Brought my mom here for her Birthday since she loves Seafood , Along with my Sisters, I personally hate Seafood but this place was definitely a good place to bring my mom. The ambience felt great, the waiters were all moving fast since it was pretty packed but they managed to keep a positive vibe. Our waiter ''Anthony'' was very funny and sarcastic, Mr.Obvious is what I'd like to refer to him, But he was all good moods which was nice of him. I could not order Seafood, So I went on the kids menu and ordered some chicken tenders & Mozzarella Cheese sticks which were very delicious along with the Peach Lemonade. Overall Great Experience . Pros: Located Next to Six Flags in Valencia, CA .Not many Televisions so you don't get distracted, They have a bar area for your drinking needs, The place has great service, and the Waiters sing Happy Birthday to you if it's your special day. I decided to come here with a friend of mine because we were both starving and craving seafood. We were seated almost immediately, and our waiter helped us promptly after. He asked us if we were celebrating anything - nope, just hungry! Another waiter came by because he wasn't sure if we were helped or not, but we cleared that up quickly. We ordered peach lemonades and the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. It was delicious (but hot!!). I settled for the Seafood Shrimp Trio, and my friend opted for the "create your own feast" for $17.99. It came with soup, coleslaw/salad, an entree (he ordered the shrimp and scallop Alfredo), and dessert (CARAMEL CHEESECAKE!). The food came pretty quickly, and it was delicious! I'm a huge fan of any Alfredo pasta and my meal was more than satisfactory. Our waiter checked in on us pretty often - he received a fat tip btw! The customer service was exceptional!!! Our server Nate was such an awesome server. So attentive, fast and courteous. The food was delicious, fresh and well priced. You can't ever go wrong at this Red Lobster. The locations is conveniently located off the 5fwy and for a Saturday afternoon it was not busy at all. The food what always is what brings us here. We've been going here for years and the service we got today exceeded countless dinging experiences we have had in many places in general. We went here when it first opened up years ago. After developing an allergy to shell fish, we hadn't been here since. I asked the misses what she would like for mother's day, she said Red Lobster. So we went. After a 35 minute wait, we were finally seated. The server was fine, took care of our needs. I didn't take too terribly long to get our food. The wife got Lobster and shrimp, which she totally hated. She said over cooked and completely bland. I ordered a Tilapia with asparagus and artichokes cooked in a parchment bag. The veggies were burnt and stuck to the paper. I think I had two bites of asparagus and somewhere in there was a piece of artichoke. The Tilapia was nice and tender, but not much flavor. I have been to this place several times, but today was the worst experience ever. We sat a the bar, service was bad, we order the Langostino artichoke dip which in the menu show a nice nice and about 10 pieces for $12.** however our order had only 4 pieces. I call the server over and she got the manager involved whom order more langostino but still not close to what the menu is selling. Poor communication from the bartender that took a while to communicate to us what was going on, it appeared she was about to go home, no sure but not the client's fault to be punished with poor service when a shift is changing. Then to top it all off the bartender was cleaning drinking glasses and splashed water all over my companion and his food, there was not even an apology or an acknowledgement from the employee with such a poor taste or lack of empathy or class. I don't know how anyone can give this restaurant less than five stars. I am normally a skeptic of the more traditional family chain restaurants, but the staff here redeemed them for me. Our server Kacey was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, genuinely friendly. She never made us wait for help, offered extra sauces, happily kept our muffin basket full (and sent some home with us!), and made every effort to give us a great experience. We were also greeted by two of the managers and three other staff members! These people are genuinely nice and really made our day. The food was good too :) I loved the seafood combination with the different pasta and shrimp. We also had coconut shrimp which was delicious, and those cheddar biscuits are addicting. I have been coming here to celebrate my birthday for the past 20yrs+ and tonight's dinner has been by far the worst. The server was great but the quality of the food is extremely disappointing. Not to mention went through six sets of silverware before giving up and asking for plastic. Now how ridiculous is that? My children's mac and cheese was watery with no flavor. My husband's shrimp undercooked. Overall the worst experience ever. Guess I will be celebrating elsewhere which is very unfortunate. I received a notice from my credit card company that my tip was more than doubled and almost as much as our meal. Management should address this lack of pride in their building. It demonstrated that they don't care about the customer experience or they don't have the finances to take care of their establishment. The quality of food at Red Lobster has been declining for quite a while now. They keep changing the menu and it's not that good. We went there on July 28, 2011 to celebrate my mom's birthday. It's a very big disappointment. They were promoting the 'Crab Festival' It was sooooo salty. As a matter of fact, 3 tables complained about the saltiness of the food. The waiter just apologized but did not do anything about it. Replace our food (After a very long wait) or at least give us a credit. Great service, very nice assistance. The food is very good for the price they charge, let's face it, it's a corporate place, so they are analogous to Black Angus or Olive Garden. As such they are great. The bisquits were great, the crab was very very good. The shrimp were good. The bread we asked for was toasted and tasty, almost like they made it?? The drinks were good. Disgusting. I remember red lobster being so good. I was craving it. I ordered the pick 3 (scallops, popcorn shrimp, clam strips) the two breaded items were falling off and soggy. The scallops were inedible and had a very strong fish smell. plus they were thrown in a styrofoam cup with a cup of juice. I tossed all of it. The biscuits (which are usually a fan favorite) were flat and soggy. My baked potato (which I paid extra for the toppings) didn't have the loaded potato toppings. The only things that were edible was the boxed Kraft Mac and cheese which my son ate and the green beans. I will never be returning nor will I recommend this red lobster to anyone. I complained to DoorDash and they gave me $1.25 refund. What a joke. If you're going to serve frozen foods at least attempt to make it edible. read more

We went to Red Lobster in Valencia. Ordered crab legs and got two sides of Zucchini noodles. Crab was great , my cup of Clam chowder was great, biscuits were yummy, however there was something wrong with the zucchini noodles ... very rancid taste. I told her our waitress Ashley about them and she immediately took them back . She brought me a bake potato and French fries. Ashley was so attentive and nice I totally forgot about the zucchini. The service here was phenomenal. From the door we were immediately greeted and seated by the welcoming host and manager. Our server Cierra was very attentive and welcoming with her sweet smile and joyful personality. What I enjoyed most was observing her assist an elderly woman who was dining alone with her meal choices. Cierra sat patiently with her as she guided her through the menu and all I could think was this young lady is an angel. We had a gift card for several places and choose this one and as we walked in we both said its been 10 years since I have been in a red lobster now I know why. The food is terrible. It taste like its been frozen and someone puts it on a grill for a few minutes. We asked for a glass of there house red and the bill came it was $12.59 for cheap glass of wine. Was there for lunch at 2:45 and was told it would be 15 minutes before we would be seated ( lunch ends at three) so by the time we were seated lunch time was over. My wife ordered a bowl of clam chowder that was runny and hardly had clam. I ordered the Admiral Platter, which I found lacking in flavor. The clam strips seemed like I was biting into rubber bands. Overall, the place seems to have come down in quality but the price has not, especially when they make you wait for dinner prices. Do not recommend going here. They must have been reading the bad reviews and decided to make improvements. I have not been their biggest fan. The service was good, but I always felt short-changed when falling for one of their advertised specials. I thought that the food was mediocre, and the "fresh" fish sections were expensive compared to other nice seafood restaurants. Well, after a recent try earlier this week, I am pleased to say that they have made me a fan. The service was great! The food selections have greatly improved and new items have been added.
