The food took a long time to arrive and our meals did not.come at the same time. A bit annoying to not me able to all eat at the same time. The food was okay, nothing spectacular. The beans served with my burger were on a ramiken that was made from a red tortilla. Interesting touch, the only issue is the beans were not very warm and likely sat in the tortilla ramiken too long, making the cup soggy. Not.very appetizing. We ordered lemonade and iced tea. Our server did not bring sweetener after bringing drinks, and I eventually had to find some on another table that was unoccupied.The interior of the building is.very creative and festive. Great weather meant we sat outside. Our waitress was quick and friendly. The meal was decent, but also a good value for the cost. Pretty large portion sizes and beers good value too. It was our first time here and we came for dinner. The place was large inside and had a nice outdoor patio with fireplace. The staff were very friendly when we arrived and were able to seat us right away. It wasn't overly crowded in our area, but by the time we left there were four other tables that seated. The food was delicious and came out fairly quick. While our server was nice, we didn't see her often other than to take our order, refilled water once, dropped off a dessert menu and gave us our bill. They could have been short staffed, but it seemed like it took forever to have our order taken after we sat down. Our salad plates weren't ever cleared until our meal was done so the table was crowded despite our server walking by twice, we didn't get side plates for our appetizer so we had to eat off that plate (we would have asked for them but no one was around). The food was delicious and we really liked it. Plenty of options on their menu. The decor was really cool too. Bathrooms were bright and clean. The rating here is an average of the two times we visited. Our first visit was for lunch, was amazing! We were lucky to have a wonderful server, who mentioned he was generally a bartender. He made some great recommendations and was very enjoyable to chitchat with. Martinis were spectacular, salads were fresh and just the way we wanted them, and it's kind of a cute and kitchsy atmosphere to enjoy. Second visit was for dinner, was not so great. Orders took over 30 minutes to come out, and when they did, they were not very good. We were told that a bunch of people in the kitchen had just called out that day and they were struggling . Our server was not great at relaying any kind of information and we did not have a wonderful visit. Our friends mentioned that this was definitely not the norm, and we should give them another chance. We may just do that next time in town, but definitely not for dinner. read more

I went ahead and ordered for she and I plus my daughter. Two simple sandwiches and a steak salad. It took nearly 1:45 hours to arrive, cold and not one item was really very good. Blech! I do not get the hype around this place. It was one of the worse meals I have ever had. I ordered the Bravo Avocado Burger. It was greasy and lacked any real flavor. I did like the French fries as they were nice and crisp but the meal was nowhere near the $17.99 price tag. My sister ordered the Roasted Steak Salad. When the food arrived, our other friend said it should come with strawberries which sounded nice so she got up to request them as we couldn't find our waitress. When the strawberries arrive it is basically the world's smallest cup holding about one strawberry, sliced. Ok, whatever. But then the bill comes and they charged us $2.00 for the world's tiniest cup of strawberries. When I complained to the waitress, she said, oh, yes, its part of the secret menu. Well, maybe make that clear up front! I said give me a break, that is ridiculous. But she didnt make any effort to apologize for the miscommunication or take the stupid $2 charge off. Good thing I was there with a few new friends or I probably would have argued that nonsense. There is nothing remarkable or unique about this place, the food or the decor. Definitely growing to become one of my favorite character restaurants to visit. I could almost feel dizzy trying to look at everything that makes up the decor. There's so much fun stuff to look at! The inside is very spacious and clean. They always provide great service as well. And the patio is so beautiful. It offers a great amount of shade and is perfect for outdoor seating as long as it's not too warm. Overall I was happy with the beef brisket sandwich, and fries. The sandwich comes with amazing shoe string fried onions. It came with a vinegar based bbq sauce, which I didn't care for much due to personal preference. I wasn't crazy about the coleslaw either. I thought it was lacking in flavor and was pretty thin like a cold soup. The ranch was good, but also thin. I've had many other excellent things here and can't wait to try others in the future. Started with some delicious jalapeño bombs, then our table had a salad, assembly club sandwich, and the side car sausage (that has a variety of 3 different sausages). Finally talked the Hubby into trying this place a year after I nibbled on my kids plates while they were visiting from Texas. Still love the decor. Music was great. Staff really nice. You could not cut the meat, it just shredded apart, and not in a good way. The slices are thick, but does you no good if you can't chew it. I tasted a bit and I know how to cook brisket, but it was that bad. It was presauced, so really couldn't see the actual meat. He enjoyed the beans and coleslaw. The onion straws were ice cold and rubbery. Could not even enjoy those either. Left 2 large pieces of brisket on the plate as he did not want it nor did I. It was not the same brisket I had tasted Dec of 23' that was thinner cut and tender. Just because of this, we will not be going back. 2 Popcorn shrimp. App I ate for my meal. It comes out in a little taco salad shell with quite allot. Down side. Lots of batter and very little shrimp. The plus. That tartar sauce was amazing. We had dinner at Red's Old 395 this past Saturday evening around 7 p.m. We've eaten here several times in the past and always enjoyed the food, but this time was a real disappointment. We waited about 35 minutes to be seated, which wasn't unreasonable given how busy the restaurant was. However, once our meals arrived, the quality of the food was shockingly poor. We both ordered the beef brisket, and it was extremely dry, overcooked, and virtually tasteless, as if it had been sitting out for some time. The onion ring garnish was cold and tasted stale. The sides were fine, but the main course fell far short of the standard we've come to expect from Red's. Because we were on our way to an event, we didn't have time to send the food back or wait for a replacement meal. I later emailed the restaurant on Monday (October 6) to share this feedback, but as of today, I've received no response, which is perhaps the most disappointing part of the experience. We've always liked Red's and have recommended it to others, but based on this visit, something seems to have changed in the kitchen. The quality of the food has clearly declined, and the lack of follow-up from management is concerning. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for a long time, but every time we've had the server named Jake, it's been a terrible experience. He takes care of everyone around us but never once checks if we need anything, no refills, no follow-ups, nothing. Tonight was the last straw. I had to flag down the person delivering food just to grab my beer that had been sitting at the bar for ten minutes. Meanwhile, Jake stopped by every other table two or three times and not once came to ours. I questioned Jake about the lack of service, and he played the game well and said he was very busy. Even though it took him 15 minutes to acknowledge we were even sitting there, and then ten minutes when I reordered a beer and had the food runner grab it for me. We come here to enjoy our evening, not to feel ignored. Jake is a horrible server and should be disciplined! read more

Red's is simply the best when it comes to their Saturday night smoked prime rib special! We religiously come here every Saturday right at 3:30pm when they start serving their amazing prime rib.
