Came in with my family after a hurricane harbor fun day, party of 7 (3 kids) it took literally 25 minutes to receive beverages, and about another 45 minutes after the initial 25 minutes to get our food. There was only 2 other tables sat (who were already eating) and a single guy came in after we finally received our drinks, he got his food way before we did. We had 3 kids meals microwaveable max and cheese, a burger, one pasta and two shrimp plates. Our server at first was in a "mood" and not very friendly or inviting, then he warmed up a little but barely. I gave 2 stars not 1 because he finished off mediocre. When we walked out there was 2 girls I'm guessing hostess or other servers and not even any acknowledgement to our exit. They had better things to talk about I guess. read more

If I could give Kim our waitress yesterday 20 stars I would! In all of my years of dining out I've never received the exceptional service myself and family did yesterday. We stopped by after a long day at Magic Mountain to celebrate myself and sister birthday. From the moment we sat down Kim ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed until we left. We never had to ask for drink or bread refills, she made sure after receiving our food that it was to our liking before leaving the table to attend to her other tables. She frequently checked on us and was warm, friendly and patient with our many requests. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Biscuits Saga, Bad Service! Without a Star I couldn't write a review. I was at this Red Lobster almost every other week during lockdown on an occasion they forgot to add my soup and I called immediately, the Manger didn't feel remorseful he just asked "how much did you pay I will return it back to your card". That's it! It's been 4 months and I still didn't get the refund. Fast Forward last week I went back and dined. We were told the biscuits were In the oven, we ordered soup and the meals. I finished my soup still no biscuits. We asked our server she said still not ready. We got our food and while eating server never returned, when she finally did it was already an hour into our meal, still no biscuits. However the tables seated after us all had biscuits. After 1.5hrs later, I saw the server giving biscuits basket (another round) to the 2 tables close to us needless I say that not a single table didn't have biscuits ( I took a walk to make sure). Then she brought us one. I was not pleased and the server came back saying " someone don't look happy"., the audacity! So I told her how I feel since she felt like she's paying for the food after her not paying attention to her guests. This was when she finally brought the basket of biscuits. Then she said " I don't know why it took so long, would you like to talk to the manager?". I decline, but then I saw the manager walked by to peep at the table. Then our server never came back to the table, but then sent another server over with another basket of biscuits and then another server came to show us how to use the contactless paying machine. I told them I don't need the biscuits. I can afford a truck load of biscuits but why serve everyone and still not have a remorse for not being fair and professional. Anyways I left the biscuits but the kids wanted it so they took it to go because biscuits came just as we were getting our bill and about to leave. I still ended up throwing them in the trash at home because the kids left them in the refrigerator. I just hope they get it together. Food was all good and a good deal. We got the 3 from the sea deal - about $15-ish for takeout. A lot of food for the money - great deal! My only issue was they forgot my side salad and the lobster bisque was way too salty. What's interesting is I paid about $12 for my son to get a burger, fries and shake at Mikey D's, for $3 more you can get a much better meal here - healthy, tons of food and delicious! Walking into this place is hard to find the front door building is dark, entering, there's a smell in the restaurant. I was seated promptly. My server greeted me promptly, but I ordered a Cadillac margarita which he forgot and brought later the clam chowder they gave me had no flavor what so ever to it, tasted like warm cream. We came here cause we have a $50 gc. We were surprised at the location of this place, we were not expecting it to be off a beaten path. It kinda feels like we were in a rest stop on the way to Las Vegas kinda thing because of the big gasoline station nearby, empty land surrounding and just nothing else close by except Wendy's and a closed down establishment. The place is huge, the new Cheesecake Factory could have used a space like this and I'm quite sure that even at this location, people will flock CF like they're giving away free food, ha! We got there at 5pm on a Thursday and were surprised that there was a wait time. Another group were also waiting before us. At quarter to 6, the place was surprisingly busy, about 3/5 full. We started off with those sinfully good cheddar biscuits that are too salty but so addictive. We both ordered the 4-course meals: clam chowder soups were good, cesar and garden salad were acceptable, the shrimp linguine had really small shrimps but was tasty and salty, the 8 oz med well sirloin steak (an addl $3) was tender and juicy and the broccoli, carrots and sweet potatoes as side dishes were cooked well, the brownie ala mode was good while the the cookie lava a la mode (an addl $2.50) was good but the cookie was too big I could only eat 1/3 of it. We were so full but felt guilty because of the calorie and sodium overload. I barely ate my main entree and took it to go. Our server was great and attentive that he's well-deserved of a 20% tip. We were sooo disappointed tonight.. traveled a long way in horrible traffic to have the admirals feast 15$ on Tuesday. We made it and got seated she got our drinks and was gone awhile ( I was thinking why it took so long to get coffees and coke) and by the time she took our order it was 6:14 and she said it was too late. Now I wouldn't care if it was a couple dollars but it's normally 21.99 so a savings of 7$ ea person.. she would not budge. She should just ask what salad or dressing you'd like because soup isn't part of the equation it's an add on. My salmon was so fresh and it was cooked perfectly I forgot I was in a chain restaurant! Red lobster has really stepped it up. And I was expecting a salty mess but I was so wrong. Take advantage of fresh catch lunch pricing at $2 off. Easy access of highway. Parking area plentiful and safe. Those famous biscuits were the only bummer. What happened? I was a true red lobster fan for the last 40 years when my mother first took me for my birthday. I loved it! I loved it until mid 2019, as this location was my only option. Things started going downhill last year. I used to order once a month, and when things went bad I lowered that to twice a year. 3 orders