It was the bae's first time coming here (its not a big deal) but still he liked it very much. Food We ordered the sampler as you can see on the picture and it was pretty filling for a light lunch for the both of us. We did not want to get so full because we were planning to have dinner within a couple of hours. The food is pretty standard compared to the other Red Lobsters I personally have been too. THE BISCUITS (complimentary) Seriously though why else come to Red Lobster if its not for these scrumptious, light, fluffy pieces of heaven smothered with butter and various secret ingredients that you can also find in Costco (Premade) to bake on your own. A twenty-five min wait feels like hours when your hungry :/ and then you get seated and realize the tables around you are empty!!!!! Well the kitchen must of been backed up, someone called and sick last min, the chef was stuck in the bathroom taking a shit from the Red Beans and Rice his girlfriend made him....What I'm saying is you don't know the secret life of kitchen staff so I try and over-look the wait. Our server was friendly enough. And the manager herself came to check up on us so that was reassuring. I got the 4 course fest for 16.99 which in my opinion is a DAMN good deal. It came with a signature soup, fresh salad, unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits, a choice of entree, and a dessert. Yes all that for 16.99!!! I got the New England Clam Chowder for my Soup, the Jumbo Coconut and Pineapple-Grilled Shrimp and the Triple-Chocolate Brownie á la Mode for dessert. The clam chowder was very filling on its own. I couldn't eat it all. It was tasty tho, a nice way to start your fest. The coconut shrimp was amazing. I liked the batter. Very crispy and flaky. Not an overbearing amount of coconut flavor. Also it was paired well with the pineapple grilled shrimp skewers. I couldn't even finish all my meal because of them damn biscuits i consumed. But it was more than enough for left overs. On Wednesday night my bf & I went to Red Lobster for endless shrimp deal. There were so many other seafood options it was hard to decide, but we were not disappointed! We tried their new coconut popcorn shrimp (tasted literally like a churro, so delicious) w/ a pineapple cream sauce- also bomb! Shrimp scampi, fettuccine linguine- all was 10/10. We came on Tuesday 09/29/20 at around 7 pm for my husbands birthday. There was only 1 server (woman with black hair) and 1 manager serving patio seating. It took around 25 minutes to be seated (All tables were full). The manager was wondering and very accommodating! She communicated well with me and offered to split our group in 2 tables instead of sitting another small group who arrived after before us. It ended up working out because she sat us in a separate area and brought out chairs for us. The server was great as well. She was definitely busy so we understood if things took a little longer. I did request they sing happy birthday to my husband and she got a little busy and forgot. Which is totally okay based on the circumstances. Food was great! No complaints there! For Red Lobster it was a good lunch. I had the four course special $17. Started with a nice cold Caesar salad, followed by the clam chowder. Clam chowder was 'whatever' but I expected 'whatever' so not disappointing. Had the grilled shrimp plate with broccoli and rice. Got a good portion of shrimp ~12. They were cooked good. Finished it off with caramel cheesecake. Nothing mind blowing but for $17 it was a good deal. My kids had the wine mussels and they were really good. A great portion for $10 it was on he appetizer list but my 7 yr old got it for his entree. My 11 yr old got crab legs from the kids menu and enjoyed working for it. $10 also. Pretty on point. Ate here when they were having their endless shrimp deal. The shrimp itself is the type of shrimp that you can buy from the frozen food aisle at the supermarket. The plate that the shrimp arrives on is also very small and in order for it to be truly endless you have to continually bother your waiter. After a long exciting day at Six Flags, my friends and I were absolutely famished. As we were about to get on the freeway to go home, we noticed the Red Lobster, and the same thought struck us all at once: dinner! Ahh! But my boyfriend had already gotten on the on-ramp. He explained several items and specials on the menu -- everything is a magnificent of fantastic choice according to him. Most were not useful for us, because we were not looking for entrees above $20, but the drink descriptions did catch our attention. He noticed that I had been on the cocktails page for a good couple of minutes and he gave us the prices for each of the ones we were interested in. Finally my friend and I settled on the Bahama Mama (essentially a mango smoothie with tequila mixed in: yum!) and made a jumbo size so we could share. Once we picked out or dishes, we were left alone to munch on the heavenly biscuits. Of course, we went through the first round of biscuits within ten minutes, cuz like I mentioned earlier, we were famished! Throughout the night, our server -- I really can't remember his name; maybe it was Stephen, but in any case, he was the blonde, hipster one with the big glasses -- refilled our biscuit basket, though not as promptly as we would have liked (again, we were ravenous). I get it, I get it, he's trying to maintain our appetite and prevent us from getting full on those scrumptious biscuits, but I'd like to think we have the self control from eating them all up before our meal (maybe). Ok, so enough about biscuits and on to our entrees. I ordered the lobster tacos and my boyfriend and our friend each ordered a four-course meal. Everything tasted really good, and that Bahama Mama kept us happy throughout the dinner. The tacos were a little too salty for me. By the time I got to the last one, I just picked at it because the salt was just getting to be too much. I'm not sure why it was that way, but I didn't want to ask for it to be taken back. Today I went to Red Lobster for lunch. It was busier than normal and there was a wait. Turns out several of the staff called out leaving them short in key areas. I was seated in a section serviced by Kimberly and even though she had 7 full tables, her level of attention and customer service was outstanding. She greeted me with 2 minutes of sitting down with those delicious Chedder Biscuits, quickly took my order and had my drink out shortly thereafter. Food arrived hot and delicious and as I ate, I watched in amazement how Kimberly systematically checked each table in her area, accommodating everyone's needs and making it look effortless. I can't think of a better dining g experience I have had at a restaurant in a really long time. How she kept up her pace with being short staffed and with so many tables, while still being pleasant to all the customers is beyond me. I was exhausted just watching her work. They were really helpful and friendly and definitelky went out of their way to be sure everything went well with our experience. Crappy Birthday to me......LITERALLY. Went with family to Red Lobster tonight and the server Noah was excellent. Above and beyond. My grandmother started not to feel well so my mother escorted her to her car. Well, apparently the bathroom overflowed and there was actual feces and lord knows what else spread out all over the parking lot right in the handicap spaces. My mother had to step into it to move the car so my grandmother's Walker would not have to get human excrement all over it. My mother proceeded to vomit in the bathroom because of the filth she had to walk through. I almost did as well having to smell it and see it when I walked outside. I dont appreciate the fact that the restaurant customers were not told about it in order to move their cars, and it was not blocked off either, so the poor handicap people kept parking there and I stood there telling then to move so they wouldn't step in crap. There was a guy snaking the drain, but it was the cause of it flowing all over the parking lot and the cars. Seriously disgusting. Never going there again. My husband and I went to the Red Lobster last night (10-5-19) for dinner and boy, were we surprised at the change at this location! We came for the "Endless" shrimp meal. When our salads were served, my husband's order was wrong and when the first round of shrimp came out from the kitchen, my order was wrong! The wait staff didn't seem to be in any hurry to bring out the right order either. For the most part, the food was cold and tasteless. My husband went to speak with the manager on duty, and all he had to say was "Oh... okay.". He didn't even apologize for the slow service, cold food and incorrect orders! We have been dining at this Red Lobster ever since we moved here, over twenty years ago, but after last night , we've crossed this restaurant off our list of places to eat.
