We love coming here. One trip is plenty of food for us and can even have enough to take home leftovers. They have great service and are not very busy. Parking lot has plenty of parking in the strip mall. They have a decent variety of meat and vegetables. I love that they put the noodles on after you are done filling up your bowl with stuff. They also do the sauce as well if you want or you can tell them what to use. The place is quiet and they used to have a TV on but this time it was just music. I wish they were busier as I don't want them to go out of business as they are great food and reasonably priced. We will definitely keep returning.

I been lookin for a spot that would replace the Ghengis Khan's that's shutting down in Westminster mall RIP This spot's very tasty and fresher than your average chain. You can pack whatever ingredients as high as you can as long as it doesn't fall out your bowl for ~$18. If you're a real hungry hungry hippo they're AYCE is a $25 which is a PEAK deal lmfao Vibe and service of the restaurant is simple and straightforward. Looks like any other self service restaurant My only single critique is the couples flies buzzin around. It happens I get it but let's be extra careful especially since my food is basically out in the open before it gets cooked. Maybe a fly catcher or a sign that says keep door closed. Besides that, awesome spot

It's called Red Peak because they are peak, okay, I shouldn't be allowed to make jokes. This is probably the gold standard in the area when it comes to Mongolian BBQ, even if they lack many of the qualities you may come to expect from the cuisine like lamb or pocket bread or even rice. That doesn't mean there isn't plenty to still enjoy though, and they just make a delicious dish with solid ingredients. They have AYCE options or single bowl, so if you can stick around you don't have to stuff a bowl, but they also have flat meat so it's not all rolls that take up air space, so a single bowl is more than sufficiently usually. The prices have admittedly continue to increase, but I can't say it's particularly egregious compared to the market price. The sauce flavor profile is a bit sour, but that could be a me problem because I keep on mixing everything. I think I can have a more discernible palate to make the perfect dish. They use classic egg noodles which is honestly all I'm looking for and had the same nostalgic flavor as the mall variants. TIP: Use flat meat to stack better.

Our family really likes a decent Mongolian Grill type of restaurant, especially when its offers a one price AYCE option versus using a scale to weigh out your bowl of ingredients including the noodles. We stopped by here on a recent Saturday afternoon around 1600 hours (4 PM), since they close daily at 1900 hours (7 PM). We were all pretty hungry so, we all decided to go with the AYCE option for $22.99 for three adults, plus three soft drinks @$2.50 each ($7.50). Our hostess at the register was very friendly and helpful, explaining their AYCE procedures. Pre-Tip Total: $76.47 + $6.66 Tax = $83.13 When we walked in, half the tables were occupied already, and every cooked plate looked delicious. The tables and floor were clean, as well as the buffet areas where all the ingredients for the diners to choose from, were kept. The meat selection was pretty basic, beef, pork chicken, meatballs (tasted just like Costco's frozen meatballs) but plentiful. There were many veggie options to choose from, not a great variety, but enough basics to make a decent plate of food, once cooked. There are several seasoning sauces to choose from to add from chili oil, sesame oil, ginger oil, garlic oil, soy sauce. Cilantro and other accompaniments as well. The you can choose the sauce that is added to your bowl: BBQ, Teriyaki or Kung Bao. The noodles offered were Yakisoba, Rice Vermicelli, and Egg Noodles (Orange Colored Chow Mein Noodles). Staff will add your noodles to your bowl, once you choose what you want. It was also amusing to watch the pros who must dine here frequently. One of the rules is no smashing your chosen ingredients in the bowl, so you can add more ingredients. Some of the creative ways to fill those bowls like mountains without spilling over, amazed all three of us. I have to admit, I had a little sticker shock, when I saw my bill total was close to $95, which included the tip. But for an AYCE eat Mongolian Grill, we will stop by here whenever we get that craving.

First time at red Peak Mongolian Grill. It was super clean inside and organized. The staff was helpful and friendly. It's located in a strip mall and parking was plentiful. They had chicken, beef, pork, meatballs and crab for meats. I liked the large variety of veggies they offered. I tried the BBQ sauce along with the other sauce options and had the vermicelli noodles. Very tasty. I will be back, but next time no noodles, with the veggies and the combination of sauces it's delicious! I got the all you can eat option. My second plate was chicken, celery, cabbage, white onion, and green onions - plus all the delicious sauces. This time I tried the teriyaki. Delicious!

