He also said they were going through a POS change, so some online order services hadn't gone through yet. He was a bit dismissive and unhelpful, and he was dealing with a phone call that he prioritized. After I went through how I ordered the pizza multiple times with him (I ordered through Red Runner's own website), he finally looked at a screen on his desk and said, "Oh there it is!" They just then started making my order, so I went elsewhere for a bit and came back. The guy had apologized and assured me he'd give me 50% off. I checked the transaction a few days later, and there was no discount applied. The pizza is mediocre, especially for the price. I ordered from here through Yelp. The restaurant uses Grubhub, but their own drivers. Not Grubhub drivers. I got a medium pizza, a small pizza, and cheese bread. I ordered around 7:50PM. Yelp initially stated that delivery would be 35 minutes. The estimated time range was 9:04PM-9:24PM. We waited over an hour and a half. I called Grubhub twice. Once at 9:08PM, where the support representative spent 6 minutes calling/talking to the restaurant. Another at 9:33PM, ready to get a refund. This representative told me that the delivery should be made within 5 minutes or to call back. I agreed and waited. We finally got our food around 9:45PM. The food wasn't that good. I got the chicken tikka pizza. The chicken was dry and overly spicy with no other flavor. The dough was different, not quite pan focaccia style or regular crust. The crust was thick. I had been a customer for a couple years who was constantly using this place 1 to 3 times a week to feed employees and neighbors kids. A couple months ago during a busy day they delivered my food really late as well as COLD. I called to let the guy working know what happened and to please send me out another order. What I got was nothing but arguments about how they must not be able to get me a pizza hot enough to make me happy and if I wanted a replacement I'd have to come get it. I had already paid for delivery and tipped the delivery guy. Long story short my arguing about sending me a pizza got me reminded(by the man on the phone) that I was arguing with the SAME PERSON WHO MAKES FOOD I EAT. I took that as a bit of a somewhat scary warning and figured maybe I didn't want that pizza. Later a few months went by and my wife told me whenever she picked up pizza there was much more friendly new female staff. Seemed as if the threatening guys weren't there. We recently tried ordering delivery however and was informed my address had been added to a do not deliver list they have. I never got a REFUND.... my order was NEVER FIXED. Real issues with customer service make it hard to bypass the already ROUGH AREA and people standing around outfront selling drugs and or begging for food and change. Upon our arrival, we saw an individual promoting his hip hop show and pushing his cd's in the front, a couple of people waiting for their pie to come out, and a fully functioning and operational Ms. Pac-Man machine! Their motto is "We Pile It On" and although a Hawaiian Pizza is not where you pile much of anything on it. They still managed to pile pineapple on that bad boy. The flavor was definitely there. The cheese was soft and not chewy, and the same could be said about the dough. The Ham had a soft texture on the inside and a crispy outer fringe. The sweet pineapple juice contributed to the hams natural sweetness delivering a John McClane punch to the face of flavor. If you are out in the area, you owe it to yourself to try it out! read more

This was a surprise. Locally owned in what seems to be a economically challenged part of town, this pizza is outstanding. They have halal options if that's your thing and the chicken tikka pizza is the bomb. Nothing wrong with the standard combo/pepperoni options and the value for the area is very good. The service was decent and the seating area while small was clean and bright Mind what i said about the neighborhood. It's not dangerous necessarily but it is terribly poor. I do note that all the small businesses have bars and some have security guards. I don't think that's all for show. If you show up in a new fancy car dressed in slacks you are going to stick out in a big way. I found this pizza spot on accident one day while hanging out with daughter. Decided to try it out for a couple slices of pie. Once I saw the menu and noticed they also made Gyros.......I decided to give it a shot. Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised! My Gyro was hella good! The meat was tender/ flavorful and crisp lettuce/ tomatoes/ onions filled it up. The fresh tzatziki sauce sets the whole sandwich off! Boom! I love gyros from this lil pizza spot!
