Service was pretty bad. Found food particles dried up on my cup and when asked for a new one, the "new" one had an identical food particle attached. Took over 20 minutes to get bread out. Crab legs were cold! Every actual dinner dish was missing an item that was advertised to be included, had to individually ask for every item. Not a good experience...sad. read more

Went there last year for my birthday with my kids. Lunch was celebrated and I did not like the service at all. She was nice but It was my party. It was private and empty. I did not like listening to someones hotel stay problems. Another party at the bar was treated better. No song and no cake. Disappointed experience. I will not return/ read more

My girlfriend and I went for all you can eat shrimp (this post is slightly delayed). The food was delicious and was as you can imagine, more than we could eat. Great price for a good meal. The best part of the experience though was our server, Erin. She was one of the best servers I have ever had and I wish that there were more servers like her in the Los Angeles area. Normally don't go to Red Lobster, but after a long day consuming theme park food, my girlfriend and I needed something. We were shocked, as the food was delicious, and the staff fantastic. Seriously, I've never seen people so attentive, polite, and actually happy to be there. We eat out all the time - usually 1-2 meals a day, and I can't remember the last time we had service this good. Waiting on the waiter! SUCH SLOW SERVICE. I couldn't stand at how long it took for every little thing. It would have been fine if they got my order right, but since they gave my daughter the wrong side dish, and forgot my son's corn - it was such an excruciating wait for every request. When we were done with our food, my family waited 10 minutes for the waiter to come and give us the bill and a box to go. When he finally came back so we can ask for the bill and a box, it took him another 20 minutes before I got the bill, signed for it, and pack my left overs. read more

Walked in tonight and waited for about 15 minutes. Staff walked by and not one would look up and acknowledge us. Not good! I finally walked behind the greeter station myself and saw the names of the 6 parties waiting in the bar area and decided the wait would be too long. I love seafood. Everything at Red Lobster is delicious, including the dinner rolls. Crabs, shrimp, fish and clams are always yummy. :)

Seriously got the BEST service ever compared to any other restaurants. Our waiter Cierra was exceptional, she was friendly, and always checking on us as we enjoyed our great meals. My hisband I are reguars at The Red Lobster in Valecnia, until last night. I ordered a cup of soup, and he ordered a house salad. My soup was luke warm and he was served half of a salad that had wilted lettuce in a bowl. It was not appealing. His salmon was a lunch portion and my tapia was supposed to include aspharagus. I counted 5 cut up pieces of asapharagus, that would amount to one; was no asapharagus tips, only back ends. We had to ask for more bread, and a refill of water. A great place to stop just off I5 in Santa Clarita. We both thought the food was exceptionally good for a Red Lobster. We both ordered a 3-shrimp meal: Shrimp Alfredo, Garlic Shrimp, and Fried Shrimp. In order of "best:", Fried Shrimp was the best. It was not greasy at all. Then comes the Shrimp Alfredo - a big portion with lots of shrimp in it. Very very good. The Garlic Shrimp (I would call it shrimp scampi) was also very good. It would have been even better on top of rice to soak up some of the butter and oil. The caesar salad was crisp and not too much dressing. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Desserts looked delicious but too stuffed to order them. And of course the Red Lobster biscuits were as good as ever. read more

This is one of the more interesting reviews I've written because Red Lobster manages to just be good. It isn't great and it isn't bad. It straddles that line right in the middle. The service was excellent. I have no complaints about our server. I think the price is a bit high for the average quality of the food. You could spend less money on much better food elsewhere. I wasn't impressed with their beer menu. Really nothing exciting to choose from. That's why I went with a margarita, which was quite good. I'm a beer and a margarita snob and this one passed muster. I probably wouldn't go back just because of the cost. All in all it isn't a bad place, just a bit pricey for average. read more

Went to the Valencia Red Lobster looking for a good steak and lobster tail. Initially was skeptical because I had gone to a couple of other local restaurants and they were disappointing. Everything was perfect here. The Caribbean tail was delicious. My steak came a little late because the waitress said she had the cook make it over because it was too well done. It came shorty and was perfect, moist and delicious. So she was great for doing that. Appetizers were good, stuffed mushrooms were awesome. Cheese rolls were good as always. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back often. read more

The food and service were very good. The men's restroom was disgusting and the trash was spilling into the restaurant.