in a year and a half, each one making believe it's over. Such terrible food now.I ordered today, I was craving lobster in a big way. Lobster lovers dream, and seafood mushrooms. My dog could cook better. The mushrooms where nasty, inedible. I ate here a little over a week ago with some friends. When we first got into the location, there was one host and he was busy on the phone. By the time he came over to the host stand, a second party also came in to wait to be seated. The host asked us how many, then said he had to go write down a reservation and then went back to the phone and looked flustered. A second host came up and finally sat us. I immediately noticed that he put the menus on the table before we were seated, which I know is not how Red Lobster employees are trained. It's small, I know, but a good friend went through server training at Red Lobster and I know they are supposed to place the menus in front of you once you are seated. It's a small thing that was mentioned to me and now I always notice when people do or don't do this. So I don't know if this person was being lazy at that moment or just wasn't properly trained. Not a big deal! The server comes over very quickly to ask if we want drinks. We hadn't even opened our menus yet. We asked for waters and said we needed some time to look at the menu. Our server continued to push us ordering drinks beyond water. Like to a ridiculous extent. We did end up ordering a bottle of wine for the table and we all got our food. The food was good. We were happy with our selections! My biggest reason for the 3 star rating is because of our service experience. Lazy and needing some cleaning up training-wise! Maybe everyone was new? I'm not sure. Ok after my UYE AYCE, I have to give this location 5 stars, I got to 159 shrimp... I know that is ridiculous, but I am competitive and I love winning. In all honestly I would never have been able to make it to that number with out the great service here. Seriously loved the cheddar biscuits. I wish I had gotten her name, because she was friendly, informative and efficient with the cocktails I ordered. She mentioned a great dish for me to try, which I went with and was impressed. Kudos to her. Great service! Food is a bit saltier than what I'm used to, but the entree was very tasty and very filling. Perks: Portions are a decent size. The Biscuits are delish and yummy!! It wasn't our usual day of good food and service. Dirty silverware, I mean I literally had old crusty nasty food on my forks wrapped inside of a napkin set like it was fresh out of the dishwasher. We actually received several pairs of dirty silverware to the point that the waiter had to bring us hot water to dip them in, we had already ordered appetizers at this point so we stayed. Then our vegetable order of fried broccoli came so late into the meal that my boyfriend had already eaten the main entree and then his side of crab legs was impossible to crack like they were over or under cooked, couldn't quite figure it out but he couldn't eat them. The manager did come over and apologize for the late delivery of broccoli, once we sent them back and she took off the side of crab legs. The food wasn't as good as it normally is and she said there was a new chef in the back, maybe that's a sign that we come here to often. We decided yesterday would be our last time dining there. I really try to be patient and understanding when it comes to complaining because i too work in the industry. I hate dealin with that at work and it doesnt happen often, but when it does it just becomes an inconvinience for both the patron and the manager. That being said, i'll get to it. I decided to grab some lunch to go. I order parmesan crusted chicken broccoli pasta, grilled chicken and skewer and a spinich dip. I get home which is 40 min away and i find my chicken looking like it was poached i called to speak to the manager to please make sure her kitchen cooks the food how it is listed on the menu, i waited 10 min never came to the phone. I was honestly alot more irritted because i was never able to reach the manager. Waiter told us that a new food company owns red lobster now. Bad choice. Scallop were fried so hard that you could just peel the bread off. Everything was just bad. So I decided to give them one more chance and order on Uber eats from a different location in Valencia California on 6-6-24. O order same admirals feast with add ons. I know that they forget to put sauces in the bag so I called up to the restaurant after I order, just to remind them to add my tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. Mind you now, my order came up to $180. So after I call and get reassured that all the sauces and Bread would be in the bag, these people don't give me no sauce or bread. I had to eat my entire meal dry. Extremely disappointed at the food quality and service at these locations. Many more things could list, but that's it. You all loss a valuable customer. Been to this location at least twice. Both times were a quick stop for a meal (lunch or dinner) heading out of town or back home from an out of town trip. Very convenient location off the freeway. Service was always prompt and friendly when we went. Don't have a problem stopping here again if we are craving seafood when passing through. While I've never thought of Red Lobster needing any reviews due to my feeling like everyone already knows how delicious their food is, the whole bankruptcy current news makes me realize that no one can have too many positive reviews from customers. I really really really hope that this location never closes or I will be crushed. I've lived in Santa Clarita all 38 years of my life & there are 3 restaurants that are still around that I grew up on. Those are Red Lobster, La Cocina, & Grand Panda. Each have served as my birthday dinners many times through the years & I still love them all as much, or more, nowadays. I just picked up my usual order from Red Lobster for my birthday splurging meal, which of course is the Ultimate Feast. Major yum! While some may have negative things to say about this place, I find it to be delicious every single time! There have been other restaurants through the years in SCV that would have a seafood dish I loved, yet they always seem to close down. I always know that there are a minimum of 3 options on the Red Lobster menu at all times that I absolutely love, so I never have to worry about my favorites just disappearing (unless they close-please don't do it!). I'm a creature of habit, so I appreciate this place big time. Show your love people if you have it, since we obviously need to let the appreciation shine through in their sales. A pretty casual dining place to eat at right next to Magic Mountain. My server, Soraya, was kind, never rushed my family, and got our apps out right away. Red Lobster's new layout is more open and I like the atmosphere a bit better now. The food was so delicious!