Nice employees, great one bowl deal, tasty, delicious selections! I underestimated the one bowl deal when I was filling it up with my meats and veggies, but after they cooked it all with the yakisoba noodles and sauces I chose, the plate came out hot and full! I could not finish it, so I got a to-go box. There was constant foot traffic while I was eating there for dinner. Plenty of tables inside. They are quick-- you fill your bowl, hand it to them, and they cook it right there. Come here for a tasty and filling meal!

I feel like a yelper that's been living under rocks. Can't believe I never heard of this place…read moreuntil I recently saw my fellow yelper Van D's review. This is western BBQ with an Asian flair. I think the flavor is better and slightly less heavy than a traditional American BBQ. Everything was so packed with flavor, can't really pick a favorite among so many great proteins. Smoked Brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender with a nice smokey taste. Green Curry Sausage was definitely unique with a really nice Thai infused flavors. Was slightly spicy with strong green curry and lemongrass flavors. Canton Bowl, which comes with smoked pork belly char siu, siu yuk (pork belly with super crispy skin), and coconut rice, was excellent as well. The siu yuk was really good with super crispy/crunchy skin. House-made BBQ sauces were quite good. I really like the gochujang bbq sauce. It has decent amount of heat with a sweet & spicy taste. The regular house BBQ sauce has a tangy, sweet taste with a very subtle heat. It's located at Cottage Industries. Not exactly sure what to call it. It's somewhat like a small community of restaurants and shops with a garden and a play area for kids. Parking is very limited so will most likely need to park on the streets along residential area. Service is minimal. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer to let you know when the food is ready. Seating is only available outside in the covered patio area but you can also pick any of the community tables and chairs within Cottage Industries.

I've heard about their Asian and Texas-style BBQ fusion, so we were excited to finally give them a try. Walking in, the place immediately reminded me of some of the BBQ joints I've been to in the South. It has that casual BBQ patio vibe where the focus is really on the meats and sides. We ordered the 4 Meats + 4 Sides so we could sample a little bit of everything. For our meats, we got 1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 rack of pork ribs, 1/2 lb pork belly (siu yuk), and 1/2 lb char siu. I also added a sausage because I wanted to give that a try. Our favorites were definitely the brisket and sausage. The brisket had good flavor and was the standout meat for us. The sausage was also really good and something I would order again. The siu yuk had a really nice crunch from the crackling skin, but unfortunately the meat itself lacked flavor. The pork ribs were well seasoned, but ours were pretty dry and didn't have much meat on the bones. The char siu was interesting because it's definitely different from the traditional Chinese BBQ char siu you would get from a place like Sam Woo. I can appreciate their take on it, but it wasn't one of our favorites. For our four sides, we chose the tallow fries, shells and cheese, spicy cucumber, and cornbread. Honestly, the sides were all a hit. We enjoyed every one of them and would order all four again. The sides might have actually been the most consistent part of our meal. Service was good. The staff were helpful, friendly, and made the experience easy. The ambiance has that casual BBQ joint and patio feel, which fits the food perfectly. Parking is probably something to keep in mind. They have a small parking lot along with street parking nearby. We came on a Friday for lunch, but I can easily see parking becoming challenging on weekends when they're busy. Overall, Smoke Queen BBQ was an interesting experience. It wasn't the best BBQ my family and I have had, but it definitely wasn't the worst either. What makes this place stand out is the unique combination of Asian flavors with Texas-style BBQ. I'm glad we gave it a try, but for my family and me, this is probably a one-and-done spot.

We had two grills for our group, which was plenty of space, and the table came loaded with a variety of banchan. We ended up getting the Premium AYCE menu C. I really liked that the meat portions were a little smaller than what you normally get at kbbq spots because it made it easier to try more of the different options. My favorite was the marinated rib finger super flavorful, just make sure not to overcook it. Ordering was really convenient since there's a tablet attached to the table where you can order more meat or side dishes whenever you want. Everything came out pretty quickly after ordering. You do have to ask a server when you want to refill your banchan, but there were plenty of servers around so it was easy to get someone's attention for more sides or sauce. The restaurant is a little on the smaller side and the tables are fairly close together, but it didn't really take away from the experience. The service was fast and efficient, and overall I really enjoyed the meal. I'd definitely come back and try a different ayce menu for different meat options!