This was my first time going to a Red Lobster. I probably will never return to one again. Let me just explain that it wasn't the service, because our waitress was awesome (we are a very picky table) but the food was not the best quality. If you are going to get lobster/shrimp, I would suggest just paying the extra $50 and going to a good restaurant for dinner. read more

Went to the Valencia location today to celebrate my birthday with family. The restaurant was semi crowded at lunch around 3pm. our server was "Christine". SHE WAS OUTSTANDING! I hope that she remembers our family. My sister has a great sense of humor. she made everyone sitting around her laugh with joy. Christine was very knowledgeable of all menu items and specials. she even left our family a very kind note with our bill. The food was phenomenal! Thank you Christine!!! I just walked out the red lobster today September 16 2019 at 2:50. First of there wasn't any host or manager on the floor for about 5 mind while people are waiting. Second we got sat at a table by the restrooms which the table was dirty, all of them were. We asked if we could get a booth and the manager or server which was a lady got some dry paper napkins and just smudge everything on the table thinking it was clean. Maybe next time . I can't say too much about Red Lobster, it's just like every other one i've been to. The flavor is consistent the price is a little high but the food is good. Normally I love red lobster. They have great seafood options and the cheddar bay biscuits are delicious. We went to this red lobster at lunch time on a Friday afternoon. It took about 15 minutes to be seated. The hostess asked if we were celebrating something special we said no. We were seated in a booth and waited for our server. There were 2 servers in our area, but they didn't come to see us for a while. One of the servers asked if anyone had helped us yet and we said no. She took our orders and said she wasn't sure if she was our server. She asked the other guy in the section if he was ours an he said yes. She told him that she'd put in our food and drink orders. He never came over to introduce himself. He never brought us our drinks, but the other lady kept checking on us when she passed by. She noticed that we still didn't have our drinks so she went to get them. After that the guy came to get our food and drink orders. We told him that the lady had already taken it. He said ok and left. Shortly after the lady brought us our salad which were good. The guy came out half way through our salads with more salads. He looked confused and left. I ordered the garlic shrimp Alfredo which is my all time favorite and my husband ordered the maple glazed chicken with shrimp. They put was too much Parmesan cheese on my pasta! I only tasted cheese and shrimp! The noodles were sticking together because of all the cheese. My husband said his shrimp was good, but he had to cut off a lot of fat from the chicken. We usually love the mash potatoes here, but this time they weren't very tasty and you could put your fork in them and pick up the whole thing! Very disappointing. read more

My boyfriend and I went there for lunch on Labor Day! We were seated right away. Our server was very sweet. I hadn't been here in a long time so I didn't know what to expect. Prices are good, and the food was very enjoyable! Definitely an outdated decor but still so cute. read more

I went to dinner with my mother and boyfriend. I had tilapia, salmon, and scallops. The tilapia had an excessive amount of salt and the salmon was tasteless. My salad was dripping with dressing. My mother said the Lobster Bisque tasted like water dyed red and thickened with flour. She said the mashed potatoes were better during a recent hospital stay. My boyfriend sent back his steak. The seafood is really good, however the new deal on steak was too good to pass. We order two steak deals with shrimp and one with lobster- the steaks tasted like they were frozen. Mine was medium rare and the wife's was medium, both were tough and I wouldn't order from again. read more

Everything went great- 5 stars, food was awesome UNTIL I ordered a whisky- neat from our waiter--- The 1st time he came back to our table to tell me he forgot what I ordered- so I told him again. Waited about 10 minutes and he came back over to ask if everything was okay, I asked if he was going to bring me my drink? He says oh, he forgot (again) 3rd time he brought a glass but it was full of ice so I told him that I ordered it neat. So 4th time he comes back but the glass was really cold and very watered down like he had just SCOOPED the ice out! ...I hope I don't sound like an alcoholic right now but once you put ice in whisky, I don't think you can just de-ice it!!! read more

My mother an I were on our way back from shopping in Burbank and had a desire for seafood. Minutes later we were inside and promptly seated in a spot suitable for my mothers service dogs. Our waitress for the evening was a young lass named Jorden, she was quite prompt and asked if we were celebrating any occasion to which answer was negative. We started with the stuffed mushrooms and peach lemonades. Jorden was very attentive throughout our dining experience, and when my mother requested a refill on the peach lemonade Jorden segested she just have a normal lemonade so as to not acrew another charge. It is nice being made aware of the option before the charge is incurred. The meals were delishous and Jorden checked in several times without being a nuincence. Our experience with Jorden was very much worth a 20% gratuity. read more
