We've been going to Lien Hoa for all of my life. It is that classic place that is just good and stands the test of time. They have excellent Chinese style BBQ meats. Our favorite are the cha sui BBQ pork, crispy skin roast pork and roast duck. Their chicken, intestine, and chicken feet are also family favorites. Everything is good there. Their meats are fresh tasting, moist and flavorful. It's delicious to put on rice, in a baguette sandwich, on noodles or with salad. Casual. Good service. Please come and create your own adventure.

The service is quick grab and go. They do accept card here. The chim cut was good, a little dry on certain parts but the price here is solid and the seasoning is perfect to my own liking

This location is always busy and they accept cash only. I like their roasted duck, peking duck or salted chicken and crispy pork . Especially roasted duck was so delicious. Crispy boneless pork are always perfectly cooked. They marinate with delicious spices, very tasty . I have supported them for many years. The only thing is that parking is difficult, which makes me lazy to come sometimes, especially on holidays.

Trust me, these ducks... they're real... and they're fire

Service is fast and straight-to-the-point, the prices are still reasonable, and you know it's the real deal when the line never really stops. The operation feels like controlled chaos in the best way...

My dad wanted some peiking duck and roast pork, so we stopped by to get some to go. We ended up impulsively buying other stuff too (chili oil pig ears, pork feet, and marinated duck wings). They did a good job marinating and roasting the meats. Everything was flavorful and reasonably priced (compared to San Diego). The staff were quick and friendly. I would recommend this place and come here again.

This is the place to order roasted duck and pork to go. There's no table service, no place to eat. It's just food to go. You can even get a pig head roasted to go.

Bad and unethical services. Mixing low price roast pig part when paying for a higher-price roasted part.

Yes they do for Thanks giving. However, I wouldn't recommend the dry rub style they use. The regular duck is better. Turkey is too lean

I grew up coming…read morehere for family weddings and weekend dim sum, and it's still one of my favorite places to satisfy that craving. The restaurant has definitely evolved over the years. It feels like a younger team is running things now, making the service more efficient, while you'll still recognize some of the longtime employees that have been here for years. It's nice to see the tradition continue without losing what made this place special. Parking can be hectic since it's in a busy plaza, so I highly recommend arriving before 9:30 AM on weekends. The restaurant fills up fast, and the energy is always lively. Seating can be a little close for comfort at times, and you may end up dining right next to another party, but that's all part of the classic dim sum experience. The dining room is spacious and can easily accommodate parties of any size--from a table for one to large family gatherings of 20+. One change I noticed is there are fewer dim sum carts roaming around now. Instead, you can order most items directly from your server, which honestly makes it easier to get exactly what you're craving. The beverage cart still comes around with fresh fruit drinks, coffee, tea, and yes... even beer at 9 in the morning if that's your thing! If you want both dim sum and their lunch menu, plan to arrive around 10:30 AM. Lunch isn't served until 11:00 when the kitchen shifts over, so you can enjoy both in one visit. Our table was filled with all the classics. Such as har gow, siu mai, rice porridge with Chinese donut, and plenty more (definitely ordered more than we could finish). Don't forget to order the almond drink with the puff pastry as soon as you sit down because it takes about 30 minutes to prepare and is absolutely worth the wait. We also tried their newer weekend special, the fried tofu skin with shrimp, which my husband really enjoyed. One last tip: don't forget to check in on Yelp to save on wait time! Great service, authentic dim sum, and flavors that have stayed consistent for years. Seafood Cove 2 never disappoints and will always be my go-to spot whenever I'm craving dim sum.

We had ordered shrimp dumpling and that was good. The only thing I didn't like the steam ribs was very chewy and fatty and also the pork dumpling was definitely has some fat in it that I didn't like versus some place didnt have any fat in them. Service here the girl at the register was rude and ask with an attitude. I mean I can hear clear and loud, asking question in a loud tone of voices. I'm not deaf.. shouldn't be talking like that either way to anyone. But she didn't do just me she talk to everyone like that when they bring the check to her so she can ring up the total bill. Absolutely rude. Ambience it's big and it's upstairs they have stairs and escalator to go up to the restaurant.

The beef with the scallion pancakes was sooo tender. The cucumber salad was extra refreshing with the perfect balance of savory and tangy. You also can't ever go wrong with spicy wontons, pan fried buns, popcorn chickens, or braised green beans. Yum! Huge bonus: the restaurant is directly connected to Ben Gong's Tea. Mine and my bf's go to are the dry fried green beans, mapo tofu, Chong Qing Spicy Chicken, and Yang Chow fried rice. These are more than enough for two people and we always have leftovers to take home. The mapo tofu pairs soooo well with the fried rice and my bf loves the chicken. Green beans are flavorful and crispy as well! Hot and sour soup is HUGE. They aren't consistent in making this because some days it's the perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavor, but other times its tooooo sour. The restaurant is very spacious. I love that you can just order via QR (on your phone).

This helped us get a table much faster than we would have than if we had just shown up and waited. We ordered the large family meal, and there were 12 of us. We also ordered the Newport Lobster, fish fillet with black bean sauce, and an extra shrimp fried rice. Overall, I think the food was good, and the prices are reasonable (except the lobster, which was pricey, as you might expect from anything listed as "market price"). Most of us in the group thought the fish fillet with black bean sauce was the best. I thought it was very good, but not necessarily fantastic. (There are other Chinese restaurants that do it a little better.) The sauce was very good, but the fish wasn't quite as tender as it can be. Definitely a solid 4 stars. Other dishes were good. I think the scallop soup could have been great for some people, but my wife and I both hate cilantro, and there was a ton of cilantro. The pork was also good, and my friends thought the clams were also really good. I found the fried rice a bit bland. And for both the lobster and the crab, they could have made them a little easier to eat by cracking the shells a bit more for us. I hate fighting with my food ... And there was a fair amount of fighting on these 2 dishes. The lobster cost almost much as all the other dishes combined. It certainly looked amazing. And the sauce was very good. But I found most of it a bit overcooked. Maybe it was our fault for asking for a big one. Maybe a smaller lobster might have been cooked a little less. The great sauce (along with the fighting with the shell) might have covered up the fact that the meat was actually a bit tough and rubbery. I don't think I'd order this again. The service was very friendly and pretty fast. And, again, other than the lobster, the pieces were pretty reasonable.

Our family joked around and would say let's go to the travel agency restaurant when we had a craving for Chinese/Vietnamese type of food. I recall the food back then was extra tasty and memorable, leaving me wanting to return again and again. However, my recent lunch outing with my girlfriends changed my mind. Our servers were attentive and friendly. I think it helped that my friend was a familiar customer. We came on a Monday afternoon around 11:30 and It was early enough where parking was still available. We ordered the classic dishes, including salt and pepper fried pork chopsand salt and pepper fried shrimp, but the taste this time around left a lot to be desired. These two dishes lacked the crunchiness and flavors that these fried entrees are supposed to showcase. We found the pork chops to be dry and tough, as if it was prepared a while ago and sitting out for some time before it made its way to our table. The shrimp was not impressive either. At least the shaking beef or bo luc lac was good. The beef chunks were tender, and the flavors were on point. Bonus points for the broth that is complimentary during lunch. Also the complimentary orange slices were a nice touch to end our meal. We'd still return for the lobster and noodle when the occasion comes up.
