and ultimately seated the waiting parties, including us. He was polite, professional, and exactly what you expect from someone in hospitality. Once seated, the contrast between staff members became even more obvious. The host wasn't just overwhelmed--his attitude toward the work was the bigger issue. Throughout the evening, we watched him complain openly to coworkers about being asked to bus tables or help with simple tasks. At one point, he spent more time explaining why he shouldn't grab a stack of cups than it would have taken to just do it. Other employees were visibly frustrated, rolling their eyes or simply working around him. We also observed him on multiple occasions heading back into the kitchen empty-handed while there were still plenty of dirty tables on the floor--at least twice that we personally saw. To be fair, he did bus several tables, but he also skipped others that clearly needed attention, creating more work for the rest of the staff. It gave the impression that he was avoiding parts of the job rather than tackling what needed to be done. Later, another employee asked him to assist with clearing several tables. Instead of helping, he began complaining loudly across the dining room. The employee simply said, "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it," and handled the situation efficiently and professionally. Shortly after, the host retreated to the kitchen where he had a loud meltdown--audible from the dining room--right at closing time. We later learned he was stressed about a homework assignment due that day, which seemed to explain the behavior, but from a guest perspective, it was a poor representation of the restaurant at the front door. That said, every other staff member we encountered was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and professional across the board. Our server in particular was excellent--engaged, efficient, and on point the entire meal. As for the food, both meals were solid. I ordered a steak medium rare, and while it came out slightly overcooked--closer to medium--it was still a good cut and enjoyable. It was a bit heavy on the seasoning, but easily adjusted by scraping some off. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. My colleague ordered a steak topped with coconut shrimp and was very happy with his meal. Overall, this could have been a great dining experience. The kitchen did a solid job, and the service staff (aside from one) were exactly what you hope for. Unfortunately, the first impression--and much of the atmosphere--was overshadowed by a host who was clearly having a rough night and not handling it well. This feels like a training or management issue more than anything else. With the right guidance, this location has all the pieces in place to deliver a consistently excellent experience.

LongHorn Steakhouse in Pineville has some of the standard qualities you'd expect from the chain…read more(decor and standard menu), but my recent visit left me a bit underwhelmed. Even knowing that the restaurant doesn't take reservations, they do offer to call ahead to be placed on the waitlist in advance. The wait time was much longer than expected. Even though the restaurant was busy, our estimated wait time of 45 mins stretched to close to an hour. They told us at one point that our table was ready, but they were not going to seat us yet because they "didn't want to overwhelm the server". Meanwhile, we all sat or stood uncomfortably in the waiting area for an additional 10-15 minutes. I would have been much happier seated at the table waiting with the knowledge that the server may be a bit getting to us. Once seated, the service *still* moved at a slow pace, which added to the frustration of the wait time just to be seated. I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and while the flavor was fine, the portion was a disappointing collection of pieces rather than a full cut of chicken breast. It wasn't bad - just not as satisfying or well‑rounded as I've had at other LongHorn locations. There's potential here, but between the long wait, slow service, and a mediocre entrée, it ended up being an average visit rather than a great one.

It was cold outside, but it was even colder inside the restaurant, to the point where it felt like sitting in a freezer. It honestly made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. Food-wise, we ordered a variety of items. Some people got pita dishes, others ordered pasta and pizza. One person really liked the eggplant spaghetti, while another didn't care for the sauce, so opinions were mixed. A few people did enjoy their pizzas. I ordered a Greek salad with blackened chicken. I'd rate it about a 5 out of 10, very mid. The salad included cranberries, which was an interesting addition. Not bad, just unexpected. The blackened chicken didn't seem well-seasoned, so it wasn't very impressive overall. On a positive note, the service was good. Our server was friendly and attentive, and I didn't have any issues there. Parking was also plentiful and easy, which is always a plus. Overall, the biggest issue for me was how cold the restaurant was. It was so uncomfortable that it really affected my experience. We might go back again as a group at some point, but I wouldn't go back on my own, and definitely not unless it's warmer inside.
