Where do I even begin? I've ordered the halal chicken tikka pizza and cheesy bread with halal "bacon" (which is just halal beef pepperoni cut up into little pieces). The chicken tikka pizza was absolutely delicious. It had a nice cheese pull on the bite and the ingredients tasted fresh. The dough was nice and soft with a great buttery goodness. The cheesy bread was amazing as well. It was loaded with cheese and was a great side to compliment the pizza. They use the same dough and cheese for the sticks so your getting the same quality from the pizza. Overall your getting a great bang for your buck, and I highly recommend this spot! read more

***DISCLAIMER*** I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, I typically only review places that go so above and beyond that I feel obligated to leave a 5 star, but when I order food and no one shows up to attempt a delivery I don't really have much of a choice. Ordered a pizza only to have my order cancelled 50 minutes later. Called in and spoke with an employee who claimed that the owner of the place had arrived at my house and called me several times before canceling my order. There are multiple people in my house and there isn't any loud music or TV or anything yet not a single one of us heard a knock at the door. I never received a single call to my provided phone, so I am completely confident that the owner couldn't find my house (which is on a little one way street) gave up and decided to just drive straight home and eat the pizza since it was 30 minutes to closing time anyways. The icing on the cake is that I was told the owner would give me a call within 5 minutes (on the correct number), I waited 30 and have yet to receive a call before posting this review. read more

I just want to say this place has lost a returning customer. After being patient with slow delivery service. Seeing how this place only will deliver when they feel like it has made me change my pizza options. I put in a order and suddenly I get a phone call telling me my order was cancelled due to distance. That is odd. Cause this place delivered to my street before. Then I realized. They will only make an effort if you pay with credit/debit/paypal. If you plan on paying with cash they will question if your delivery is even worth the drive.As I stated before I was not even that far and when I said I was paying with cash within 5 minutes I get a phone call saying they wont deliver. My family and I ordered ahead and dined in. So grateful for their full halal menu (you must request it when ordering however, they have both halal and non-halal meats, so you must specify. We ordered the meat lovers and the BBQ chicken. Both pizzas were delicious and a very good size and price. We will definitely be ordering from here again!! I've ordered two large pizza's from them for my students last year and they killed it! I called our order in and did carry out since I wasn't sure if it would get delivered on time. I've also ordered a personal sized pizza, which was really cheap for the size that I got. They do really well with putting fresh ingredients on the pizza! I ordered a chicken garlic pizza and man, it was flavorful! The crust was also delicious! It had crispy edges with a softness inside. I ordered the pizza with a canned soda and my total came out to 7 bucks! I thought it was going to cost a lot more because I ordered a specialty pizza but it was only 50 cents more than a standard pizza. I ordered my pizza via the yelp app, which I think connects to a third party website that let's you order online. I was able to pay on the app and schedule my pick up. When I arrived, my pizza was ready and I was good to go! Keep in mind it's probably best to have your pizza delivered or picked up because there's barely any seating inside. read more

Based on the reviews I decided to check Red Runner out, big mistake! Maybe I came on a bad day but the 2 pizzas I order were not worth the $30.00 I spent. The crust was so inconsistent parts of the went from being thick to paper thin, the pizza was cut awkwardly and they were very skimpy on the toppings and burnt on some areas. Don't think I ordering from them anytime soon. The only tasty part of the pizza was the garlic sauce, that's what the stars are for. Staff wasn't very friendly either. read more

These guys changed ownership not too long ago, what a mess. The quality did a serious nose-dive. In fact, we stopped ordering from them because of this. The original owner apparently got the place back, and the real Red Runner Pizza is now back (thank God!) We order pizza from them at our office probably 3 or 4 times per month, and have never been let down. The pizza is always good, and priced VERY reasonably. It's always hot when it arrives, too. Rarely are there leftovers...we stuff ourselves into a drunken state. The one minor complaint is their parmesan cheese. It stinks. Badly. Seriously...take a whiff of it....smells like butt, no? I love good pizza. This place was definitely not the place to go for a good Pizza. The people were really rude, and the inside of the restaurant smelled of mildew. The floor was dirty. The whole location is just bad.... When I received my pizza there was no thank you. Keep in mind that i did not cause a hassle or say anything rude/ mean. The service needs to be improved. I do give it one star because this place is just destined to be bad. The neighborhood is not that bad, but the people ruin the atmosphere. There are crowds out each door. Purchased a large single topping pizza with linguica for about eleven. The dough was extremely light, fluffy and delicious. I am curious if they do Brooklyn style thinner pizzas? That's my go-to (I fold my pizza). The cheese was tender. The red tomato sauce was delicious. The size of the large was probably more than enough for three men. I was so impressed by the linguica option, but I have to admit I was slightly underwhelmed when I saw the linguica sausage not cut into typical sausage medallions... but shaved into slices like pepperoni. If the medallions were only a few centimeters thicker, I would go no other place for pizza. Update: I went there again and got the chicken and garlic pizza. It's damn excellent. read more

My boy and I drove from SoCal to Sacramento to visit UC Davis. Long drive, two hungry guys, Holiday Inn Express. Piping hot pizza and wings delivered in 25 minutes. We both agreed that it was very good pizza. Eight wings and an XL pizza (1/2 cheese/bacon and 1/2 pepperoni/sausage) for about 25 bucks. Not too shabby. Unfortunately, the chicken was extremely soggy and salty. it took an hour and 10 minutes for the food to get delivered to me. My brother and I stopped off here twice when we were in Sacramento for a job interview he had. This places makes one delicious pizza!! Ordered carry out on a Friday night. Not that busy, no one in front of me, 2 orders came after me. Establishment: Small restaurant, but had 2 tables for dine in that can seat 4 each. Had a TV that was showing either local channel or ESPN because I remembered football was showing. The neighborhood seems a little bit rough, but so far it was nice. Food: Ordered 2 medium pizzas. One was chicken tikka, and other just a combo. Both tasted great, fresh ingredients, dough freshly made, crust cooked well, toppings were generous. Service: Professional and friendly service. All the workers seem pretty chill. Overall: Actually came back the next day to try their pizzas by the slice, but they only had pepperoni. However a customer after me also wanted slices, but they were able to get a combo but had to wait for the pizza to cook.
