Everything went great- 5 stars, food was awesome UNTIL I ordered a whisky- neat from our waiter--- The 1st time he came back to our table to tell me he forgot what I ordered- so I told him again. Waited about 10 minutes and he came back over to ask if everything was okay, I asked if he was going to bring me my drink? He says oh, he forgot (again) 3rd time he brought a glass but it was full of ice so I told him that I ordered it neat. My mother an I were on our way back from shopping in Burbank and had a desire for seafood. Minutes later we were inside and promptly seated in a spot suitable for my mothers service dogs. Our waitress for the evening was a young lass named Jorden, she was quite prompt and asked if we were celebrating any occasion to which answer was negative. We started with the stuffed mushrooms and peach lemonades. Jorden was very attentive throughout our dining experience, and when my mother requested a refill on the peach lemonade Jorden segested she just have a normal lemonade so as to not acrew another charge. It is nice being made aware of the option before the charge is incurred. The meals were delishous and Jorden checked in several times without being a nuincence. Our experience with Jorden was very much worth a 20% gratuity. read more

Went there the other day for dinner and had some great food. I had the Blackened Salmon with the Cajun Shrimp and it was cooked perfectly and so were the Shrimp Platters that my company had. But the best part of the dinner was our server Ruthee. She was on top of it, informative, nice, funny and did an outstanding job all around. I loved this place. Great for seafood lovers with reasonable prices. 30 mins waiting for a table for a Father's Day weekend was ok. The restaurant had small rooms with 4-5 tables. It felt homey and quiet. Waiters were nice and helpful. A LOT OF FOOD! I have my tomorrow night's dinner because I ordered a 3 course meal with appetizer, salad, and the main dish after the garlic scone, which was hot right out of the oven. I like their Salmon dinner and it's reasonably priced for that type of a restaurant, but the seating has gotten limited now that they made a few large booths for bigger groups. I took my wife here for our 20th anniversary, as we've been going to Red Lobsters for special occasions since the 90's. Fifteen minutes after being seated, it was evident that no one was going to come to our table. Two parties that arrived ten minutes after us were already being served drinks and appetizers. When I got the hostesses attention, it still took quite some time before our actual server came to the table. A manager came with our drink orders and didn't even seem apologetic. She just kind of gave us our drinks and three biscuits and said our server would follow soon. The drinks ran dry. The biscuits ran out. Once we ordered, the order was wrong, and I didn't even get the proper utensils and butter sauce to eat my crab legs until 52 minutes after we were seated. I've been to many Red Lobsters in many cities, and although this is the closest one to our new home, I will never bring my wife here again. By far the worst Red Lobster experience we've ever had. read more

The seafood here is not as good as other places but last night I was craving seafood. The cheddar biscuits were great. I had the snow crab legs with main lobster and rock lobster with Cajun Chicken Linguini and broccoli. I know it sounds like a lot but I was craving and hungry. The lobster was a tad bit rubbery but the rest of the food was on par. My craving has been satisfied for now. I would visit this location again. read more

Tonight's visit was wonderful. The Waiter, Anthony was excellent. Took great care of us and made sure our dessert plates were extra special. When we asked for the manager to share with him how impressed we were, he came over and spent about 10 minutes with us talking about the importance of customer service. The food was great and served at the right temperature, beverages glasses were kept full, plates cleared appropriately and when we asked about something new on the menu, the Manager: Jose, went in the back and whipped us up some, even though it wasn't on the dinner menu. Just got home from an amazing dinner and our server was STACEY! I hope I'm spelling her name right. Anyways, she was honestly the hands down best waitress I've ever had . She was so sweet and caring and made sure we had everything we needed. Living in southern California and Valencia specifically, we don't really have that many kind customer service people so I was really pleasantly surprised by her service. I know this place is just a chain and blah, blah, blah, but this particular restaurant never disappoints me. And to me, that says something. I usually order off their fresh fish / fish of the day menu (salmon, trout, etc.) and I usually get it blackened or wood-fire grilled. The fish is always cooked and seasoned properly, tastes fresh and not fishy, and comes with a chilled salad, potato, and fresh vegetable. Of course, this is after you've been served a warm basket of cheddar bay biscuits. I always leave feeling full, satisfied, and glad to have such a place so close to home. read more

We had the worst experience at your Valencia location last, after waiting 35 minutes for our food it came out cold and everything from the pasta to the mashed potatoes where drenched in some kind of butter. This is the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. From the hostess to the wait staff, everyone was so friendly. Our food was delicious and we were checked on the perfect amount of times. My daughter wanted to see a lobster up close and they were more than accommodating. After a long day of driving it was nice to feel great walking out of a restaurant, not only because of the food. I still feel sick from eating here yesterday. The salad had bad lettuce pieces, I was hungry so I picked it out. Then the meal came, the shrimp and baked potato were good but the green beans were soaked in butter. I took a bite but it was inedible. I have been coming to this restaurant with my family for numerous years and have never had an issue with overall service or the quality of the food. However, there seemed to be an issue with the hostess named Janelle. After politely asking Janelle if our party of eight could move to a larger table with booths ( due to my grandparents sensitive backs), Janelle gave our group attitude. She decided to slam down the plates on the table and moved the tables very aggressively to the point where other coworkers had noticed her behavior. She kept shaking her head and mumbling under her breath right in front of us. Also, she needs to be aware of her surroundings especially if she is going to talk poorly about our group to another coworker within our range of hearing. For being a hostess, she doesn't know how to welcome her guest and needs to work on her customer service. Other than this incident, our waitress named Anna was very efficient and polite. She apologized for Janelle's service and even had the manager come out to speak to us about the "hostess" service. Overall, this Red Lobster is very well kept and the quality of food is very fresh and flavorful. I will more than likely be continuing to come to this restaurant in the future, but hopefully Janelle gets an attitude adjustment. read more
