Our favorite taco spot in Nashville! Always a line out the door for good reason- they have several homemade Crunchwrap supremes, Dr. Pepper hot sauce, and the queso is unreal.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville. You have to order the Breakfast Burrito or the Crunchwrap! Everything is so good, and the tortillas are fresh. Food takes awhile to get because the tortillas are homemade, but it's well worth it!! The staff is always friendly, and the vibes in there are wonderful! Very quirky and funky. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for a bite in Nashville.

Great neighborhood spot for a quick and easy bite with friends in town. Come for breakfast tacos in the morning or night-or a savory one in the morning. Whatever you like. Their tortillas are handmade which makes it very different from street tacos. My favorite is the Dr. Pepper sauce-add that to the brisket taco and it's a match made in heaven. Two tacos can get you ready for the day. Also, don't knock on the burger and tots until you try it out for being a taco place. To satisfy your cravings and not worry about calories-dip the green chile crusted cheeseburger in their homemade queso dip! No judgement-just happy belly vibes!

Went to this place based on a friend's rec not knowing they got a Michelin Bib Gourmand! Menu is limited, which is not a problem because you will not make a mistake with any of them! I got the X-Mas Style crunchwrap and I'm glad I did. The wrap was grilled to perfection and the filling was well balanced. We'll be back for sure!

This was my first time coming and I'll definitely be back! There is a small parking lot, so you'll probably end up street parking. I went earlier on a Sunday morning and was able to find street parking easily, but I am assuming parking might be a little harder to find during busier hours. We got there when the line was short but it only got busier! The service was pretty good and staff was friendly. The coffee was good and worth mentioning, I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. The breakfast tacos were buss. I tried the #2, #7, and #9. They were all amazing. The chorizo was very good in the #2. The tots were perfectly crispy and nothing was too soggy! The vibes in the restaurant were chill and hip. Overall I definitely recommend this place and will be back hopefully soon to try the burgers!

First time eating here. Line was short when we arrived but still took awhile to get to the front and order. After ordering it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Not sure if that is unusual here or not. It did not seem super busy. The food made up for the wait! One of the best burgers I've had- smash burger style, with perfectly crispy edges. Not so loaded up on extras that you don't know what you're eating. Delicious! We also got the crunch wrap which is also very good. I would have liked more crunch, though. The inside was gooey so that took over more than the crunch. It was still very enjoyable and I'd order it again!

Came here on a Tuesday nigh with friends. We waited in line outside while we waited to order. Despite the line wrapping around, I was grateful to see that it was a very short line inside. Nevertheless, it still took a while for us to order as the cashier was also the bartender. When my friends who were ahead of me ordered, each paid and then the cashier would make their drinks before taking care of the next customer. It seemed a bit inefficient to me, and meant that my friends who ordered first waited a while before I could join them since I was the last to order. When it was finally my turn, I had the prickly pear cocktail, No. 2 taco which had chorizo, scrambled eggs, sour cream and the X-Mas style crunch wrap which had pork green chile, red chile, Fritos, pico, queso, jack cheese, whipped feta, refried beans, and Dreamweaver sauce. I thought the food were well seasoned and that the Crunchwrap had the perfect crunch-to-soft ratio. The drink was also very good as it was well balanced and tasty. I also enjoyed getting to eat outside on their patio. Overall a good experience here, I just wish ordering had been more efficient.

Don't let the line out the door deter you. The food is worth every minute of the wait. I am a repeat offender and never gotten something I disliked. Today I tried the hamburger for the first time and wow! The soft bun, fresh toppings and unique combination of toppings really was good review worthy. The rest of the table had tacos and queso, can't go wrong. The patio is lovely on a warm day, and inside is so cute and eclectic. Add it to your east Nashville lunch spots!

Can't go wrong with Red Headed Stranger! Food is always hot and fresh! Came at the right time before the line picked up as well!

The first thing I will say is that the place is small so you do have to wait a lot. We came at 2pm and still had to wait in line outside, wait in line inside, and then wait a pretty long time for our food after we'd ordered. Just be prepared. However, the food here is SUPER affordable, the vibes are very laid back and artistic, and the staff is super chatty and sweet. Out of everything, I'd recommend going for the Crunchwraps. Unbelievable. The tacos are good too and I did love the tortillas because they're thick, doughy, and homemade. You literally see the cooks making them. But the tacos were less interesting. Here are my full thoughts: -Xmas Style Crunchwrap: 10/10 - So gooey and cheesy inside, with a lovely crispy layer of cheese on one side of the tortilla. The refried beans are creamy, and the whipped feta just adds a tanginess that takes everything to a whole new level. -Bacon egg and tater tot taco: 7/10 - Good, but didn't wow me. Nothing super special. I liked the texture of the egg with the tots but I felt like it needed more of a kick to it. -Brisket taco: 8/10 - SO flavorful. Literally every bite was a meaty flavor punch. My friend said she had some bites where the brisket was super chewy but I didn't have that problem. -Poblano and whipped feta taco (we added chicken): 7.5/10 - I LOVED the pairing of the feta and the poblano, but the fact that we had to add chicken to get protein was the downside. The side of chicken was hefty and moist, though.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Nashville. I hate repeat meals when I'm on vacation, but I can't help but come here multiple times, even on a short trip. The tortillas here are some of the best I've had and their salsas are so unique. The brisket taco is my favorite and I load it up with the curry salsa. I don't think they have anything bad on their menu, and you have to keep an eye out for what they have on special. They also have an AMAZING banana pudding. You'll see a line during lunch, but it's always worth the wait.

What a cool must visit place right outside Nashville! Such a cool vibe and delicious food! Service was friendly and helpful with questions. Menu is on the wall and order at the counter. I got the tatchos and Frito pie. The tats were crispy and loaded with beans, cheese, sour cream. The Frito pie was full of Fritos, layered with melted cheese and chili- so yummy! I loved that they make their own tortillas in house, so next time, definitely getting a taco.

The secret breakfast sandwich and bacon tot taco. Both delicious!

Already love this place but decided to try it for breakfast and I'm glad I did. Very good choice for breakfast on weekends, as well as lunch. Will be back!

My dog muffin loved this place and licking the meat juice off the bag.

It made conversation almost impossible, even though we chose seats outside. Im personally not a big fan of how they call your name to come get your order instead of having a number at your table; they yell into the microphone and it's also so loud. It also takes longer than I feel it should to put orders together. More than once in the past we wanted to try this place, the line was only a few people long, but when we got up there the cashier told us orders were running about 30 minutes behind. So we left and went elsewhere. No time to sit around waiting for them to catch up. If they would turn the bloody music down, stop yelling into the microphone and just bring the food to your table, and figure out their kitchen so it doesn't take so long to put tacos together, this would be a completely different (and better) experience. The tacos were good, but not good enough to put my ears and psyche through all that nonsense again.
