I'm very hesitant on who cuts my hair and in the past I've had horrible experiences with getting the Japanese perm. Yumi however was awesome through the whole experience! First time at this salon. The salon is very sheek, cozy and nicely decorated. Good atmosphere to wind down in and relax while getting a cut. No harsh lights, just nice soft lighting and comfy chairs! When I walked in Sevena welcomed me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. I told her that I wanted a change but wasn't sure what I wanted. We engaged in conversation and she gave me great ideas. She got right into what I was looking for and then got down to it. The entire time she was cutting she carried on a great conversation with me that made the time pass easily and comfortably.
