Worst seafood that I have ever had. They proudly serve the smallest lobsters in the world ice cold on your plate. Their service makes you feel nonexistent if you're lucky to see your server more than once. I for one will never revisit this establishment. read more

Normally a good experience, however things just did not go well tonight. My wife's salad was missing one of the dressings, and her order for endless shrimp was not correct. She cannot do heat, and had ordered plain breaded. They have her the new Nashville hit shrimp. Which was good, but way to spicy for her. They corrected this promptly, and my wife ordered the linguine. This came out as a plate of gritty buttered noodles, with some shrimp thrown in it. All in all, not a good dinner for her to say the least. We had one of the roving managers ask about out meal, and we mentioned what was wrong. I would have him to at least comped us our sodas, or may be the mac and cheese for our two and a half year old, but when the check came... nothing take off. During these scary times I am grateful that i can still get take out food BUT businesses need to show some gratefulness and courtesy towards the people still purchasing from there businesses. Called Red Lobster today to place an order - after finally getting to talk to a human i was told i needed to go to the website to place an order- explained that I didn't have a computer- then i was told very obnoxiously told YOU HAVE A PHONE DON'T YOU! Then I explained that I was trying to get to the hospital and take an order there and in order to assisted living so finally with disdain in her voice she took my order. When i picked up order it was brought out to me - asked for an extra biscuit sack because some were going to different places. She brings me a PLASTIC sack to put them in...‍ Still leave an almost $10 tip. Drop off order at hospital then to Illinois to drop another order. At this point I realize that I didn't get all the food that I ordered so I call again anyway finally get to talk to someone ask for the manager explain that I was in there did not get all my food and instead of being apologetic I get told all your only put in an order for one and I told her no I put an order in for two and if you're rude little person on the phone had been listening instead of bitching because I didn't use your website she would've heard that still no apology so to hell with red lobster!!!!! If I cannot get some courtesy when I am spending my money at your establishment then I don't need to spend my money at your establishment. Ate there a lot but done!!!! read more

Based on our past experience with Red Lobster at Bloomington, we thought the seafood was okay to poor and it's kinda pricey for the quality. And then my friend invited us to the Terre Haute one and we loved it!! The snow crab legs were awersome. It's tender, moist and just salty enough for us. The garlic shrimp scampi, the sauce is perfect, if you like garlic and butter, this is the one for you. And the alfredo linguini is very buttery. This place makes me crave for more crab legsssss! read more

We love red lobster! Service is ALWAYS good here but food hasn't seem up to par lately. We continue to come hoping things will taste better next time. I will say we had a party for my grandfathers 76th birthday and had over 20 people moving around seat to seat and confusing the poor staff who handled it very well and kept everything straight! read more

Daughter and I had lunch here today at 1130 and had the create your own lunch platter I had the shrimp scampi, fried shrimp and baked potato. The fried shrimp were dried out, the scampi was tough and the potato was dried out and burnt on the bottom. The meal seemed to be reheated food from the night before. We were driving from out of town with our 3 year old son & I called to get our name on the call ahead seating list. I had the displeasure of speaking to Josie, who rather curtly told me they didn't do call ahead seating. I asked how long the wait was & was told 20 minutes. I explained that we had an antsy toddler & were 20 minutes away & she hung up on me. Customer service at its worst. We will never eat here. Luckily for us, we called Outback & got our name on their list, were promptly seated & had a very wonderful meal. read more

Good place, service is hit and miss but it's good seafood. Fully stocked bar, love the Bahama mama. The place is relatively clean but it smells like a fish tank every now and then. Good place for special occasions. read more

Amazing! We came in at around 9:30 PM and expected to get an okay service because of the closing time of 10:00 PM. I ordered the 12 Oz Steak with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I can not express how impresses I was the steak was truly amazing it was just the right combination of crispy and tender with the perfect amount of juicy. Coleslaw was amazing as well and I normally don't eat onion rings but these were just perfect! I have a new favorite restaurant in town! read more

Restaurant and bathroom was clean. Food was delicious. Waiter was friendly and attentive.

The service was awful from when we walked in the door. The restaurant was half empty and we had to wait for 20+ minutes for a table. (Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend) Once seated the server was slow and did not come to the table right away to welcome us or get our drink order. Once we ordered the salads were slow to appear as he dropped them in the kitchen and advised us that this had happened. The salads final showed up. Then the order took forever as they had problems in the kitchen and lost our order. The restaurant was half empty and not busy as it was 7:20 when we got seated. The manager then appeared and apologized before our meal came out explaining about the problems in the kitchen and told us she would give us free deserts for our trouble and wait. The meal finally showed up ten minutes later minus the rice that should have accompanied the two orders of fish/shrimp tacos. The manager then appeared again and I advised her the service and meal was sub-par and she offered a 20% discount for the meal. I told her that this was not good enough and I expected at least 50%. She agreed and adjusted our bill accordingly. I am a local and will not return until the service issue are fixed. For a $100.00 meal discounted to $50.00 it was still not worth the price. Service was good, or the rating would be lower. It has been years since I went to a Red Lobster, and it's not hard to see why it struggles. Simply, mediocre quality food and recipes at high price for the quality. I got the broiled seafood trio, and while not terrible, there was nothing to recommend it. The tilapia was paper thin and overcooked. The stuffed shrimp tasted of bread more than seafood, and the shrimp scampi were pretty sad, not filling out their dish. Biscuits are good, but for $20 and up per entree, more than the bread has to be good. read more

well not too happy about my visit today. We waited about 20 minutesbut the whole meal was about an hour and half. Everything came slow, The soup was really good, salad good, entree' not too good the pasta had been sitting so long in the dish that I only had to scoop off the small amount of shrimp and scalops, then dessert was supposed to be key lime and I ended up with cheese cake. The waitress had asked us each time about how things was - until the dessert. My friend asked for a box and never did get that. On the whole the food was good as percentages go, service ok it was the kitchen that was slow. Will I go back yes but not happy about this time at all. read more

Matthew is a server at the TerreHaute Red Lobster. He is a giant of a man in size and heart. He was NOT our server, but happened to be standing near our table (along with several other servers) when I got choked. He immediately asked if I was alright. And, he seemed genuinely concerned. I hardly ever do reviews but we had one of the best meals that I can recall. The food was the best we have had on our trip. Our waitress Nancy Harney made our dining experience very pleasant . She was very professional while having a great sense of humor . I'm sure this will be our restaurant of choice any time we are in Terre Haute. read more
