The steaks are super good and the service is amazing. They play music and have a great view of the canyon. The inside is very cozy, and has the best Christmas decorations. What a wonderful dining experience that we had here. They have only been open for a short time but we we treated like royalty. We had Korean bbq wings and Bre Jetta for appitiezers. Then we had the wedge salad and some of us had four cheese Mac and cheese and carne asada Mac and cheese. Both were amazing. We were traveling but I will come back to this place. We just ate at RedHawk for the first time and it was fabulous! Rocky, our waiter, was excellent! We came in shortly before they were closing on a Sunday afternoon and Rocky never made us feel rushed. He helped us with our selection making several trips to the kitchen to make sure we had everything we wanted. The food was terrific, too, and the view is breathtaking. We saw several hawks soaring over the gorge as we ate. It was spectacular! Redhawk is more than a wonderful dining experience. It's a memory you'll take with you. Not many restaurants offer that. A last minute trip to Twin Falls put us in town about 8pm. Fortunately we made a dinner reservation on Open Table, so we were able to walk right in and have a seat on their patio. What an amazing view. The food was just as amazing, the NY Steak and Cod, some dinner salads, peach cobbler and table bread were all great. The waiter, Rocky, was super, talked to us about things to see since this was our first time in Twin Falls. We've been on the road for a week and a half and headed back home, what a welcome surprise to one of our unplanned days. The beer choices is what got us in the door, the View was what kept us there!! The appetizers were amazing. Honey got the baked pretzels with 3 dip choices. And I got the BBQ'd oysters. They were yummy! As the sun went down it changed the colors on the horizon each minute that passed the view got prettier and prettier. We also ordered dinner steak and lobster tail. The tail was a 1/2 of tail and when I asked to see the manager she came straight over, she explained that the menus stated it was a 4 oz. Lobster tail. She did refund 1/2 the dish. I had to put on real pants on a Saturday night to go out and look presentable. Thank goodness we picked redhawk, it made the effort worth it! This was our first time in and it was great. I can't for the life of me remember our waiters name, I want to say Dakota. He was fabulous, by far the best waiter I have had in Twin Falls. We had a steak and a Cuban sandwich, bit were so good we will be eating left overs for lunch. The view was beautiful and we did t have to talk loudly to hear each other. Came in for 4th of July lunch. Wow server was super welcoming and made great suggestions. I had a salad which was delicious but the show stopper was my cocktail. We came here for lunch. Called last min for a party of 6 and not only were they able to accommodate us. We had a beautiful view on the patio. Rocky was our waiter and was great! He gave us drink and food suggestions and hit the mark on both. Some in our group had pizza and devoured them. The raviolis were excellent. The ahi tuna salad was awesome. The absolute best experience I have ever had! We were passing through town on vacation and I am so happy that we decided to stop here! From the cocktails, to the appetizer, to our main entrees everything was to die for! Our waitress, Payton, recommended the baked cheese and we couldn't have been happier! We had the salmon special as well as the NY strip and they were both amazing!! We ended the night with a peach crumble and it all was perfect! Payton was an excellent and outgoing server who made our night so enjoyable! We wish we lived close by so we could come here more often. The building & decor are really cool - new & clean with art that reflects the local landscape & landmarks. It's very nice but also casual and welcoming to everyone. My family came over to have a meal - we were seated promptly and had our drink orders taken. We got our drinks very quickly as well however after that, our server did not came back to get our orders. 35 minutes has passed and our server did not came back to get our orders as other customers came in and sat at the bar, our server, who was also tending to the bar, got their drinks made. We we're looking forward to dining here for the first time & wish ours was one of the great reviews, but turned out to be a spoiled evening for all 4 of us. First round of drinks came fairly timely, put our meal order in, then waited, waited . . . Waiter finally came by & asked if we saved room for dessert! What? We prefer to have our salad & entree first! Oh, he'd check on our dinners. Meantime asked for another drink round for part of the table - that took quite a while & still no response on our dinner, had to ask again. We're going on an hour here now. When 3 of the 4 entrees finally arrived (no salad ever came), they were not as ordered & the missing dinner was oops served to someone else! Paid for our drinks (which weren't even finished due to the slow service) & we went elsewhere, received quick service & delicious meals right before their closing. By the way, we had reservations at Redhawk, which they said was a busy night - restaurant wasn't even 1/3 full inside & out. We could see the wait staff was not running around like crazy being too busy either (as we understand short staffing). We we're also promised twice that the manager would come see us. Never happened. The food itself was good but the preparation inadequate. I ordrered the beef filet; the beef was very tough and chewy, the beans undercooked and fibrous and the butter for the baked potato rock-hard. I don't come to the Magic Valley often, today I was very impressed with this new establishment. The management and servers were quick, friendly, and on point. Today was my grandmothers 92th birthday the management went out of their way to assure her favorite (eggs Benedict) was on the menu and she was beyond taken care of.
