This place is such a hidden gem. It is such a serene and calm space. You can look out the windows and see trees, it is like getting a manicure in a tree house. You are immediately offered a drink and every person who has done my nails listened to what I wanted. My manicure and pedicure were wonderful but most of all I find the space incredibly relaxing and no one rushes you. It's clear that they care about the customer experiene. Everything is pristine, even the restroom is a zen experience with a candle, lotion and above all it is exceptionally clean. I even saw the girl next to me get acrylics??? And I could've done this at home, It's just nail polish??? And you kept asking my brother for $$tips. I've been coming to Reedchy for years. I was always happy with my service. Gel doesn't stay on my nails so I tried Builder Gel, it lasted 3 weeks and I was thrilled so I came back to do it again. Unfortunately, the nail tech got gel all over my knuckle and pointer finger and put it under UV without noticing. To get it off she had to file my skin and soak it in acetone which really aggravated my skin. It's still not fully off my finger and now my skin is rough and flakey. I understand accidents happen but the business did nothing to make it right. I asked if I would be given any sort of discount for this mistake and was told this is normal and it happens and I will be fine. They charge a lot more than other places in the area $115 for the service plus they charge you to remove polish even if you got it done at their salon. Really disappointing experience today. Sad to say I won't be coming back. read more

So impressed with this nail salon. It's tucked away on the second floor between a sunglasses store and beauty supply shop so it's easily missed - but don't! My nail tech was very sweet and gave a consultation when I couldn't make up my mind about colors. She was patient while we tried a few different ideas. They really are a pleasant nail salon (service, cleanliness) so I feel bad about this review, but my gel manicure started peeling on day 9. I think 14 days is the minimum days a gel manicure should last with the price you pay these days? I sent them a text complaining about my peeling gel and someone replied that they can help me with the nail if I came in that day but I was traveling in Europe (why I got gel in the first place). I really can't recommend this nail salon when there are a ton of other places to go with longer lasting gel. read more

I'm not in this specific area often, but I did come here once a while back for a manicure for a wedding of a friend. It's not super easy to find because it's on the 2nd floor, but it's worth seeking. My manicurist was very nice and while she was fast, I didn't feel that she was rushing. The salon itself is very clean. read more

The few times I've been here they have all been a very pleasant experience but my gel manicures never last from here. This is only after 4 days where 2 nails peeled off completed. I get gel manicures since I don't have time to go as often and at other salons they last 2+ weeks but if it's only going to last less than a week it's not worth the ~$55 service. read more

Came here yesterday for a spa pedi and gel manicure. It was very easy to book an appointment online which I love. I almost missed the salon because the entrance isn't super obvious but once you walk up the stairs to the salon it's such a beautiful space. Very clean minimal and comfy seating! You're offered a drink as soon as you settle in which is such a nice touch. They really took their time with me which was awesome, because I had lots of it on this day. I'm always nervous trying a new salon and getting gel designs because it always feels like an expensive risk lol but I'm so glad I did because they absolutely crushed it! I love my nails. read more

This location of Reedchy is a hidden gem in my neighborhood. It's located on the 2nd floor, so may be easy to miss, but it is one of the best nail salons in a neighborhood and 100% worth going to. They use gentler and natural products where they can. The technicians are communicative and deliver what you ask for. Easy to book appointments and walk ins aren't a problem. They always offer you a beverage when you come in and treat all their clients with courtesy. The environment is clean, pretty and pleasant. read more

Had an amazing experience today at Reedchy. I went in for a pedicure while my newborn and toddler were napping and I was so happy with the experience that I asked for a mani too. They knew I had to get home to my newborn and they accommodated me immediately. While Nyla was giving me a pedicure, Vincy started on my manicure simultaneously. Would never go back there - the front desk women are very rude and that place is way too pricey for my nails to chip so quickly. The gel does not last but the salon is clean. They overcharge for polishes that last 3 days! So many other salons are better.
